Killary Clinton, The Donald, or Jill Stein: The US Election

I still think the comparisons of Trump to fascism and Nazism are overstated. Although polling data should be taken with caution, a February poll shows Trump receiving 10% of the black vote. This is equal or higher to that of any other Republican candidate. It is also comparable to the % of black voters favoring the Republican candidate in the pre-Obama elections. (The black vote traditionally greatly favours the democratic party, with only 10% support for the Republican nominee in pre-Obama elections. When Obama was running that fell to 4-5% support for the Republican candidate.)

I don’t. And it might be a mistake to equate visible levels of racism to how fascist or not Trump and what he represents is. As woodsman highlighted:

Woodsman said:
Heating and cooling the American mixture over decades, adding influences, tweaking the media message, ponorizing values, bringing the grand mind-control program around to the point where people ARE Nazis, enthusiastically engaged, deliberately selecting the option with both eyes open. That's how the Dark Side wins at the war for heart and minds. It's biblical; Angels and demons winning or losing the grand metaphoric battle for souls, which in the end, isn't all that metaphorical after all.

Analyzing Trump at the purely political level is missing a big part of the picture I think. What I see in many Trump supporters are indeed people well aware of what he represents, Hitler references and all, and willingly choosing him, "bring it on" style. The "it" of "bring it on" being the appetite for seeing the death and destruction of all those 'others', the STS desire for nothingness.

Some of the images from yesterdays news really gave me the chills with the thought of where things are heading.

Thank you everyone for addressing my question. Since asking that some of the things you've mentioned have come to mind also. Seeds being planted long ago and the dumbing down of the people where the 2 I've been considering mainly. Been thinking about the book "The Rise of the Fourth Reich" by Jim Marrs, wonder what he's thinking these days. What a mess! The battle for souls adds a broader and cosmic perspective.... Also been thinking about the economic conditions of pre Hitler Germany and the US being similar or on its way. Woodsman, you"ve made good observations. People choosing fascism makes things move along much more smoothly.

Perhaps the whole Trump drama will blow over soon, hopefully.

Here is a angle I wasn't aware of for Trump getting so much media coverage...$$$$$$. The networks are raking in the dough with everyone tuning in to see what Trump will pull next.

"Record ratings for all the networks"

In addition to around-the-clock TV news coverage of Trump and his fellow presidential candidates (but, mainly Trump), major broadcast and cable networks have pulled in record ratings for televised debates throughout this election cycle. Roughly 13.5 million tuned in to CBS for a GOP debate last month, making that one of the most-watched debates so far this year, as nearly 5 million more viewers tuned in to watch Trump battle his GOP rivals than did for a Democratic debate on CBS last November.

Thanks to those high ratings, networks have reportedly been able to gouge advertisers for higher ad-rates during this cycle’s debates.

Trump Rally Descends into Chaos as Police Drench Protesters with Pepper Spray (VIDEO)
Nathan Wellman | March 13, 2016

It seems Trump’s rage-fueled campaign has finally hit its boiling point. Not even a day after the mass protest that cancelled Trump’s Chicago rally, police have just sprayed pepper spray into a crowd of protesters at tonight’s Trump rally in Kansas City.

“I’m just very thankful I didn’t get the brunt of it I know some people had to have,” said journalist Josh Helmuth. “Again, not sure what happened, but we’re gonna try to get out of this area.”

“They didn’t care if you were on the sidewalk or on the street, they sprayed everyone down a long radius.”

Despite Drumpfs clear Hitler colours, it is indeed interesting how the mainstream media in the US handles Drumpf at the moment. Maybe it is a deliberate attempt by the PTB to start a mayor civil war in the US, so that they can finally lock down the country completely? Just look what is already happening now, at this early stage, in regards to Drumpf and his supporters and those opposing him. A recipe for disaster either way I'm afraid and I don't think it is a coincidence...

Now even more violent divisions are deliberately created within the american society. If they are fight between eachother they won't look at the real causes aka. the PTB in the US. And that is exactly what those psychopaths want and need for their plans.

Basically the old game:

Devide and Conquer

Check out this chronological compilation of Drumpf's violent rhetoric at his rallies, culminating with the clashes in Chicago this week. Yeah, Hitler comparisons are even more appropriate now.

I can't believe how bad american politics became in a very short span?. :headbash: Is this not the way how civil war's start?. No need of any weapons here, since guns are america's fundamental right and much easily available than bread or shelter.

Now there are riots in the streets of Chicago over Trump's postponed rally:

Yikes! That's reminiscent of the Nazis battling the SPD and the KPD (Socialists and Communists) in the streets of German cities before Hitler became chancellor. That didn't end well.

I'm wondering if there weren't agents provocateur inserted into the Sanders supporters to get things going on order to make Hillary more appealing by painting both Trump and Sanders supporters as violent extremists.
I just read this (_http://talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/the-chicago-meltdown) which lends some credence to the agents theory:

Interesting segment on CNN just now. Jeff Zeleny is explaining that that at least outside the Chicago event the crowds were very diverse - ethnically, in terms of age, individuals and families - and orderly, not violent or threatening. A real cross section. Obviously inside the event things got unruly. But that seems to be a very incomplete picture of what happened.

There's been some behind-the-scenes-activity being reported that might explain "the sudden unruly" atmosphere?

Approximately 54 Private Jets Arrive with GOP Leaders and Donors Set on Stopping Donald Trump
http://thewashingtonstandard.com/approximately-54-private-jets-arrive-gop-leaders-donors-set-stopping-donald-trump/

In a not so surprising statement, Huffington Post reporter Ryan Grim reported that “something like 54 private jets” arrived at a private resort off the coast of Georgia with a specific focus of stopping Donald Trump from obtaining the Republican nomination for president.

Billionaires, tech CEOs and top members of the Republican establishment flew to a private island resort off the coast of Georgia this weekend for the American Enterprise Institute’s annual World Forum, according to sources familiar with the secretive gathering.

The main topic at the closed-to-the-press confab? How to stop Republican front-runner Donald Trump.

Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google co-founder Larry Page, Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker, and Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk all attended. So did Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), political guru Karl Rove, House Speaker Paul Ryan, GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Ben Sasse (Neb.), who recently made news by saying he “cannot support Donald Trump.”

Along with Ryan, the House was represented by Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Fred Upton (Mich.), Rep. Kevin Brady (Texas) and almost-Speaker Kevin McCarthy (Calif.), sources said, along with leadership figure Cathy McMorris Rodgers (Wash.), Budget Committee Chairman Tom Price (R-Ga.), Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (Texas) and Diane Black (Tenn.).

Of course, the meeting was for that annual World Forum, which is a conference that has been hosted somewhat secretively since 1982 by the American Enterprise Institute.

To make sure that Grim was not assuming too much, neo-conservative Bill Kristal of The Weekly Standard reportedly wrote in an emailed report from the conference, “A specter was haunting the World Forum–the specter of Donald Trump. There was much unhappiness about his emergence, a good deal of talk, some of it insightful and thoughtful, about why he’s done so well, and many expressions of hope that he would be defeated.”

Then Kristol added these words, “The key task now, to once again paraphrase Karl Marx, is less to understand Trump than to stop him. In general, there’s a little too much hand-wringing, brow-furrowing, and fatalism out there and not quite enough resolving to save the party from nominating or the country electing someone who simply shouldn’t be president.”

Grim went on to report, “Federal Aviation Administration records available onFlightAware.com show that a fleet of private jets flew into and out of two small airports near Sea Island this weekend. Fifty-four planes flew out of the airport on St. Simons Island, Georgia, on Sunday — nearly four times as many as departed from the airport the previous Sunday. ”

In fact, following Trump’s wins on Tuesday in Mississippi and Michigan, Doug Wead laid out the following ways the GOP establishment will now attempt top stop him:
1.Cruz, Rubio, Kasich and Romney will cooperate with each other to help block Trump outsiders at key County and State conventions.
2.The RNC Rules Committee will likely change the rules back to a five state requirement needed to put a name in nomination at the Convention.
3.Make sure that you have your own people chosen as delegates to the convention.
4.The place of the caucus that selects the actual delegates who go to the district or state convention may suddenly change without your knowledge.
5.The time of the meeting may suddenly change.
6.The chairman may say “Ayes have it,” even if they don’t.
7.Off duty police may arrest and detain your newly elected Donald Trump GOP officers.
8.Precinct, County, State leaders may charge a last minute tax.
9. If the Caucus Chairman is replaced or does not like the outcome of the vote they may suddenly declare the process invalid. For example, they may say that the new chairman is a Trump partisan and thus it is now a Trump event and the GOP insurance for the event is invalid and thus the meeting is ended.
10.State Conventions will prepare ballots misspelling Trump and then later discount them in the voting for those pledged delegates.
11.Fake ballots will be distributed listing establishment names as the official Trump delegates, confusing the voters.
12.Counting the ballots at the various conventions will be an exhausting business with delays, postponements until the next day, seals broken on the voting boxes, and all kinds of chicanery.
13.They may cancel the voting due to weather in a key precinct that is heavily Trump, throwing the State.
14.At convention you may find hotel rooms cancelled. And other rooms may be bugged.
15.When you leave the RNC don’t think it’s over.

Don’t think these things can happen, read Doug’s article for all the sources where many of these things and more occurred to the Ron Paul campaign in 2012.

Kasich Backers Knock Trump Ad Off Air in Ohio
http://www.nytimes.com/politics/first-draft/2016/03/12/kasich-backers-knock-trump-ad-off-air-in-ohio/?_r=1

Television stations across Ohio are refusing to run advertisements from the Trump campaign that are critical of Gov. John Kasich because of a technical election law violation in the ad.

New Day for America, the “super PAC” supporting Mr. Kasich, sent complaints to stations about the ad, saying that it was “falsely attacking Ohio Gov. John Kasich,” and that it did not comply with federal regulations for political advertising.

Black Trump supporter shot and killed by Chicago protesters
http://christiantimesnewspaper.com/breaking-black-trump-supporter-shot-and-killed-by-chicago-protesters/

Christian Times Newspaper has learned that an African-American supporter of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has died after allegedly sustaining gunshot wounds in the aftermath of Friday night’s chaos in Chicago.

Robert King Bullock, aged 37, was a resident of Chicago’s Evanston suburb. According to Bullock’s friend, who also attended the Trump rally, Robert was an avid chef, and he recently obtained his Masters of Business Administration and planned to open a local restaurant.

Multiple sources have confirmed that protesters and Trump supporters continued to clash as they moved from the UIC Pavillion to their vehicles and nearby locations. It is believed that Bullock, at some point after leaving the event center, was confronted by protesters, beaten, then allegedly shot two times in the abdomen and left shoulder by a small to medium-size handgun.

Soros Funded MoveOn.org Takes Credit for Violence in Chicago Kurt Nimmo
_http://www.infowars.com/soros-funded-moveon-org-takes-credit-for-violence-in-chicago/

Ilya Sheyman, a failed Illinois contender for Congress and the executive director of MoveOn.org Political Action, has taken credit for the violence at a cancelled Trump event last night in Chicago. He promised similar violence and disruption will occur at future Trump political events leading up to the election.

“Mr. Trump and the Republican leaders who support him and his hate-filled rhetoric should be on notice after tonight’s events leading up to the election the George Soros funded MoveOn web page states. “To all of those who took to the streets of Chicago, we say thank you for standing up and saying enough is enough. To Donald Trump, and the GOP, we say, welcome to the general election.”

MoveOn has consistently functioned as a lobby group for the policies of the Obama administration, including the disaster of Obamacare and the continuation of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and the escalation of the war on terror that has turned America into a police and surveillance state. In 2007 it backed a bill trotted out by then Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to continue financing the occupation of Iraq.

The group acts as a front for wealthy Democrats. It was founded with the help of the financier George Soros who donated $1.46 million to get the organization rolling. Linda Pritzker of the Hyatt hotel family gave the group a $4 million donation.

Many of the Democrat and “progressive” candidates supported by MoveOn have failed to be elected since the organization was formed in 1998.

The violent demonstration in Chicago on Friday may represent a precursor to the sort of activity the organization will engage in as it tries to “shut down” its political enemies and elect either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders.

On Friday night many of the protesters shouted “Bernie!” and held placards announcing their support for the socialist Democrat.

It appears the origin for the violence in Chicago originates from the alignment of various left wing teams: Occupy Wall Street, Anarchists, the Soros funded MoveOn.Org, F**k The Police, Black Lives Matter, and organized with the campaign team of Bernie Sanders And Convicted Felon Domestic Terrorist Bill Ayers. Donald Trump Digs In After Weekend Violence, Threatens Bernie Sanders Rallies
"Be careful Bernie, or my supporters will go to yours!"

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Sunday threatened to send his supporters to the campaign rallies of Democrat Bernie Sanders, showing no sign of toning down his rhetoric after clashes erupted at his own events over the weekend.

Trump, front-runner for the Republican nomination, appeared unchastened after simmering discord between his supporters and protesters angry over his positions on immigration and Muslims turned into a palpable threat on Friday, forcing him to cancel a Chicago rally and shadowing his campaign appearances on Saturday.

Trump blamed supporters of Democratic candidate Sanders for the incidents in Chicago, where scuffles broke out between protesters and backers of the real estate magnate. He called the U.S. senator from Vermont "our communist friend".

On Sunday, he went a step further in an early morning post on Twitter: "Bernie Sanders is lying when he says his disruptors aren't told to go to my events. Be careful Bernie, or my supporters will go to yours!"

The scenes in Chicago followed several weeks of violence at Trump rallies, in which protesters and journalists have been punched, tackled and hustled out of venues, raising concerns about security leading into the Nov. 8 presidential election to replace Democratic President Barack Obama.

The disturbances continued on Saturday at a Trump rally in Dayton, Ohio, where Secret Service officers scrambled to surround the candidate after a man charged the stage.

Trump scheduled rallies on Sunday in Illinois, Ohio and Florida before the next five presidential nominating contests on Tuesday, which could cement his lead over Republican rivals U.S. Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio and Ohio Governor John Kasich.

Sarah Palin, who ran as vice president in Republican John McCain's failed 2008 campaign against Obama, planned to stump for Trump in Florida. During that election, Palin and McCain drew criticism for overheated campaign rallies marked by crowds openly hostile to Obama, who became the first African American president.

Trump, who has harnessed the discontent of white, working class voters angry over international trade deals that cost them jobs, has made his opposition to the 1993 North American Free Trade Agreement and proposed 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership a centerpiece of his campaign.

He has hammered Kasich on the issue before Tuesday's vote.

"Ohio Gov.Kasich voted for NAFTA, from which Ohio has never recovered. Now he wants TPP, which will be even worse. Ohio steel and coal dying!" he said on Twitter.

(Reporting by Doina Chiacu; Editing by Stephen Powell)

I think he is using the aggresive, violent rhetoric, as well as the calculated consequences, to push his campaign forward. The more shocking it becomes, the more he will be talked about, and the more popular he will be. Of course, what kind of a person would resort to such a strategy, if not a pathological one? This can get ugly.

Interesting time we live, indeed.
This is from: _ http://www.charismanews.com/us/55907-a-sign-of-the-times-chicago-s-trump-tower-struck-by-lightning
Also on Washington Post:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/capital-weather-gang/wp/2016/03/16/lightning-strikes-trump-tower-in-chicago-as-polls-close-in-illinois/

"Last night was a big night for presidential hopefuls with the primaries taking place in Florida, Ohio, Missouri, North Carolina and Illinois.

It was also a big night for severe weather.

Just after the polls closed in the Windy City Tuesday night, lightning was closing in on a pole of its own – the one at the top of the Trump Tower. Instagram user mrmikeyv captured it all on camera, and the video has since gone viral.
Thunderstorms rolled through the Chicago metro area late Tuesday night and there was considerable lightning with the storms, particularly between 10 p.m. and midnight," weather.com meteorologist Quincy Vagell said.

Vagell said it's more common than you'd think for tall skyscrapers to be struck by lightning.

"In fact, the Empire State Building in New York, which keeps track of lightning strikes, is struck about 25 times per year," Vagell said. "Considering the frequency of thunderstorms is greater in Chicago, the odds of buildings being struck are even greater than they are in New York."

As this round of storms passed through Chicago, Donald Trump was announced the winner of the Republican primary in Illinois. Trump also won Florida and North Carolina, but lost Ohio to the state's current governor, John Kasich.

Meanwhile, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was announced the winner of the primaries in Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida.

Missouri is still too close to call for both the Republican and Democratic primaries.

The first Super Tuesday on March 1 also saw a threat of severe storms, raising concerns of voter turnout.

Last night's storm system also brought reports of several tornadoes and dozens of hail incidents to northern Illinois, as recorded by the National Weather System.

What do you think? What's next? On election day the comets are coming?

I tell ya, the Weimar Republic peeps tried to stop Hitler in every way. Sensible people kept saying "he can't win - he's a violent clown..." But he did. Hitler was legitimately elected.

How long before angry and violent Trump supporters (a goodly portion of the USA) start wearing matching shirts so they can recognize each other at rallies? Think Brownshirts.

Nobody wants Hillary for president - she's connected to Bill and she's a woman to boot. So if it comes down to her and him, he will definitely win. If Hillary would just get out of the way, Bernie could run against Trump with Hillary as VP. THAT might work. But their egos won't let them do anything rational.

Laura said:

Yes, and yet she gets the endorsement of a lot of people. Lots of women, usually in the entertainment industry (Amy Poehler, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Cyndi Lauper, Sally Field, Lena Dunham, Diane Kruger, Kerry Washington, Katy Perry, Salma Hayek, Jamie Lee Curtis, Rosie O'Donnell, Mary Steenburgen, Barbara Streisand, etc.). All of them claiming to be feminists, thus voting for a woman... Well, from men, too: George Clooney, Robert De Niro, Magic Johnson, Pharrell Williams, etc.

I don't know about the ones I just cited, but the endorsement from some celebrities (Oprah Winfrey or George Clooney, for example), is supposed to have a huge impact on voters. Some are the opposite (according to a study, an endorsement from Rosie O'Donnell has a 36 percent negative impact on the perception of a candidate).

Donald Trump isolates quite huge chunks of the population compared to Hillary. It's fair to say quite a sizable chunk of the american population will not be voting for him plus it's also fair to say another huge chunk will be voting for Hillary just to keep Donald out. It's sort of obvious who will be voting for Trump and even if they are a huge number, the ones who will be going for Hillary will be even bigger. Really, Donald is probably doing Hillary a favour... compared to him, she's coming across as normal (which she's not!)

Furthermore, Donald Trump gets really bad press abroad. So bad that the PTB inside America probably wouldn't want him being their figurehead.

It's hard to see how he can win against Hillary... Hillary just has to much going for her especially when compared to Trump.

Ummm... in case you haven't noticed, people in the USA either do not know or know and do not care what people "abroad" think. Full stop.

Americans are very, very angry. Trump is tapping that anger.

I guess we'll see in November.
