The thing is that there is no need for a flying saucer invasion to make people accept a fascist system. They already accept fascism and the world government is already here. If the goal of the grotesque military display was to get the British people used to a heavy military presence, that goal was probably reached.
Maybe the greatest trick of the PTB regarding those interested in conspiracy is to make them believe that the world government is always some time in the near future, while it is already here, under an unexpected form. That's a clever distraction from the real dimension of conspiracies. If they display to the public some masonic or "Illuminati" symbols, that's because they know that people know them and they must be laughing at how people get all excited about some visual tricks while the real things occur behind closed doors. IMHO, the most interresting symbolism, if any, is that which was not planned, that which the universe reveals, not what some shadowy people display. OSIT
