But still guys, you don't eat bacon and eggs every morning ? Even I am a meat lover and wouldn't eat bacon all the time.
How do you vary you breakfast?
I no longer make a difference between the meals - so "breakfast", "lunch", "dinner", or whatever it's called has no meaning; it is simply "time for food", and whatever goes for one of them goes for all of them.
That said,
I could easily do with bacon and eggs every morning.
This is exactly how i am. "I" have been eating the same meal everyday for about 3 month since deciding to go to keto. Its very helpful too since i am a dirt poor college student. It consists of about 8 tablespoons of butter or 1 stick , 1 whole onion, 1 grass fed organic beef patty, and two eggs. "I" carmelize the onions, salt & black pepper the onions, lightly cook the eggs and the patty, and voila it can hold me off for a full 24 hours.
Forgot to mention that i used to use non organic, non grass fed butter, and after reading about rGBH, i knew why i always had that funny feeling. Know i use coconut oil to make up most of the volume of the fat in my meals, and grass fed organic butter for the taste, only about a tablespoon, because its pricey though.

Once you switch from carb metabolism to fat metabolism, your body feels nourished and you don't crave variety. You are satisfied to eat to live rather than living to eat. We eat almost the same thing every single day (most minimal of variations as described above) and NEVER get tired of it.
This is exactly where i am at, and i second it thorougly. Its funny because when asked about what i eat because on the rare occasions i go out with people, and they are eating some form of poison, they always, look at me with a suprised/shocked face, and then ask, So, what do you eat? "I" have learned to just laugh, and because of most peoples attention span, mentation, etc, they move on to another subject by themselves.
"I" think we are becoming modern day Spartans, (at least compared to our contemporaries) that is one of the greatest warrior tribes. "I" mean the only liquids i drink are water throughout the whole day, and the liquid fat from my meals.
"I" get the feeling that the diet change that we who have CHOSEN to undertake, is one of those actions, that in "future" generations will be looked upon as possibly the key stone, that is the action which connected, and made a path to them.

That's the thing I notice most....I crave fatty meat, and I don't want anything else. I don't even like fruit anymore, and smelling baked goods makes me feel sick. Hubby isn't to this point yet, and is still getting the carb cravings, but he's only been on the diet a couple weeks. (But he's never tired of his breakfast.)
It absolutely amazing how our biochemical environments are changing, isn't it?
"I" was eating Beef liver that i had fried up in butter and onions a couple of weeks back, and on my first bite, i could taste the glycogen being broken down by the enzymes in my saliva. "I" was like, huh, so this is how meat probably tastes to carnivores, count me in baby. Know i tasted pure glucose a couple of years back, and from memory (i know memory from a while back, not too reliable) this taste from the liver in my mouth was the same. The sweetness of the meat was very light and filling, nothing like fruits, candy cake, etc, etc.
