I have to tell you that since I had this blood test I am very tired, but not as tired as with my first and second covid... I wonder if there is something in the blood tests... I am used to the placards after the blood tests, but the pain in my arm at this point is not normal... I will not take blood tests as my doctor asks me to do, I will follow GABY's advice for a month...

Hey Perlou, did you receive any injections during the blood test? Or did the nurse only draw your blood?
If they only collected your blood I'm not too sure how anything could be out into your body to make you feel bad. Maybe the symptoms are a result of the loss of blood? I sometimes feel very weak after a blood sample collection if the nurse collects a lot of blood, if I'm generally weaker due to various factors. It normally goes away within a short while when my body has regenerated the loss of blood.

THANK YOU ANT22, I don't know but I have never felt so bad after a blood test... Thank you for your attention...

I hope you do feel better soon Perlou. And I hope you don't get put off doing blood tests in the future, they are a very good way to find out what is going on in our body so it's useful to have them in our toolbox :-)

Thank you GABY for telling me what you think knowing that I had removed the food supplements that you had suggested...

There is a really old NAC thread, so I figured this might better go here. I recently came to notice some reddish brown spots on my NOW NAC pills. I thought it might be oxidation or mold and was reluctant to use them. But I saw that it happens to other batches:

Last year NOW switched to new vegan based NAC raw material that consists of selenium and molybdenum compounds. These capsules are more prone to speckle under certain conditions. Over time when kept in a humid environment, such as a kitchen or bathroom black spots may appear in NAC.
This is a normal oxidative reaction among the ingredients, but the product is safe to consume. These spots are NOT mold or any other micro-contamination. Micro-testing has been performed to assess product safety. To slow down this process, please either refrigerate or freeze the bottle.

GABY, according to my last blood test, my GP is asking me to see an endocrinologist because he doesn't quite understand the results and to do an ultrasound for my thyroid...

What do you think is really necessary? It is contrary to me but if you think it is necessary, I will do it...

Thank you for your answer because I don't trust anyone but you...

I should also have a mammogram but I don't feel like it anymore... Is it really necessary ?

Are there any food supplements to treat this thyroid?

Thank you for your precious time...

A second opinion and a thyroid ultrasound wouldn't hurt. It's best to do it now that the health care system still works.

If there's a family history of breast cancer in your family, I would do the mammography.

The appointment is taken GABY the 21 /12 /21...
I am very tired, I cry often, and I do not want to be of this world any more however I cling to my small animals which are alone to keep me alive... Sorry to be so weak...

Hi,

I bought a 5% Lugol Iodine Solution (Liquid). I try to decalcify my pineal gland because i can barely sleep at nigth.
I search in the forum for the dosage of how much drop per day or per week but i found out different dosages.
So I wanted to ask, what dosage is right? I know each person is different but a high dosage could be dangerous. So what dosage should a start with?
Thx.

You can consult the following article: Iodine - Suppressed knowledge that can change your life

And it's best to read through this thread, even though it's huge.

Thanks! From the table it should be 16 drops to reach 100mg a day (the 5% lugol solution).
I wanted to quote this part of the transcript for reference :

Q: (L) Well the only thing I know to help others be ready is by informing them, letting them know what's going on, and trying to help them get ahold of their health. If they don't have their health, they aren't able to cope with anything. They're not able to cope with life as it is much less if it gets any weirder or worse. So, on that point, let me ask about this iodine therapy. I just read this iodine book by a David Brownstein: “Iodine: Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It”. This guy talks about how iodine can kill fungi, bacteria, viruses, detox heavy metals from the body, even the ones that other detox methods don’t get, remove evil fluoride, and basically just has miraculous effects on all the body systems. He says that 96% of all people on the planet are iodine deficient. When people come to him, he generally starts them off at pretty high doses, like 50 to 100mg a day, and sometimes twice a day. This is supposed to not only replenish the body’s iodine, but also to detox bromines, fluorines, metals, etc. It can also kill off any microbes that have taken up residence because of the body’s weakened immune system due to all those toxins. But there is this other book that I read which says that you ought to start off slowly and build up because of detox side-effects or whatnot. So, some people have started slow and as soon as they have a few drops, they start having symptoms. What are these symptoms from? Is it detox or what?
A: Activation of microbes drawing on the enhanced energy.
Q: (L) We sort of wondered if that was the case. Several of us, as soon as we had been taking iodine a few days, old issues started coming up, like cold sores and such. Several of us started having pains and tiredness and activation of some kind of viral condition, stiff neck, and a bunch of other things. It was similar to the herx reactions we had with the anti-biotic protocol. On the other hand, it seemed more like the viruses got energized by the iodine. Chu even had an attack of her cocksackie virus that flares up in her pancreas about once or twice a year. That’s what made me think that instead of backing off and lowering the dose, the best thing would be to raise the dose and nuke the critters. So, Chu doubled the dose and then did it twice a day. You went from 5 drops a day to 10 drops twice a day?
(Chu) Yeah.
(L) So, Instead of backing off like this other book says you should do, she just went full bore whole hog and nuked 'em. Is that advisable?
A: Indeed. The battle is difficult to win if you keep supplying the "critters" with food and energy.
Q: (Chu) And before, they said people who get symptoms, it's activation of microbes drawing on the enhanced energy...
(L) So if you get energized by taking the iodine, that energizes your critters too, and they start getting more active. But you're not taking enough of a dose to kill them. You're just taking enough to energize yourself, which then feeds them because you're not taking a microbicidal dose.
A: Exactly.
Q: (L) Timótheos did the same thing and so did the rest of us. When we started getting symptoms, we just took it up to the doses that Brownstein talks about: 50 to 100 mg per day or more. Okay. One of the things that Brownstein says in the book is that many people's problems are not so much critters as it is heavy metals. The iodine removes cadmium, mercury, lead, all kinds of metals from the body. It even cleans them out of the endocrine systems, which they preferentially occupy – it even removes the fluoride out of the pineal gland which is where it likes to live. Is that true? Does it do that?
A: Yes yes yes
I will post after a few weeks if there are improvements in my sleep.

That might not be the best idea. You'll probably learn a lot reading through this thread. Some people have difficulty even with a single drop on their heel.

100mg is quite a bit. At least for a start. And as @hlat recommended, it would be important to read this thread completely. At that time I wanted to start immediately with the iodine protocol. But I held back and read the entire thread. It took me 2 weeks but it was worth it. This was the only way I could take sufficient notes and know what to do in the event of an excessive dose or detoxification reactions. The appropriate supplements are a very important part of the protocol and you should have them all on hand. This entire thread is a treasure trove of experience and you can learn from the mistakes of others.
