Yup. Soy is totally evil.

I would guess so as well since skin is like a sponge. I use a natural handmade soap along with baking soda to act as an exfoliant (something with texture that removes loose skin) since I get dry flakes on my skin. Vitamin c powder seems to help greatly with body skin dryness and itchiness in general. :)EGVG said:Laura said:anart said:Soy is really bad for you - plus like 96% of all soy produced at this point is genetically modified - and it's estrogenic. I use an organic face wash with soy protein on it, is that evil too? I would guess it is...

Do you mean topical use for vitamin c? Apologies for the confusion, but I meant to drink that with water. I use baking soda for topical use in the case of the above. I haven't used magnesium oil yet but perhaps a couple of drops of that used with another milder oil as a base might help?Gimpy said:Doesn't vitamin C powder sting? When I have a skin rash, I can't use it. Same goes for magnesium oil, burns like hellfire. :(

But... since my network of friends, family and acquaintances are all "friends" in FB, it seems to me that I can't help but be personal, albeit very limited!
I suppose it is very easy to get drawn in the foray... :/

Hi Pete,
I've translated their intro:
For more than 2000 years there have been wars, which were triggered by various interpretations of freedom of religion. The initiator of this group, Mr. Wolfgang Wehrum, has the aim to build a community of peace.
Please sign up to this group and thereby show, that you're a person who stands up for peace, freedom and upholding of human rights.
Everyone is welcome, no matter which religion or what skin color or from which country.
Prominent people like Bono, singer of the rockband U2, have been engaged in political and social causes and for world peace. He was suggested for the Nobel Peace Prize. Also the well-known artist Dieter W. Liedtke engages himself for world peace.
By the way, the spelling of the original intro is pretty bad. Text structure, too, as can be seen here.

I wasn't too comfortable being added to this group without being asked first and now every time I log onto fb I get numerous notifications about new posts going up for this group. Needless to say I will be un-friending myself from this group. Thanks again!

Just go to the group page and click "leave group." He added me and I just adjusted my settings so I don't get any notifications. He's a sweet guy and means well, but a little loopy.
