Hello Yas, thanks! I won't be able to attend the session tonight It will be easier on thursday! I will take a look ag the video you sent me.

My laptop "decided" to put itself to sleep, just when we started with the meditation. It does so occasionally (my laptop is quite old by now) and became more frequent recently, so I lost you guys and then decided to do the meditation on my own because I didn't want to disturb the process by trying to reconnect to the meeting room again.

However, it was nice to see you all and doing the other parts of the program together. And also, thank you @logos5x5 and @Yas for hosting the meeting and your guidance through the program. It very much helped to re-adjust some things. :-)
