Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and outspoken critic of government overreach, has once again stirred the pot—this time with a chilling warning that his life may be in danger for exposing corruption in Washington, D.C. During a recent appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience," Musk hinted at the dark underbelly of political power, suggesting that his efforts to uncover the truth could lead to his assassination.

The interview, which has since gone viral, has reignited debates about the extent of corruption in the nation’s capital and the lengths to which the so-called Deep State will go to protect its secrets. Musk’s revelations are not just a wake-up call—they are a damning indictment of a system that thrives on opacity and unchecked power

Musk: "This is really gonna get me assassinated"

Musk’s most shocking statement came during a discussion about how politicians and elites amass wealth beyond the reach of ordinary citizens. When Rogan pressed him on the methods used by those in power, Musk hesitated before delivering a grim warning: "I mean, this is really gonna get me assassinated. It’s like, I’m not lengthening my lifespan by explaining this stuff, to say the least. I mean, I was supposed to go back to D.C. How am I going to survive? This is f%$king going to kill me for sure."

Musk’s fear is not unfounded. History is littered with examples of whistleblowers and truth-tellers who faced dire consequences for exposing corruption. From the mysterious deaths of journalists investigating political scandals to the silencing of dissenting voices, the pattern is clear: those who threaten the status quo often pay a heavy price.

Musk’s comments suggest that the corruption in D.C. goes far beyond the well-documented insider trading scandals. He hinted at a web of financial manipulation, illicit wealth accumulation and systemic exploitation that benefits the elite at the expense of the American people

But Elon Musk is not an engineer, not a scientist, and there is absolutely NO evidence that Musk has ever actually achieved anything in technology, not even the fictional kind.

A multiple parts exposé of Elon Musk by Larry Romanoff.
He makes some valid points (which have been raised here before), in particular that Musk is not a traditional CEO for any of his companies, that he spends way too much time posting on X and that among his "claimed achievements" is that he is a very good gamer (which also takes up time).

However, the article is also stuck too much in black-and-white thinking:

- The claims in the beginning that Einstein was a complete fraud and that E = mc2 is completely false are simply not true. Nuclear weapons are based on that formula.

- Musk did not necessarily need any degree to become a good engineer. He does seem to have retroactively bought his degrees with a generous donation, but at least in the case of SpaceX he does seem to be deeply familiar with the engineering details and challenges.

- The fact that he gets a lot of publicity also helped Tesla save a lot of money since they didn't have to buy any advertising. So you could say that he is very good at marketing, instead of the derogatory "he is an influencer".

- Musk did start SpaceX himself and both he and the company were close to bankruptcy early on when the 3 initial test flights all failed. Finding a way to successfully land rockets later on was also far from guaranteed (people ridiculed him for even trying it), yet it was his company that did it first.
