It is also very frustrating and hurtful for Laura to have to read the same old lies repeated over and over again. A clique of journalists with ties to short-sellers write multiple stories that are no less flattering. They all say that phantom stock is not a real problem. While officials are closing in on Badian, the people who control the financial media (i.e., the friends-of-Cramer) are hunting down the Easter Bunny.Yes, one of America’s biggest brokerages is about to collapse after being implicated in massive phantom stock selling scheme, and if you believe a former deputy secretary of commerce, naked short sellers have annihilated perhaps as many as 1,000 companies - but rather than write about this scandal, our leading financial journalists are engaged in an increasingly hysterical - and illegal — effort to unmask and discredit an obscure blogger who calls himself the Easter Bunny.

So far from what I've read, Patrick formed a small team of top investigators/analysts. One of them was the Easter Bunny (unofficially - the Bunny found them). The Easter Bunny was actually an insider but the criminals could not figure out who it was. His team did great investigative work, and they posted evidence, e-mails, trade traffic, and told the entire story (much like Adventures) in a web format (apparently award-winning) including blogs at deepcapture.com. I think a big part of their success is/was web presence. They took things straight into the face of the opposition. All of this could translate into an approach for us.

It's not that hard to shut some people up. Others may take a bit more correspondence of a certain type and/or directed to specific individuals or groups, but basically, there are intermediate possibilities between the 'take it' and actual legal action that might be explored. Lawyers make a living at this, but with the database of information and the experience of senior people here, this shouldn't be much of a problem, OSIT.

Perhaps you want to see us out of business because you don't like the way we got started years ago? Well I thought about this last night.....the only thing I can come up with (in my limited knowledge of 'stalking the petty tyrant') is if 'Horse Hockey' can become part of a legal document (re HBI lawsuit) then perhaps penerology, and more specifically the exact description of the attackers pathology can become part of any future legal documents??

That is, free public advertising/education regarding penerology, using the actual case as a massive learning tool for the public at large. Part of the settlement could go as far as insisting this sites put up the legal notice, which includes the detailed dissection of the person(s) pathology/attack.
Their own sites become educators of penerology to the masses....perhaps it could go further and the site taken over by this group so as not to 'disappear' and the opportunity be wasted? Enshrine the attacks against you as lessons for all to see.

I guess their is a risk penerology could be 'lost' to this battle (I'm not a lawyer so don't know).....but that was my idea fwiw.

What's interesting is that "Victronix" and her partner claim to be "9-11 Truth" advocates BUT she insists that a plane hit the Pentagon?

This is absolutely ridiculous, as there was NO wreckage. I lived 2-3 hours from the Pentagon at the time, and when they activated ALL the military in Tidewater, they came right out and said "Two planes have hit the WTC and a MISSILE has hit the Pentagon" we all heard it, on the TV, radio, etc.

Of course the Enlisted Military grape-vine went wonkers with rumors of WHOSE missile it was "Terrorist with a SAM on the bridge" "US trying to shoot down a terrorist and their missile hit the pentagon" etc. but there was NO question it was a missile of some kind as we could all see the hole and damage on the live TV coverage. It wasn't until days later that they announced it was a plane.

So why do these people claim to be 9-11 Truthers when they are in fact spreading government propaganda...when they're not busy libeling Laura and SOTT?
