From Scottie's Tech.info: These Q-Link things actually work?!

Well, same feeling but as they say, learning is fun. However, I have been experimenting something else for the last week(don't wear the pendant anymore) and so far, this little pendant is doing a great job. I will give more info later on if the results are still there.
I stopped wearing the pendant for the last week, and I felt better emotionally. The first day I still had the depression, but I realized that I also had the same focus that I had with pendant. But after some time the depression faded away, and my mind became less focused, but still better than before. So I guess that I can consider this device as some kind of brain training, like neurofeedback. But I must make a plan for using it, because I cannot wear it 24/7. Last night I put it on when I went to bed and I woke up shortly after with some nightmare. I took it off and slept afterwards without nightmares.
I forgot to put on the Qlink after showering a few days ago, and noticed I had fairly vivid dreams that night, some with content that seemed to send a message to my conscious mind, (which I SHOULD have written down, in retrospect) in contrast with the times I had it on. It did have like two weeks with poor sleep before that though, so maybe the observations are confounded and I need further trial and error. Maybe by looking at the fruits of the message of the dreams can help determine whether the influence was a positive or negative one. Furthermore based on this:

Of course, depending on what exactly it does and how it works (if it works physically), then that might mean that if you have wonky EM emissions due to... whatever... then wouldn't it just resonate with that and send it back?

Like: Let's say it's supposed to resonate with some EM field at frequency X, amplify it, and radiate it back into your body.

Normally, that might strengthen you. But what if something is wonky, and your Frequency X is a sawtooth wave instead of a sine wave?

Maybe that might cause it to enhance the bad waveform at a "good" frequency... Causing you to explode or something.
I'm wondering more about how they actually work, and will be experimenting more with it. Maybe keeping it off for sleep? Or only wearing at work? (where I'm surrounded by wifi, radios and repeaters, and massive cell tower nearby). It is possible that instead of a 24/7 wearing application, even in a relatively loud EMF area like where I live, a more specific and nuanced approach is required to use it in a beneficial way.

I would also like to know how this really works. For me, it's more like a brain training than a protection from anything. After a week of pause, I put it on when I was outside, and I clearly felt something inside my brain, on both sides. I found this image on the web that maybe explains which part of my brain is activated when I wear the pendant.

Well, for now I plan to use it just a couple of hours per day because for me it feels like a hard work, which makes me tired after some time. And I certainly felt tired when I had it on during the sleep.

Some people have reported benefits when using their Q-link while snoozing, but I don't wear mine when I sleep.

I tried sleeping with it on once, and that was enough. I kept waking up again and again.

At first, I thought it was just the fact that having something around my neck while sleeping and rolling around was annoying.

But now I'm wondering if that wasn't the only problem?

In any case, I normally sleep easily and deeply, so I'm not really wanting to monkey with it. If it ain't broke...

I found my Q-Link! I had a look for it a few months ago but could not find it so thought it must have gone in the great clear out of 2018 when I moved. I almost bought another one in the summer sale but did not although I'm not entirely sure why. Today, I was clean sheeting my bed and re-organising my bed linen area of the cupboard and found my old Earthing gear. I now have the Earthing sheet on my bed and am using an Earthing wrist band as I type this. The Q-Link was with all of that so it was a lovely surprise to find it. I no longer have the original cord so I am wearing it with some ordinary string as a necklace. Some googling has thrown up a rather nice looking simple natural leather cord with clasps that I am drawn to but I'll see how I get on with the Q-Link first, I think. I have not worn it for years so I am curious to see how I feel from using it again.

Already I feel better but whether that is the Q-Link or the Earthing strap or both I could not say. I suppose I should not re-start them both at the same time; that is hardly a good scientific method but then I never did have a good head for science at school . Frankly, at the moment, I will gladly take whatever help I can get. My doctor has instructed me via admin staff [and without consultation with me, mind you] to reduce my Citalopram (for Depression and Anxiety) from 30 mg per day to 20 mg per day and then a few days later to 10 mg per day!
Needless to say, I have been finding it a pretty brutal transition. Hopefully, this initial apparent improvement is real and sustainable and not just a temporary co-incidence or delusion. As I type this I notice a lovely warmth in my chest where the Q-Link is so I would like to think that that is a good sign. Also, the Earthing strap on my wrist is pretty tight; I should probably loosen it a tad but it feels rather comforting tbh.

Right, time for bed and my Earthing sheet! :-) I shall of course post with any developments. Big hugs to all!

strategic enclosure, that sounds hair-raising to me.
What medical specialist would try to cure and stabilize s.o. with Citalopram and then risk a relapse by almost discontinuing the medication within seven days?
And all that without seeing his/her patient to begin with...

I hope that Q-Link will work out fine for you.

Keep us posted.

Thank you :-) . I am still feeling much better from using both the Q-Link and the Earthing devices so I am hopeful that it persists. To give further context to my medication reduction, this was following a couple of blood tests. I believe it is in response to the level of sodium in my blood being either too high or too low. I have never heard of that being a drastic matter that required such a reduction in medication though. I am seeing his assistant on Monday so that should prove to be an interesting meeting!
