Dreaming in a Totalitarian Society

Last week I had a dream/nightmare that I keep thinking about because it was so vivid and felt so real. In my dream I was laying in bed beside my husband, I woke up in my dream because I could sense some demon hovering over his abdomen. I couldn’t see it visually, just felt its presence. I tried to use my hand to clear it away from him and my body became paralyzed and my arm shot up in the air and was vibrating. The physical sensation was so real that I woke up with waves of adrenaline in my body. I realized I was just dreaming and fell back asleep only to be placed back in the same dream and again my arm shot up in the air and was shaking while the rest of me was paralyzed. I screamed and woke up to the sound of myself attempting to yell out.
Has anyone else dreamed anything like this?

I´m sorry you had such a bad dream.

It is a typical "dark man" dream, that people have. It is very terrible and frightening, often also accompanied with body paralysis.

Not sure if you are familiar with the term, so here is a Cass Wiki page:
In short:
A “Dark Man” dream can be experienced not only by the presence of an innate psychic predator, but can be caused by HAARP activities or any negative energies trying to invade one’s psyche.

It basically means to stay alert, aware of your surroundings, pray, keep good mental hygiene, also what you eat, etc ...

But, as you can se also from the quoted, it can be stimulated by the outside forces.
Looks like lately people are edgy, anxious, and have problems sleeping and bad dreams; i.e. see latest posts here:

Yes it happened to me a lot. At the time, I firmly believed it was some demon or some spirit doing that, but many readings about "sleep paralysis" hinted me at a different root phenomenon. It could be that it's some spirit, but it makes sense as well that some readjusting of energies may take place and manifest as such.

It still happens to me, from time to time. It's still appears as some form of demon spirit, but with the habit of it, I grew up some form of lucid dreaming ability, and I fight it with all my soul. I know that I pray very hard when it happens, and it kind of stops.

To be honest, I have very severe cramps in the feet, at night, and those are terribly painful. I don't know what to do. The sleep paralysis is not that often! ☺️

I am sorry, too, that you had that bad dream. I know it is sometimes terrible and it takes time to get it off from the mind. But the days move on and it goes away. I extend you my sympathy and wish you good recovery from this!

Thank you and I am sorry that you experience this on a regular basis! It’s certainly unpleasant that’s for sure!

As for night cramps, I take Magnesium Bisglycinate before bed which helps me a lot. It helps me fall asleep as well.

Hello @nicoleblalonde,

Pfff don't tell me... It's really painful. Thank you for your kind words. I will see if I can order some of the magnesium you mentionned, thank you for the suggestion.
