I put it in water and drank it. I’ll keep doing 2 doses of 2ml a day and see what happens. How do you take it? Just swallow it ?

I wanna add too these books. Specially the one that Gaby recommended of German doctors since it isn't available to buy it digitallyApologies if this has already been shared. There are some recipes in this book. I’m trying the DMSO eye drops currently.
I believe that the oral administration is more potent and will work more quickly - but if you are concerned about smelling like garlic, then the topical route is better. I would dilute the mixture if you are using it topically, or at least do a patch test to make sure it does not cause any skin reaction, although from what I have read so far, its unlikely to cause any harm if used full strength. Don't use on broken skin and be sure the skin is clean.1. If it is unpleasant to take orally, why not just go with topical? It is carried throughout the body the same way or are they different?
2. I have bought the 99% Pharm grade, would you dilute this to apply topically same as oral? Or would you use it as full strength?
Using Castor Oil and DMSO for Joint Pain Relief
Incorporating castor oil and DMSO into your joint pain relief regimen can be straightforward, but it's essential to use them wisely and safely. Here's a suggested approach:
1. Prepare a Mixture: Create a blend of castor oil and DMSO by combining equal parts of each. For example, you can mix one tablespoon of castor oil with one tablespoon of DMSO.
2. Application: Gently massage the mixture onto the affected joint. Ensure the area is clean and dry before applying.
3. Warmth and Time: Consider using a warm compress or heating pad over the area to enhance the absorption of the oils. Allow the mixture to sit for at least 30 minutes, giving it time to work its magic.
4. Regular Application: For optimal results, use this mixture on a regular basis. Depending on the severity of your joint pain, you may choose to apply it daily or a few times a week.
5. Consultation: If you have underlying health conditions or concerns, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new treatment.
Caution and Considerations
While the combination of castor oil and DMSO offers promise in joint pain relief, it's essential to consider a few crucial points:
1. Skin Sensitivity: Perform a patch test before using this mixture to ensure you don't have adverse skin reactions to the DMSO.
2. DMSO Purity: Ensure the DMSO you use is of high quality and free from contaminants, as its purity is essential for safe use.
3. Hydration: Both castor oil and DMSO can potentially lead to skin dryness. Hydrate your skin with a natural moisturizer after using the mixture.
4. Individual Responses: Responses to natural remedies can vary. What works for one person may not work for another, so patience is key.
5. Safety First: If you have any underlying health conditions, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new treatment.
If the water is too cold, it won't be good, it is best to use water that is handwarm, if it is too cold it can do additional damage to the burn.Yesterday, I scalded by left wrist right where it joins the hand. It was the worse burn I've had. Usually when I burn myself (which hasn't happened in many, many years, I put it under cold water and put magnesium oil on it and it's okay. However, since I was at the sink I was able to immediately put my wrist under very cold water (it was around 22 degrees (F) outside and it did nothing. So I put some magnesium oil on it and it did not stop the pain.
I remember reading here just the day before that DMSO is good for treating burns (or maybe it was sunburns) so I have some DMSO with Aloe Very and Rose scented cream and put it on the burn, and, then, put one of those 4"x3" bandaids over it. It stopped the pain for about 5 seconds, but then the pain resumed, but at a lower amount of pain. But, after about 3 or 4 hours, the pain was completely gone and so is the redness. (Except where I didn't seem to put as much on it so I repeated and the pain when away there as well.)
I am so glad that we have this information here. DMSO seems to be quite the 'thing' to have around the house.
Oh, by the way, in case anyone is curious, here's the cream I have:

Thank you for that reply! This is what I bought from Amazon ScreenshotI believe that the oral administration is more potent and will work more quickly - but if you are concerned about smelling like garlic, then the topical route is better. I have been using castor oil on finger joints in an attempt to stall the progress of arthritis. Have not been impressed with results so far, but then I don't do it every day. However, i found this article that mentions mixing castor oil with DMSO in a one to one mixture. Going to try that for awhile to see if result are more promising.

Spoke again to my colleague today.I will share more information as I get it.
