For those wondering what's going on with me, I had oral surgery this morning to clean out a chronically infected tooth root. Very unpleasant, but it was quick and painless with lots of novocaine. Now, novocaine is wearing off and pain pills are kicking in so I'll be taking it easy for a day or so. Obviously, liquid diet.

I´m sorry for this contretemps, dear Laura. I hope you won´t endure too much pain and be better soon.

I don´t know what I can suggest to ease your pain else than DMSO and Iodide, which may not be safe when interacting with painkillers.
