The aliens say humans are not ready to learn about life in the cosmos but want to enlist human beings as helpers to understand the rules of the universe...we can’t even figure out the rules of our own planet let alone the universe at large. Enlist as helpers- read “slaves”? Also I honestly don’t think these guys need a contract to do anything- their nature is to take what they want, any contract is simply a placating device to dupe their human minions into thinking there’s a “deal” in place which of course doesn’t exist8 Dec, 2020 02:00 / Updated 8 minutes agoUS signed deal with ALIEN Galactic Federation to experiment on humans, claims Israeli ex military space chief in bizarre interview

The former head of the Israeli military’s space division has claimed that Tel Aviv and Washington have contacted a ‘Galactic Federation’ of extraterrestrials, but that mankind is not ready for the ‘truth’ about life in the cosmos.
Retired general Haim Eshed, 87, who headed up the Defense Ministry’s space unit for nearly three decades, alleged the existence of an alien alliance spanning the galaxy in a bewildering interview with Israel’s Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper.
“The UFOs asked not to advertise that they are here, [because] humanity is not ready yet,” Eshed told the paper on Saturday, adding that US President Donald Trump “was on the verge of finding out, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation say: wait, let the spirits calm first. They don’t want us to have mass hysteria.”
While it’s unclear exactly what changed to avert the supposed “mass hysteria” warned of by the ETs, Eshed apparently felt it was time to throw caution to the wind and spill the beans himself, claiming not only communication with the otherworldly beings, but that they maintain an “underground base in the depths of Mars.” In his most extraordinary assertion, Eshed said the US government had reached an explicit “agreement” with the distant visitors.
“They signed a contract with us to experiment here,” he said, offering no details about the terms of the alleged interplanetary deal or the nature of the experimentation – hopefully, nothing too invasive.
The former general also hastened to add that the aliens are merely “investigating” and looking to enlist mankind as “helpers” in their quest to “understand the rules of the universe,” suggesting that – at least for now – there’s no need to fear a hostile invasion force, despite the experiments.
Eshed acknowledged that his claims, which he offered with no evidence, might appear outlandish, but said he believes humanity will gradually come to accept them as true, and that some people may already have seen the light.
“If I came up with what I was saying five years ago today, I would have been hospitalized,” he said. “Until today, every place that I approached in the academy with this, they said, the guy has lost his mind.”
ETs with ‘business‘ on Earth, need ‘maids’. Preferably no contact should be made with the ‘helpers’ prior or during the ‘business activities’ until possible of permanent occupation of Earth take place, on the premise that ’business’ becomes viable. Payment: involvment in experiments with the objective of understanding the rules of the universe.8 Dec, 2020 02:00 / Updated 8 minutes agoUS signed deal with ALIEN Galactic Federation to experiment on humans, claims Israeli ex military space chief in bizarre interview

We’re set to hear what US intelligence agencies have learnt about UFOs in their decades investigating the phenomenon, thanks to a law buried deep in the emergency relief bill that was signed by President Donald Trump.
A 180-day clock is ticking for the secretary of defense and the director of national intelligence to provide Congress with an unclassified report about “unidentified aerial phenomena” – more commonly referred to as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) – due to one of the stipulations contained in the 5,600-page bill that Trump signed in late December.
The report is required to include “a detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence reporting collected or held” by almost all US intelligence agencies.
It must also include “identification of any incidents or patterns that indicate a potential adversary may have achieved breakthrough aerospace capabilities that could put United States strategic or conventional forces at risk.”
A former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence has backed the move, saying he hopes the incoming Biden administration will “rigorously execute its oversight prerogatives” regarding the report.
“The concerns of the public and numerous military personnel have been ignored by the national security bureaucracy for far too long,” Christopher Mellon added.
Last April, the Pentagon declassified three videos and released a range of new details about encounters between US navy aircraft and unidentified flying objects.

The recordings were captured by navy pilots in November 2004 and January 2015. In the videos mysterious objects can be seen traversing the skies at extremely high speeds and performing seemingly physics defying maneuvers.
Two of the videos contain the recordings of the communications by the pilots, who were clearly shocked at the velocity of the unknown aircraft.
Late last year, former Obama-era CIA director John Brennan described the declassified footage as “eyebrow-raising” and said it should be treated with an open mind.
Obama himself recently revealed that, while in office, he had asked what the government knew about aliens and UFOs. However, he’s seemingly less keen on revealing what he was told.
Japan's Self-Defense Forces (SDF) have been issued with new protocols for what they should do when encountering an unidentified flying object (UFO) that could potentially pose a threat to national security.
Former Defense Minister Taro Kono told a press conference earlier in September that members of the military need to make a visual recording of any unexplained phenomena they encounter and that the footage must be analyzed to the fullest extent.
The military is also being tasked with looking into reports of UFO sightings from the public.
The announcement was one of Kono's last acts as defense minister before Japan's government reshuffled ministerial positions in mid-September.
Kono has in the past expressed skepticism over the existence of alien craft from outer space visiting Earth, telling a press conference in April: "Frankly speaking, I don’t believe in UFOs."
Nevertheless, the issue was brought up when Kono met with US Defense Secretary Mark Esper in Guam in late August for a regularly scheduled talk on regional security issues.
The US side is understood to be keen to collaborate with Japan on UFOs, particularly after the Pentagon released three video clips in April captured by US pilots that apparently show "unidentified aerial phenomena."
In 2008, 'The Science of Aliens' museum exhibit in Tokyo featured a model depicting an 'alien autopsy'

The footage had already been circulating online, and US authorities have confirmed that they have been unable to positively identify the objects in the clips.

"There are alternative explanations to at least some of these sightings," Jun Okumura, an analyst at the Meiji Institute for Global Affairs, told DW.
"Just as some crimes are 'unsolved,' some flying objects are 'unidentified' until they can be identified. And then they are no longer UFOs."
UFO enthusiast Sullivan said he has had countless interactions with Japanese who have sighted UFOs and are keen to know more about unexplained phenomenon.
There are numerous "sky-watching" events across the country for people who believe Japan is destination for intelligent life forms from outer space.
"Japan is one of the very few places in the world where four tectonic plates meet and there is a high level of volcanic activity," said Sullivan, claiming that UFO activity is often found around volcanoes.
Sullivan hopes that military personnel who may have been reluctant to report an encounter with a UFO for fear of being ridiculed will now be able to follow the official protocols and the data will be revealed to a wider audience.

Between the coronavirus pandemic, nationwide protests, and the election 2020 was dominated by some pretty big headlines. It was also a big year for UFO news.
Writer, paranormal researcher, and Royal Oak native John Tenney has been exploring the strange and spooky corners of our reality for many years.
He joined CultureShift to talk about some of the biggest UFO news stories that happened in 2020, including the first public acknowledgment from the Pentagon that U.S. Navy pilots captured craft of unknown origin on video, followed by the Department of Defense’s creation of a task force to investigate military craft, plus an unexpected public statement from a former Israeli security official in early December that ETs were in contact with world governments, among other things.
“The reality is that the (U.S.) government is interested in what’s going around in the skies and if it could be something that we need to defend ourselves against,” Tenney says. “We’ve had (task forces) like this before, like Project Blue Book in the ‘60s which was an outgrowth of Project Grudge and Project Sign, which were the departments before this (current one) that studied unidentified flying objects.”
The history of UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) or UFO sightings goes decades back in U.S. history, Tenney says. He mentions how prominent politicians like Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford have asked the government to investigate their personal unidentified sightings, while William Shatner and Muhammad Ali are just a few of the many famous people to publicly reveal the sightings they witnessed.
WDET listener Rosalie in Allen Park called in to describe her UFO experience in Sedona, Arizona. “I took a dark sky tour there… and there was a formation (of lights) and it suddenly went left like in an instant and was suddenly in a different place in the sky,” Rosalie said. She says the experience changed her forever, making her feel a new connection to the cosmos.
Tenney says, “there’s almost a magical happening that occurs when someone witnesses a UFO… it really does connect you to the universe.”
Q: Well, we notice that things are really heating up. Weather, government exposure and confessions of this and that...
A: Massive alien/UFO coverage, some fictionalized, some not.
I’d give you two examples but you only need one.Aliens like to listen to music too! Pink Floyd perhaps?
Sheer heresy.
Q: Raymond Lully was rumored to have transformed a great deal of base metal into gold for Edward II of England. Did Raymond transmute for Edward in 1311 or 1312?
A: Only method which will accomplish this uses high pitched melodic sounds, brought forth while in a trance state.
Q: Brought forth from what, the human voice?
A: From the center of within.
