I wonder - if the methane gas situation at the Porter Ranch and surrounding area was detected back in 2013 or earlier and a prognosis made - that they were ill-equipped to handle the out gassing and the situation would only get worse? The Elites and Who's Who were given notice to "sell and get out" while the Housing Market was still afloat and they could recover some of their investments. The new owners would be left "holding the bag" on devalued property and million dollar mortgages, after the situation surfaced and became public knowledge.

I've been noticing a trend, as superficial as it may seem, of Hollywood Star's uprooting from large Estate's - exiting California. It's not just a few but a large number of who's who in movies, media and sport's. Are they aware of something that's being hidden from the general public, like the big earthquake that has been forecast over the years? Or is it something else, like foreknowledge of a nuclear situation? Or the land mass sliding into the sea? It has to be something on a massive scale for so many to exit at the same time? Yet, there hasn't been a hint, as to, where all these folks are re-locating too?
Take for instance, Robin Williams Estate on the news today. It's "a world" all it's own.

The federal government has agreed to stop approving oil fracking off the California coast until it studies whether the practice is safe for the environment, according to legal settlements filed Friday.
Separate deals reached with a pair of environmental organizations require the Department of the Interior to review whether well techniques such as using acid or hydraulic fracturing, also known as fracking, to stimulate offshore well production threatens water quality and marine life.
The agreements in Los Angeles federal court apply to operations off Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, where companies such as ExxonMobil operate platforms.
Federal agencies will have to complete the review by the end of May and determine if a more in-depth analysis is necessary. They will also have to make future permit applications publicly accessible.

Oh, suddenly I remembered this event here, near Kamchatka:

And here we go for 20 Aug 2014 - 15 Sept 2014 EQ's near the area glowing had been seen:
It seems like there was cumlative gas that could like a bulb broke away on the surface(1) having created a potential for solid collapsing back(2) that caused the piezoelectric activity followed with vertical bolt (negative subterranean and positive atmosphere charge)(3), hence gas disharge and glowing. But C's didn't mentioned out-gassing as the reason, but the earth movement (step 2 of the cycle?) instead.
May be solid's cohesion being disrupted with magnetic field weakeness causes that hardly observable but widespread (in that area, for example) movements that releases the gas, which involved then in further solid's expanding-collapsing cycle?
Since there're no significant EQ's in the period, I'm inclined to think of out-gassing without strengh earth movements, but its still present caused with out-gassing (or vice versa) accompanied with lightning strikes, plasma discharges, loud booms, explosions (or even EQ's?) around the world. Added: So, somewhere we can see clear signs like earthquakes and sinkholes, but in another areas there're just another consequences but reason seems to be the same.

Interestingly, the last item (plasma discharge) may work as the igniter of the very first item (outgassing) and explain the numerous uncontrollable wildfires that occurred lately in areas that were not prone to fire at all (damp soil / limited vegetation). It could also explain some mysterious explosions (factories, buildings, storage areas...)

In his last appearance at our EU events, Dr. Donald Scott showed evidence of counter-rotating clouds at the north pole of the planet Saturn. He earned a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, and was a member of the faculty of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst from 1959 until his retirement in 1998. During that time, he was the recipient of several good-teaching awards and authored numerous scientific papers and chapters. In 1987, the McGraw-Hill Book Company published his 730-page textbook, An Introduction To Circuit Analysis – A Systems Approach. In addition, Dr. Scott published the classic, Electric Sky (2006), 256 pages of compelling material on the Electric Universe and plasma cosmology.
