Dear Laura, whats going on?

Hi, Laura. A week ago I had a strongs toothaches and as the heat here is already very strong, we have already reached 40 C, I was drinking something bottled, sugary and as I do not usually drink, it was because of the sugary that I had those strong pains but fortunately they did not last long.
Maybe that kind of inflammation / infections is because they are not consumed citrus, I do not know if that is your case.

BTW: There is a saying that the toothaches are as strong as the pains that women have in childbirth, but, after the pain they feel a great satisfaction.

I send you the wishes of a speedy recovery.

Hope you recover soon! perhaps it is too recent and sensitive but maybe applying clove oil can speed up the healing?.

An abcess? Ouch! Can lead to a septicaemia if not treated I think. I hope you find a good dentist and he did a good job.

Very sorry to hear about this, Laura. But it's good to hear, that you had such great company by Chu and Pierre, and that your dentist respected your request for iodine. Hopefully the worst is behind you by now after this surgery and things only get better. Take good care and a speedy recovery :hug2:

Please rest and let others take care of you until your ready to work again. Try and relax and don't worry about others for a while if that's possible. I hope you can have a time out when the pains over and you can enjoy some family and friends time and hopefully have some fun that will help you heal.

Thank you

Hmm...that does sound rather unpleasant. I'd definitely have to take a few days off after something like that. Take care.

I wish you a good recovery, Laura. Take great care with the help of Chateau crew to spare you.
I just made a quick search for 'holistic dentistry' on the forum and found that quote from Keit:

It was an intense dream and I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on it.

Regarding teeth, some time ago I stumbled upon the following blog post that had a lot of insightful things to say about the symbolic meaning of teeth problems. I recommend reading the entire post, but here is a quote:

If you consult Louise Hay’s book, “Heal Your Body,” you’ll find that teeth represent “decisions” or “longstanding indecisiveness. Inability to break down ideas for analysis and decisions.” A root canal means: “Can’t bite into anything anymore. Root beliefs being destroyed.” Abscess: “fermenting thoughts over hurts, slights and revenge.” I’ve had clients for whom teeth represented “vulnerability,” “structures” and “personal power.” It’s also worth noting that meridians run through each tooth, so the specific tooth in question relates to whatever issues connect to that meridian. You can find a cool dental meridian chart by clicking here. Hovering over each tooth pops up a chart with related organs and positive/balanced vs. negative emotions associated with that specific tooth.

Given everything happening in our world today — the failing of most major societal, political, financial and ecological structures; an increasing sense of vulnerability to a Fascist Police State; bizarre weather patterns and End Times prophecies; and psychopathic corporations hellbent on telling us we want things that most awake people really, really do not want — it’s no wonder I’m hearing from so many people with dental issues. To varying degrees, we seem to have seen through the mirage of all the old structures, yet we’re not fully embodying and inhabiting the New.

A chart can be found here _http://naturaldentistry.us/holistic-dentistry/meridian-tooth-chart-from-encinitas-dentist/
I've seen Tea Tree Essential oil (antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal) being recommended too.
_http://www.intelligentdental.com/2010/11/30/how-to-use-tea-tree-oil-for-dental-health/
Toothache – Rinse teeth with gargle mixture by adding 3-5 drops of tea tree oil to a mouthwash. A small amount of aloe vera can be rubbed directly onto infected tooth.

If it is of any relevance.
Good healing.

Well, painful as it is at least that's one big problem out of the way...How many of us are brave enough to even face such issues! Speedy recovery, dear Laura.

I have an excellent dentist who has taken care of my autoimmune afflicted teeth for quite a few years now. He even came in on a Saturday to do this.

I've long thought about Louise Hay's work on such things and how it may relate to this tooth that was injured by another dentist 40 years ago and has never been right since. I don't have problems with "getting my teeth" into things nor do I have any problems breaking things down for analysis. I don't spend any time fermenting hurts or thoughts of revenge etc. I do have old injuries and an autoimmune condition (rheumatoid arthritis) that tends to upset the teeth, bones, etc. And, along with that, I have several really big projects that I'm facing down and wondering if I will complete them before my time is up. I guess if anything, that is what is bothering me most: conflict between workload and a need to rest but knowing I have no time to rest.

Another wish for a quick recovery. It's a lucky thing to have a dentist who would work your request for iodine and be so generous with pain relief. It made all the difference in my oral surgery. I hope that with the problem tooth gone, your immune system will be able to function more normally now. :flowers:

The tooth is not gone.

Jeez Laura.. My heart truly goes out to you. :hug2: It seems as time marches on you find more to do and it just gets harder and harder. I'm really saddened to read this but deep down I have faith that if anybody can pull it off it would be you. I know your work is super important but please take care of yourself because your super important to all of us too. Sending thoughts and energy your way for a quick recovery!
