Zurnal: How Jess Baily blackmailed DUI through his "Special Prosecutors"

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31468/1/

Friday's headlines in Macedonian media were focused on infighting between Special Prosecutors Katica Janeva and Fatime Fetai, because of Fetai's insubordination and her close relationship with DUI which irked Janeva, but most importantly her boss US Ambaasador Jess Baily - reports Macedonian daily Zurnal.

For now, the daily states Fatime Fetai has been put in her place, but it wasn't easy, a fact confirmed by Ljupco Palevski, an SDS insider and close friend of Branko Crvenkovski.

Palevski states the SPO and Zaev are under complete control of Jess Baily, with the temporary exception of Fetai who refused to be subservient to Katica and the US Ambassador.

According to numerous insider reports, Zurnal confirms that the SDS have been blackmailing DUI officials who wanted a coalition with VMRO-DPMNE. The blackmails and threats grew each hour. We reported on numerous late night visits by Zaev to DUI's HQ in Mala Rechica. The SDS leader, as instructed by Baily played wiretapped materials of crimes committed by DUI officials threatening them the SPO will start a process against them and they will all be jailed. Of course, their political careers would end for good.

As a result of this pressure and blackmails, DUI gave the signatures to Zaev, however, now the SDS doesn't have a mandate to form a Government.

The situation within DUI is quite chaotic, reports Zurnal. There is a great deal of internal pressure among officials and the fact they were forced to enter into a coalition which doesn't have a mandate.

Part of DUI's leadership openly asked: Where are we going, are we loyal to Soros or Trump? We can't go with both!

DUI is also quite concerned with the rise of the citizenry and the massive demonstrations which have never been seen in Macedonia. DUI does not want to become part of the problem, however after they entered the coalition, they certainly became a part of it.

DUI is even more concerned about the future of their party which is looking bleaker by the minute. DUI officials believe If VMRO-DPMNE creates a coalition with DPA, or even BESA, DUI is finished. According to the latest Parliamentary results, they would lose the mayorship in Tetovo, Chair and very likely in Gostivar.

At the moment, the tensions between Baily-SDS-SPO-DUI are increasing on daily basis, and an imminent explosion would not be at all surprising since the entire relationship is solely based on threats and blackmails - reports Zurnal.

DUI officials are blackmailed with taking bribes in the Magyar telecom case, while others are involved in drug trafficking.

Zoran Zaev: Platform Created in Macedonia, not Tirana

http://www.independent.mk/articles/41947/Zoran+Zaev+Platform+Created+in+Macedonia%2C+not+Tirana

If you publicly attack citizens who comprise more than 20% of the population in Macedonia, they will defend themselves and division will be brought about. On the other hand, if you unite people, the country will be stronger. Our concept is one society for all, Zoran Zaev said in an interview with HRT.

He said that the Albanian declaration was created in Macedonia, and was part of the election programs, but the meeting was only held in Albania in order for the political parties of the Albanian bloc to be able to sit on one table.

The leader of SDSM, Zoran Zaev, stated the aforementioned in an interview with HRT, offering an explanation for the refusal of Gjorge Ivanov to grant him the mandate on Wednesday. Zaev said that the platform was created in Macedonia, although he did not say how he knew this, and the fact that the PM of Albania gathered all the leaders of the Albanian political parties in Albania is just a regular meeting and nothing more, according to him.

He did not comment on the meddling of Rama in the internal affairs of the country.

In addition, Zaev justified the request included in the platform for the acknowledgment of the genocide of the Albanian people.

Although there are is not any evidence that such a genocide occurred, and what is more a genocide on the Macedonian people was recorded, Zaev says that there is nothing wrong in accepting the fact that certain armies carried out genocide on the Albanian population.

“There is a formulation which says that armies who had murdered civilians in the past are to be condemned. There is nothing wrong with this. Some people hint at the Serbian army, others say that those armies were German, Italian or Bulgarian during the Nazi period and the Balkan Wars. However, there is nothing wrong with saying that killing civilians is to be condemned,” Zaev says and adds that the excuse that is given that someone has malicious intentions regarding Macedonia does not have any grounds, referring to Ivanov’s decision not to give him the mandate.

“If you publicly attack citizens who comprise more than 20% of the population in Macedonia, they will defend themselves and division will be brought about. On the other hand, if you unite people, the country will be stronger. Our concept is one society for all. Macedonia belongs to all citizens who live in Macedonia,” Zoran Zaev said.

Gruevski for TV Pink: People didn’t vote for the Albanian platform, they didn’t know about it before the elections

http://english.republika.mk/gruevski-for-tv-pink-people-didnt-vote-for-the-albanian-platform-they-didnt-know-about-it-before-the-elections/

VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski in an interview with the Serbian TV Pink said it was unacceptable to form a government headed by Zoran Zaev and the Albanian parties by using the Tirana platform. SDSM and DUI, as Gruevski pointed, accepted the platform after the elections, although before the elections SDSM claimed that it will not accept such a platform.

Gruevski in the interview noted that SDSM announced bilingualism and cantonal division and that a large part of it was denied during the campaign, accusing VMRO-DPMNE of making it all up. He says that many people believed that VMRO-DPMNE was trying to steal SDSM’s votes in that way.

“Bur, after the elections, things went much further, SDSM accepted a platform created in a foreign country at the initiative of the Albanian Government,” Gruevski said.

“The BESA party says the platform was created by the Albanian Government and supported by the Prime Minister Edi Rama. Together, they stand behind the platform which was created by another country, which refers to our country. This is not in accordance with the Constitution and politics, Gruevski told TV Pink.

VMRO-DPMNE leader stressed that a number of elements in the platform are contrary to the Constitution, something that the people have recognized and understood that it is a part of a specific plan that aims to create a bi-national state in which the Albanians will take precedence over other ethnic communities in Macedonia.

In the interview with TV Pink, Nikola Gruevski said there are two options for SDSM.

“Early parliamentary elections in May along with the local elections where Zaev will offer this platform, and the second option is Zaev to accept VMRO-DPMNE’s offer, give up on the platform and receive our support in the forming of a minority government,” Gruevski said.

Hungarian FM calls on EUrocrats to condemn Tirana's meddling in Macedonia

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31485/1/

I will call on my colleagues at today's meeting to condemn the so-called Albanian platform and the interference of a foreign prime minister in the internal affairs of a neighboring country, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told MIA correspondent in Brussels on Monday.

Szijjarto said he had already urged his EU colleagues to present their stance on these matters at the last meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council.

Szijjarto's colleagues, Foreign Minister of Austria, Slovenia and Greece - Sebastian Kurz, Karl Erjavec and Nikos Kotzias respectively - are also expected to call on the EU to officially condemn the platform of Albanian parliamentary parties in Macedonia, MIA correspondent reports.

Zaeviqi asks DUI to postpone Local Elections, Ahmeti not in control of Party

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31479/1/

For Macedonia to hold local elections without delay, they need to be scheduled by the end of Monday (March 6th, 2017).

VMRO-DPMNE has recommended to have local and parliamentary elections held at the same time.

The SDS in their discussions with DUI have requested delay of local elections, first take control of the Government, implement the Tirana platform and only then think of local elections. The SDS arguments were - we will lose the elections.

DUI is in deep existential crisis, their leader Ali Ahmeti no longer has control over his party, instead a leader is whoever is speaking in the party's name (Arifi, Bejta...). Ali Ahmeti is the party's president on paper. DUI officials prefer speedy local elections because the more they delay the elections, they are fearful more of their votes would go to BESA and the Alliance. To them it's clear the winner in the local elections will once again be VMRO-DPMNE and the Coalition 'For Better Macedonia'.

To ensure local elections are held as scheduled, in early May, Parliament must convene and through its president schedule local elections. If this doesn't happen, the elections can be either delayed or a chance into the local elections law must be done to ensure they can be scheduled on a short notice.

VMRO-DPMNE remains on their position that jointly with local they should hold parliamentary elections as this is not just the best thing for the country, but it's also very cost effiicient. The ruling Government also calls upon the SDS leader to show some courage and see what people thought of the Tirana platform, as it was introduced after the elections.

The SDS strongly opposes new elections.

Zaev has already met with Ahmeti where apart from the platform, he requested there cannot be elections any time in the near future, no matter what the cost. The reasoning was simple, the SDS would lose the towns where they currently hold mayoral spots, such as Strumica and Kumanovo. Zaev also suggested they cannot repeat the same Parliamentary election results, as they don't have nearly the funds to bribe voters as they did several months ago.

The SDS is not even entertaining publishing a list of mayoral candidates because they are not planning on local elections.

DUI's Ahmeti on Thursday stated local elections must be held in its scheduled time slot, in May 2017, however similarly to his partner in SDS, Ahmeti is known to change his mind very often.

The SEC has stated they are ready for local elections, which are slated to cost 6.5m euros, 500,000 euros less because the diaspora doesn't get to vote in local elections.

SDS Leader took photo with UCK terrorist day after Kumanovo attack

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31480/1/

One day after 8 Macedonian policemen were killed in Kumanovo, the SDS leader visited the town, but did not visit or meet with policemen or local officials, instead he met with the very people who aided the Kosovo terrorists in Kumanovo. One of them was Bekim Aliu.

There is also information available that the SDS and Zaev knew of the attack in Kumanovo well before it happened, were even included in providing operational logistics for the Kosovo terrorists.

Zaev's right hand man Bekir Asani - Chaush who was caught of having produced 50,000 fake IDs (that were suppose to be given to Kosovo citizens to vote in Macedonia) and subsequently jailed, had in the same facility 80 bullet proof vests that were meant to be delivered to the terrorists in Kumanovo. However, the delivery never took place because police intervened few days before the scheduled attack on numerous targets in Kumanovo: open markets, shops, police stations etc.

This is the Macedonian opposition.

SDS creates fake Albanian profiles to create ethnic tensions

The SDS leadership is asking their followers to create fake albanian profiles on FB and write hateful comments towards Macedonians and the ruling Government to scare them into not attending protests.

Above is the text message and instructions sent by SDS leadership earlier today...

Most Massive: Protests Continue in 21 Macedonian Cities

http://www.independent.mk/articles/41969/Most+Massive+Protests+Continue+in++Macedonian+Cities

The civic initiative "For Joint Macedonia" has organized the most massive protests in a total of 21 cities in Macedonia. Apart from Skopje, the movement will rally in Prilep, Kumanovo, Stip, Delcevo, Gevgelija, Kriva Palanka, Resen, Radovis, Probistip, Berovo, Valandovo.

The messages have remained the same, i.e. rejecting the concept of bilingualism and defense of the Unitarian character of the state. The movement has demanded the parties to scratch out the platform created in another country and under the patronage of a foreign prime minister.

"We call on all citizens who love their country to come out in front of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and express their revolt against the Albanian platform, introducing bilingualism, change of the national anthem, flag and emblem of Macedonia," the organizers said.

SDS desperation: Tries to heat up situation by any means

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31500/1/

Molotov cocktails were thrown at the Museum of Albanian Alphabet in Bitola early on Tuesday, which damaged the building's facade, entrance and a window.

This comes a day after the SDS HQ asked their membership to cause incidents by creating fake albanian profiles on Facebook to stir up ethnic tensions.

Police said the incident was reported after which the building has been cordoned off allowing the scene to be investigated.

Unknown individuals at 4 a.m. hurled Molotov cocktails at the Museum of Albanian Alphabet thus damaging the entrance, a second-floor window and a memorial plaque, according to a police report.

"I condemn this incident and no one needs such things to happen. I expect the institutions to investigate the case and identify the attackers," the Museum's director Nuer Arslani said adding it was pure luck that no more damage was done and that no one was hurt.

VMRO-DPMNE also condemned the attack. "The incident must be condemned universally, hence preventing from being mistreated for someone to score party and political points," read the party's press release.

Macedonian President's Letter to Trump and Erdogan: Tirana Platform is Blackmail

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42007/Macedonian+President%27s+Letter+to+Trump+and+Erdogan+Tirana+Platform+is+Blackmail

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov sent a letter to the President of the United States Donald Trump, the President of the European Council Donald Tusk, to the Council members, to NATO Secretary General Jens Stontenberg and to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in which he informs them about the developments regarding the Tirana platform and asks them to condemn it for the sake of regional stability. The Tirana platform is a program of political demands by three Macedonian parties that represent mainly ethnic Albanians, which was drafted in Tirana, under the leadership of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

President Ivanov informed EU, NATO and the two main Macedonian strategic partners the United States and Turkey about the political crisis, and the negotiations that led to early elections in December 2016.

"Instead of the elections helping us exit the crisis and allowing us to focus on the urgent reform priorities, we again found ourselves in a deep political crisis. Under the tutorship of Edi Rama three of the four parties of Macedonian Albanians, with 18 out of 120 members of Parliament, drafted a platform for Albanians in the Republic of Macedonia. The Tirana platform now serves are a precondition to form a Government in Macedonia. It is a postelection document adopted in a foreign country in the office of a foreign politician under the tutorship of the Prime Minister of a foreign country. This platform jeopardizes the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Macedonia and puts it in a subservient position or position of dependence under a foreign country. Implementation of this platform would include changes to the Macedonian Constitution that would endanger the unitary character of the country, and it violates the Ohrid Framework Agreement, which regulates interethnic relations. It is discriminatory against other ethnic groups in Macedonia, putting one of them in a privileged position. The Tirana platform has a destabilizing effect and increases interethnic tensions in the Republic of Macedonia", President Ivanov said.

President Ivanov refused to give a mandate to form the next Government to Zoran Zaev, the leader of the Social-Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM), after he accepted elements of the platform and said that he will work for its full implementation. NATO and EU officials as well as the State Department called on Ivanov to give the mandate to Zaev.

The platform demands that the Albanian language is made an official language across the whole of Macedonia, asks for changes to the national emblems, veto rights for Albanians over public spending, changing of the name of Macedonia and an apology for genocide against Albanians. In his letter, President Ivanov notes that the statements from official representatives of Albania and Kosovo have negative effect on interethnic relations and on stability in the Western Balkans.

"Given that it has the character of an ultimatum and blackmail, this platform has brought us in a stalemate that is difficult to exit. I made my decision not to designate a mandate holder based on Article 84, item 1 of the Constitution, and I will not do so with anybody who negotiates on a platform that blackmails the Macedonian people, endangers the unitary character of the state, its sovereignty and independence. As President, I'm duty bound to respect the Constitution and the laws, and to protect the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Macedonia. I have informed Commissioner Hahn and high representative Mogherini of my positions and I called on them to publicly condemn and renounce the platform, as an act of interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign country and a step that destabilizes us further and opens us to internal political, interethnic and possibly geopolitical influences", President Ivanov wrote in his letter that was made public on Tuesday.

President Ivanov also expresses his belief that the Tirana platform undermines the Przino agreement, reached between the four largest parties in Macedonia, with mediation from the European Union and the United States.

"I believe that only by condemning and rejecting his document, we can get out of the dead end situation we are now in. It is the only way to achieve the goals of the Przino agreement and the urgent reform priorities, to achieve political stabilization, reduce interparty and interethnic tensions and to return the Republic of Macedonia on its European and Euro-Atlantic path. In this context, I call on you to examine carefully the reality we are faced with and to push for the public rejection and condemnation of this damaging platform by the European Union and NATO, and their member states. Furthermore, I expect that you will condemn the blatant interference of two of our neighbors, who aspire for full European Union membership, in our internal affairs. Finally, I expect that you will send a strong message to our geopolitically fragile region that will affirm the inviolability of the borders, to reaffirm the European and Euro-Atlantic perspective for the countries of the region. Lack of public condemnation of the Tirana platform by the international community can only encourage other similar attempts in our, but also in other regions of Europe that have a similarly complex ethnic, religious and linguistic reality", President Ivanov concluded in his letter.

Nedelkovski: Macedonians are defending not just their country, but the Balkan Orthodoxy

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31490/1/

Excerpt:

On the streets of Skopje and throughout Macedonia, we are defending not just Macedonia, but the Orthodox population thoughout the Balkans which is being targeted for an extended time through proxy albanian separatists and terrorists who seek out territories in Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro and Serbia (not just Kosovo), but Preshevo, Bujanovec...

The defense starts here... says Milenko Nedelkovski, host of popular Alfa TV nightly show "Milenko".

Fresh marches in Skopje, across whole country for united Macedonia

http://english.republika.mk/fresh-marches-in-skopje-across-whole-country-for-united-macedonia/

The ‘Civic Initiative for United Macedonia’ organized Monday yet another march against constitutional changes and an introduction of bilingualism in the country.

The march, as in the last few days, kicked off in front of the government to be wrapped up in front of the Parliament building.

Protesters reaffirmed their demands for united Macedonia, saying again that they reject platforms designed in foreign countries. ‘We are for Macedonia-made platform, one that will defend the interests of all citizens.’

‘Only our presence, great number of protesters and their deployment across Macedonia will keep us together to protect everything we stand for,’ director and producer Boris Damovski said.

Let’s protect the Macedonian language, prove the existence of the Macedonian nation and its folklore, artist Stefce Stojkovski said.

On Monday, as last week, the ‘Civic Initiative for United Macedonia’ organized rallies in 20 cities across the country.

New rallies across Macedonia are also announced for today.

The US plan for Macedonia: Keep Serbia down and Russia out
https://www.rt.com/op-edge/379727-us-macedonia-nato-russia/

The role of the United States in the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is often overlooked by people who are critical of Washington’s intervention in the internal affairs of independent, sovereign countries.

For it was in the former Yugoslavia that the precedent was set for future American intervention in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria. Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo provided the launch pad for the West’s concept of humanitarian intervention, which, in reality, is a pretext for safeguarding and enhancing US global hegemony.

However, intervention by Washington in the Balkans in the 1990s served a more immediate objective for the Americans. While Otto von Bismarck, the legendary first Chancellor of Germany, scoffed at the notion of intervening in the Balkans, having said that the region is “not worth the bones of a single Pomeranian grenadier,” the US took a decidedly different view on the matter.

For Washington, helping to break up Yugoslavia would not only create client states for the US but would also, at best, keep Russia out of the Balkans, or, at worst, limit Russian influence in the region (historically, Russia has close connections there based on pan-Slavism and the Orthodox faith). An American presence in the Balkans would also allow US policy-makers to project American power beyond the region, as Camp Bondsteel, in Kosovo, has been helping to do for nearly twenty years now. Incidentally, it is one of the largest overseas US military bases in the world, hosting up to seven thousand soldiers and an array of military equipment.

Today, Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo are American client states. But the process of Washington colonizing the Balkans is not yet complete. Standing in the way of the US achieving full mastery over the region are Serbia and Russia.

Throughout its history, Serbia has resisted foreign occupiers, from the Ottoman Empire to the Austro-Hungarian Empire to the German Empire to the Third Reich. However, since the overthrow of Slobodan Milosevic, in 2000, in an election which the Americans played a decisive role in, Serbia has begun to be colonized by the US. Today, there are NATO supervisory offices in key Serbian institutions, from the Ministry of Defense to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the judiciary to the civil service. The former is all the more ironic and humiliating for Serbs given that NATO representatives sit in the very building that NATO partly destroyed during its bombing campaign against Serbia in 1999.

Further to that, to weaken Serbia and ensure that it does not resist the diktats of Washington, the US encouraged and recognized Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence in 2008, as well as having instigated and overseen the fraudulent independence referendum result in Montenegro in 2006. As a consequence of both illegal actions, Belgrade lost control of Kosovo and Montenegro, reducing Serbia in size and in clout.

But despite Washington’s penetration of Serbia, assisted by the European Union, and accelerated under the current prime minister, Alexander Vucic, more and more ordinary Serbs are coming to realize the tremendously damaging effects of American influence in their country - politically, economically, militarily and socially – and thus anti-Western sentiment in Serbia is now widespread.

Buoyed by its emphatic return to the international arena, and by its foreign policy successes in the Crimea and in Syria, Russia has begun to show increasing interest in the Balkans. Moscow understands the geostrategic importance of the Balkans for Russian national security and, like Tsarist Russia is starting to capitalize on pro-Russian sentiment in Serbia, Montenegro, the Republika Srpska (the Serb entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Macedonia.
And it is Macedonia that today the US regards as constituting an effective means of keeping the Americans in the Balkans, the Serbs down in the Balkans and the Russians out of the Balkans.

Washington, which is actively seeking both NATO and EU membership for Macedonia, is acutely aware that political, economic and cultural relations between Russia and Macedonia have been steadily progressing in recent years, demonstrated by the construction of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Skopje, in 2015. That groundbreaking event was presided over by Archbishop Stefan, the head of the Macedonian Orthodox Church, who also blessed the site.

While Macedonia has been independent for 26 years now, it is a very fragile country, and this is due in large part to its restless Albanian community, which makes up a quarter of Macedonian’s population. Enter the US.

Since the US bombed Serbia in support of the Kosovo Liberation Army, an ethnic Albanian terrorist organization with powerful links to organized crime, Washington has cultivated an extremely strong relationship with Albanians in the Balkans - in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia. US pre-eminence in the region rests, to a large extent, on the fervent support it receives from Albanians there (indeed, Albanians are one of the staunchest supporters of America in the world). It is a mutually beneficial relationship, too, as the Albanian goal of wrestling Kosovo away from Serbia has been realized, due to the NATO bombing of Serbia and the subsequent withdrawal by Belgrade of its army and police from the Serbian province, while the immense political power which ethnic Albanians in Macedonia today wield, is due to the Ohrid Agreement which NATO imposed on Skopje in 2001, following an Albanian terrorist campaign in the country.

Under American patronage, the foundations for a Greater Albania have begun to take shape. And the areas which fall under a Greater Albania include Kosovo, parts of Macedonia, such as Tetovo, the Presevo Valley in Serbia, and parts of Montenegro, such as Malesia.

With historic ties between Serbia and Macedonia (pan-Slavism, the Orthodox faith and a wariness of Albanian territorial ambitions in the Balkans), and developing ties between Russia and Macedonia, and with anti-Western sentiment rapidly increasing in Serbia, and with a resurgent Russian on the international stage, the US has begun to take action to preserve its dominance in the Balkans. And by what means? By playing its trump card in the region: the Albanians.

Currently, in Macedonia, there is an internal crisis, in which the two opposing sides are the Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov and the leader of the opposition Zoran Zaev, who is backed by ethnic Albanian political parties. Mr. Ivanov will not grant permission to Mr. Zaev to form a government, rightly fearing that Albanian secessionists in Macedonia will take advantage of this and sever links with Skopje in pursuit of a Greater Albania.

Outside proponents of a Greater Albania have clearly demonstrated their involvement in the crisis in Macedonia. The self-proclaimed president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, has called on ethnic Albanians in Macedonia to “take the destiny of their rights into their own hands.”

Responding to the crisis in Macedonia, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accused the US and EU of interfering in the internal affairs of the country and of supporting “the Greater Albania project which includes vast areas in a number of Balkan states.”

By Washington playing the Albanian card in Macedonia, the country could cease to exist or could be reduced significantly in size, thus limiting any future Russian presence there. The Albanian-dominated parts of Macedonia could unify under a single entity and replicate what Kosovo did: become de facto independent and then one day unilaterally declares itself independent. That would also serve as a warning to Serbia: namely, if the Serbs continue with their current anti-Western sentiments, then Greater Albania could extend into Serbia, by the Americans encouraging and arming secessionists in the Presevo Valley, which could reduce the country even further in size.

Despite there being a new US administration, there is very little chance of President Donald Trump changing Washington’s policy in the Balkans and abandoning the Albanians there. Indeed, Mr. Trump demonstrated his full support to Kosovo this February when he sent a message to the self-proclaimed Kosovan President Thaci (a man with historical links to organized crime) congratulating Kosovo on its so-called independence.

In the letter, the US President wrote that: “On behalf of the United States, I am pleased to congratulate the people of Kosovo on your independence day on February 17. The partnership between our countries is based on shared values and common interests. A sovereign, multi-ethnic, democratic Kosovo’s future lies in a stable and prosperous Balkan region that is fully integrated into the international community…We look forward to continuing our broad and deep cooperation.

Mr Trump, who, like Thaci, has links to organized crime, is not going to relinquish America’s hold on the Balkans, for continued American dominance of the region will help to achieve the US President’s goal of ensuring American global power remains preeminent, together with his pledge to increase the already bloated US defense budget and to make the American nuclear arsenal the largest in the world.

Macedonia is the country where Washington’s determination to remain dominant in the Balkans is beginning to play out in. The American-Albanian alliance is a lethal one for the security and stability of that historically volatile region. Yet, for the Americans and the Albanians, it is a win-win situation. With the help of the Albanians, the US will remain the leading outside power in the Balkans. And with the help of the Americans, the Albanian goal of realizing a Greater Albania will take another leap forward.

President Trump is starting to play Washington’s trump card - the Albanians – in Macedonia. Making “America great again” is beginning to take on another dimension.

Investigations by Breitbart News into the global network run by George Soros have contributed to the negative atmosphere the billionaire has been facing in Europe, Politico reported on Tuesday.

Breitbart Vs. Soros: News Agency’s Investigations Causing Problems for Billionaire’s European Operations

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/03/08/breitbart-vs-soros-news-agencys-investigations-causing-problems-billionaires-european-operations/

The news outlet reported the Hungarian government’s move to minimize the influence of Soros’s Open Society Foundations and other foreign-funded non-governmental organizations, or NGO’s, is being “seemingly buoyed by U.S. President Donald Trump’s election victory and the ascendance of the alt-right in Washington.”

Politico reported on the role of Breitbart News in exposing Soros, falsely labeling the news agency an “alt-right website.” Breitbart News, recently ranked as the 29th most trafficked U.S. website by the Alexa rankings system, is an independent news website considered by many to be the largest conservative news site in America. It has no affiliation with the so-called alt-right movement.

Politico reported:

The American alt-right website Breitbart, formerly run by Stephen Bannon, now White House chief strategist, has long fixated on Soros, accusing him of trying to bring down Europe’s borders, furthering the migrant crisis and funding Trump’s opponents.

The perceived sympathy within the Trump administration for anti-Soros sentiments appears to have emboldened politicians throughout Central and Eastern Europe to intensify their assault on Soros-backed groups. …

These efforts have already borne fruit: two letters, one signed by Republican Senator Mike Lee and the other by six House Republicans, were sent to the U.S. Mission in Macedonia in mid-January inquiring about U.S. funding for Open Society Foundation projects in Macedonia.

Politico went on to report the Hungarian parliament’s plans to submit a bill on the manner in which NGOs operate within the country. Although the text of the proposed law has not yet been made public, it is widely believed that the bill will seek to require such organizations to make public the amount of money received from foreign sources. Israel passed a similar measure last July.

Sentiments against Soros have been rising in numerous European nations, including Romania, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovakia, Politico reported.

Breitbart News has featured a large number of stories documenting Soros’s financing of groups pushing open borders in Europe and worldwide, with specific focus on using the migrant crisis to achieve policy aims.

In the U.S., Soros has been tied to advocacy for illegal aliens, opposition to immigration enforcement and most recently to activist groups attempting to halt President Trump’s domestic agenda.

Reviews by this reporter of the more than 2,500 documents hacked from the servers of Soros’s Open Society Foundations highlight the undue influence the billionaire financier exerts domestically, from attempting to remake the American electorate to successfully lobbying for changes in U.S. immigration policy to funding initiatives targeting local police forces.

While many of the documents spotlight Soros’s global network, focus on the hacked materials from his Foundations’ U.S. contingent begins to expose the many tentacles of the Democratic party mega-donor’s operation and its deep impact on the policy objectives of the former administration of Barack Obama, often using a slew of U.S.-based progressive groups and activist organizations.

Jason Miko: A Deal with the Devil, Revisited

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42077/Jason+Miko+A+Deal+with+the+Devil%2C+Revisited

Almost 15 years ago, in the pages of this newspaper I wrote “A little over two years ago, Eleanor Nagy, who was Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Skopje told me regarding the Ohrid Framework Agreement that 'basically, we made a deal with the devil.' The deal paved the way for the creation of the DUI which is made up mostly of people with absolutely no experience in politics and even less experience in representative government. (Many Macedonians pointed to one DUI member who became Minister of Transport and Communications, noting that his only previous experience in communications was blowing up several Macedonian Telecommunications tower stations). Now that the deal with the Devil has been made, however, we see the Devil going back on his deal. Surprise, surprise.” Today in March of 2017 we see that the devil has come to collect what he believes is due him. Ali Ahmeti was born in violence, and in violence he will eventually go away, to spend eternity separated from God, who loved him and created him.

I know that the anger and ire these days, among most Macedonians, is directed to Zoran Zaev. But, in light of Nagy’s quote, above, it’s worth going back in time, to 2001. My favorite quote by Mr. Ahmeti, which he has never denied, is this from Newsweek, March 22, 2001. In “A Troubled Dream,” author David Binder quotes Mr. Ahmeti as stating “Our aim is solely to remove Slav forces from territory which is historically Albanian.” Patrick Bishop, reporting in The Telegraph on March 13, 2001, in an article entitled “Macedonia Launches Attacks” wrote this: “The Albanian rebels in Macedonia demanded its division along ethnic lines and said they were prepared to plunge the Balkans into another conflict unless their demands were met. An NLA commander in Kosovo urged the West to support its cause or face the consequences. ‘If the international community wants one more war in the Balkans we are ready,’ he said in the first interview by the group. It appeared in the newspaper Fakti.” Today, I invite Mr. Ahmeti to repudiate that statement. I hope he does.

And Peter Beaumont and Nick Wood, writing in The Observer on March 11, 2001 stated: “What the guerrillas are trying to achieve is articulated by Shkelzen Maliqi, a journalist for Radio Free Europe based in Pristina, and writer for Institute of War and Peace Reporting. ‘I am familiar with the ideology, mentality and motivation behind the forces provoking the armed conflict in Macedonia. I have come to know them, especially the émigrés in Europe. They have tried to persuade me that Macedonia is an artificial creation, formed to the detriment of the Albanian nation. They maintain that the enforced division of the Albanian nation was an historical injustice, aimed to prevent it from being equal to its neighbors in the region. That injustice would be rectified, they say, by dividing Macedonia into Slav and Albania parts and allowing the latter to unite with Kosovo or, even better, incorporated into a unitary Albanian state.’” In March 2017, it’s worth remembering these things.

Now journey back with me in time to 2010 when Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. Her party, the Democrats, the party of the left, had the majority of seats in the House and then-president Obama wanted to pass a health care bill which, as it turns out seven years later, is a disaster for America. The bill was pushed through the house on party lines – not a single member of the Republican party, the party of the right and of Donald Trump, voted for it. Many people complained that the 2,000 page bill had not been thoroughly discussed and no one single person alive knew all that was in the bill. Most members of congress did not even know the basics of what was in the bill. But how did Pelosi justify passing it? She said and I quote, “We have to pass the bill to know what’s in it.” Today, do Macedonians know what is in the Tirana Platform? Do we have to give the mandate to Zaev and his deal with the devil to know what’s in it? Why can’t Zoran Zaev come clean now and tell the public what is in it? Why so secretive? Is Zaev committed to Macedonia’s name and identity? Is he committed to a unitary state?

Which brings me to this final thought: Racism, bigotry, and discrimination – all of these things are wrong. We should not practice them as individuals and they should not be practiced by institutions, especially governmental institutions. Is there racism, bigotry, and discrimination in Macedonia? Yes. There is in every country. But here is the most important point: it is not institutionalized at a governmental level. Yes, we as individuals are all prone to engage in racism, bigotry, and discrimination. We are but fallen, sinful creatures. We have all, at some point, had feelings and thoughts along those lines. Fortunately, most people do not act out on those. But there is not institutional racism, bigotry, and discrimination on a governmental level in Macedonia. No matter how much people scream and yell about being second class citizens, they are not. On the other hand there are some leaders who profit – politically and monetarily – from telling their people they are victims. And that is wrong. All of what is rumored to be contained in the Tirana Platform goes far beyond the Ohrid Framework Agreement (another reason that we should know what is in the platform). The internationals told us and guaranteed that the OFA would be the end-all-be-all for rights for Macedonian’s ethnic Albanians. Apparently, they lied.

President Ivanov discussed need to reject Tirana platform with OSCE Sec-Gen Zannier

http://english.republika.mk/president-ivanov-discussed-need-to-reject-tirana-platform-with-osce-sec-gen-zannier/

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov met with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier on Thursday to discuss the political situation and the difficult coalition making process. President Ivanov told Zannier about his positions and the reasons that led him to withhold giving the mandate to form a Government to SDSM party leader Zoran Zaev.

“President Ivanov said that ther are legal and political aspects which represent a problem, but also a pre-condition to leave the crisis. Regarding the legal issues that affect giving the mandate, it was told that they are easy to overcome. But, as for the political aspect, President Ivanov said that he remains on his position that the Tirana platform should be condemned and rejected, as should be the interference in the internal affairs of the Republic of Macedonia, which don’t help efforts to build good neighborly relations and maintain regional stability”, a press release from President Ivanov’s office informed.

The platform was drafted in Tirana by three parties that represent ethnic Albanians from Macedonia, together with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, and it calls for changes to the Macedonian name, flag, anthem, elevating the Albanian language as a second official language, veto rights over public spending and a number of other issues. After Zaev reached agreement with the parties that drafted the platform to claim the mandate, President Ivanov said that this is unacceptable interference of a foreign country in Macedonia’s internal politics and called on Zaev to reject the platform before asking for the mandate.

According to the press release, Secretary General Zannier expressed his concern for the inter-ethnic tensions, and appealed to constructive steps to overcome the crisis. “He agreed with President Ivanov that regional leaders should refrain from damaging rhetoric”, the press release adds.

Ivanov and Zannier also discussed the security situation in the region and the migrant and refugee crisis. President Ivanov said that Macedonia continues to implement the measures that were agreed by the European Council to stop the flow of migrants, protect the borders and reduce illegal migration, as steps needed to protect the integrity of the Schengen Zone. President Ivanov also emphasized the need for OSCE programs to fight radicalization in order to reduce the threat of violent extremism and foreign fighters.

After destabilizing Macedonia, Fake Patriots in VMRO-DPMNE promise support for people?

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31516/1/

Since ancient time up until today, the Macedonian people have respected their leaders. As a result of this, the primary goal of foreign aggressors has been to kill our leaders, if they can't buy them off. If both fail, the third and best option is to install and insert fake patriots.

The list of murdered Macedonian leaders is rather extensive, and this is only in the past century: Delchev, Sandanski, Racin, Josifovski - Pitu etc.

The list of domestic traitors is even more extensive.

However, the longest is the list of fake patriots.

Our so called party system has utterly destroyed Macedonia. Our first (three) fake patriot presidents who ok-ed the selling of our name were green lighted and installed by foreigners. Since our independence, the structures of both SDS and VMRO-DPMNE's elected leadeders were first vetted by the foreign factor in the country. The SDS leader Crvenkovski sold the name, then both parties (SDS and VMRO-DPMNE) sold the country in 2001.

Both political parties have strong anti-Macedonian policies, no matter who is in charge. The first do it openly and boast about it, the second do it quietly.

Our institutions are flooded with fake patriots, if not outright traitors. Perfect example of this are the bots sitting in MANU, an organization which should be immediately defunded and disbanded.

For 25 years, we have a two party system: the traitors in SDS who are selling the country to low bidders, and the fake patriots in VMRO-DPMNE who allegedly fight the SDS, but in reality assist the SDS. In 10 years, the fake patriots in VMRO-DPMNE not just did not prevent the traitors in their destabilization, but in 2008, when the VMRO-DPMNE had a majority in Parliament with 63 MPs, went out of their way for reasons known only to them to give the minority albanian MPs the right to speak albanian in Parliament, thus going outside the Ohrid Framework Agreement. Why was this done? Who gave VMRO-DPMNE permission for this?

On July 11, 2011, legally not obliged, the VMRO-DPMNE expanded the law and allowed ethnic albanian Ministers to speak albanian during their working sessions and release documents in albanian! All of this was a supplement, an addition and outside the legal scope of the Ohrid Framework agreement!

The fake patriots in VMRO-DPNMNE did this.

The Macedonians, finally fed up with both the SDS and VMRO-DPMNE, have flooded the streets around the country and are saying "No More".

What is even more incredible about the fake patriots in VMRO-DPMNE is their utter detachment from the population. Every single day, the leadership in VMRO-DPMNE as if living in a parallel universe, finds a way to insult Macedonians. For instance, a highly controversial and insulting statement was issued on March 5th from their party HQ in which they stated "It's legitimate for Zoran Zaev and SDSM to think the platform from Tirana is positive for the country, but the people should be able to vote on it".

Instead of arresting Zoran Zaev, a proven foreign marionette, and throwing him in jail, taking all of his possessions and immediately disbanding DUI and BESA from existence, revoking the citizenship of Ali Ahmeti and Co who shouldn't have it in the first place... that was the press release our demented fake patriots sent!

Is the VMRO-DPMNE leadership on mushrooms?

Then the fake patriots issued another statement, somehow eclipsing the first one in stupidity: "If SDSM throws out the platform, we will help Zoran Zaev and the SDSM to create any sort of Government they please"!

The fake patriots in VMRO-DPMNE just told the public that their vote on December 11 means nothing to them, as they can give up the Government at any point? When you are volontarily giving up the Government to a known traitor, by default, you're the bigger traitor! You committ treason as much as Zaev, if not more!

Macedonia will cease to exist if we let the fake patriots in VMRO-DPMNE and their tribal leaders make any decision. Clearly, they aren't capable of making good decisions: 2001, 2002, 2008, 2011, Przino, SPO...

Macedonians must take matters in their own hands (which undoubtedly will), just as they did in 1941-45.

Macedonia must for once and for good end any communication with the grave diggers in NATO and the EU. We're done with these two fascist and terrorist entities.

I'd recommend an immediate military alliance with Serbia as they too are having the same problems with albanian extremism, Montenegro (if it survives NATO), Republika Srpska, Russia and BRICS.

Macedonia is sinking deeper and deeper into a severe political and institutional crisis. Three months on from snap parliamentary elections held in December, a new government still hasn't been formed. Speaking to Sputnik, Svetin Chilimanov, former advisor to the Macedonian president, warned that the crisis may lead to the country's disintegration.

'Overture to a Coup': Macedonia's Crisis May Lead to Country's Disintegration
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201703091051411055-macedonia-political-crisis/

Last week, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov officially refused to give the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia-led coalition a mandate to form a government, accusing SDUM leader Zoran Zaev of jeopardizing the country's sovereignty.

The SDUM, which came in second in December's elections, began talks with the Albanian minority Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) party after the Christian Democratic VMRO-DPMNE, the other of Macedonia's two major parties, failed to secure a coalition with the DUI in late January after winning a plurality in the elections.

Ivanov called the SDUM-led coalition's platform, which among other things proposes granting Albanian the status of second official language, unconstitutional. The president also warned that the "Tirana platform" (so-named after the capital of Albania, where Macedonia's minority Albanian parties met in January to outline the terms for their participation in a coalition) would lead to ethnic strife and threaten Macedonia's territorial integrity. Ivanov has appealed to US President Donald Trump, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and even NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for support against the opposition.

Former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, leader of the VMRO-PRMNE, has said that his party would support a SDUM-led minority government, if it gives up the Tirana Platform. Together with the language status issue, the platform is also believed to demand changes to the country's flag and national anthem.

"We are ready to support the SDUM to form a minority government if they give up on the law on languages, the Tirana Platform, and the proposal to redefine and degrade Macedonia," Gruevski said, appearing on Macedonian television late last month. "If Zaev wants to be prime minister so much, we'll let him implement his program, so long as it isn't jeopardizing state and national interests. He can attack us if he wants, but not the state," he added.

Zaev rejected Gruevski grand partnership proposal, although this would have resulted in a coalition of 100 of the 120 total seats in parliament. This, observers say, indicates that the opposition leader seeks to ally himself exclusively with the Albanians. The DUI has already declared that a government can be formed even without the president's approval.

Asked to provide some insight into Macedonia's ongoing political crisis, Svetin Chilimanov, former advisor to the president, told Sputnik that if the parliamentary opposition moves forward and attempts to form a government without presidential approval, this will become a sort of 'overture to a coup d'état', because such a cabinet of ministers still won't be able to take the necessary instruments of power into its own hands by constitutional means.

"The legitimacy of such a government would be challenged, and not just in Macedonia itself, and would likely result in serious tensions," Chilimanov warned. "It is absolutely obvious that all of this has been invented in order to provoke such a reaction, because the demands of the Albanian parties run contrary to the country's constitution," he added.

Chilimanov recalled that opposition leader Zaev has repeatedly, and for several years now, indicated that he works actively with officials and ambassadors from other countries.

"It's clear that he has support from outside the country, especially from those states where social democratic parties are in power. He himself named the individuals who helped him during the election campaign; among them were members of the former Obama administration. He had apparently worked on some sort of project along with foreign countries, and when it became clear that he could not win the December elections, he turned to Albanian voters."

In other words, Chilimanov noted, "Zaev led two campaigns – one for the Albanians, and the other for the Macedonians who supported him."

Worryingly, the expert noted, Zaev has even hinted during the campaign that he might annul the Ohrid Agreement, a peace deal signed by the government and ethnic Albanian separatists back in 2001, in favor of an agreement more favorable to the Albanians. "Albanians," Chilimanov said, "understood this as a proposal for the country's federalization and division."

At the same time, Chilimanov warned that the president's authority is by no means unlimited, meaning that the Constitutional Court might revoke his decision not to give a mandate to the opposition government. Such an eventuality wouldn't end the crisis, but create a situation of dual power which could only further exacerbate the crisis in the Balkan country.

The EU and NATO are putting pressure on Skopje to accept the demands of neighboring Tirana and change its constitution, which would have a destabilizing effect on the Republic of Macedonia.

NATO Willing to See 'Blood in Streets of Macedonia' for Greater Albania Project
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201703021051197755-macedonia-government-albania/

On Wednesday, President of the Republic of Macedonia Gjorge Ivanov refused to give Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) leader Zoran Zaev a mandate to form a new government, following parliamentary elections in December.

The ruling center-right VMRO-DPMNE party led by former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski won 51 seats in the election, the largest proportion of any party in Macedonia's 120-seat parliament.

In a tight-run affair, SDSM came second with 49 seats, followed by the country's largest Albanian political party, the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), which got 10 seats.

Gruevski had expressed willingness to support the SDSM in government if Zaev pledged to reject the "Tirana Platform," an initiative sponsored by the Albanian government to increase Albanian influence on Macedonian politics.

In late December, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama invited the leaders of four Albanian parties in Macedonia to Tirana for a meeting at which they formulated a so-called "Albanian Platform," under the auspices of Tirana.

The four-pronged platform calls for the Albanian language to be granted official status in Macedonia, judicial reform, EU membership and NATO membership, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti told Dnevnik.mk.

Tirana's meddling was criticized by the Macedonian foreign ministry, which called on Albania to refrain from stoking division in the region, Vest.mk reported.

Tirana's attempt to destabilize Macedonia has been echoed by US politicians too. In February, chairman of the US Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia and Emerging Threats Dana Rohrabacher told Albanian TV Channel Vizion Plus that the country should be portioned, and "Kosovars and Albanians from Macedonia should be part of Kosovo."

Albanians are the largest minority ethnic group in Macedonia, and are a majority in some western regions. Their population has increased rapidly over the past century. According to a 1953 census, there were 870,000 Macedonians and 163,000 Albanians in the Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. In 2002, there were 1.3 million Macedonians and 509,000 Albanians.

Opposing the Tirana Platform as a step towards the partition of Macedonia "along ethnic lines, via cantons and federal units," Gruevski's VMRO-DPMNE called on the SDSM to reject a political alliance with Albanian parties who are implementing Tirana's plans for the eventual carving-up of Macedonia.

Meeting with President Ivanov on Monday, SDSM leader Zaev had gained the backing of 67 deputies in the Macedonian parliament, 13 of them from deputies of the Albanian parties.

They reportedly agreed to back him after Zaev agreed to support a bill making Albanian the country's second official language. However, this and other ambitions contained in the Tirana Platform are unacceptable to the VMRO-DPMNE, which is close to Ivanov and holds a plurality of parliamentary seats.

Ivanov's refusal to give Zaev a mandate to form the government was criticized by EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, who tweeted that the President should "respect the outcome of recent elections."

Aleksandar Pavic of Belgrade's Center for Strategic Alternatives told Sputnik Srbija that the EU's call is a demonstration that the EU "still behaves like an appendage to globalist Washington, and is working hand in hand with NATO."

Earlier, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg called on "the authorities in Skopje to fulfil the next step in the democratic process," and said the alliance "remains committed to the membership of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in the Alliance."

Pavic told Sputnik that NATO's interference is testament to its support for the partition of Macedonia and the furthering of Tirana's "Greater Albania" project.

Given its desire for the Republic of Macedonia to join NATO, the country's destabilization would be an acceptable outcome for the alliance, Pavic said.

That's not a bad outcome as far as NATO is concerned. Even if blood runs through the streets of Macedonia, that would be just fine and acceptable for NATO. Of course, they want to prevent NATO's biggest fear, that is leaving a vacuum for even a shred of Russian influence to enter," Pavic said.

"This open interference shows that they are in a hurry to do as much as they can and present the new administration with a fait accompli wherever possible. In Ukraine, Macedonia, Montenegro … here we see the globalist project that has tried to rule for the last 25 years."

Pavic commented that the destabilization of the Republic of Macedonia would cast doubt on any possible involvement in the Turkish Stream gas project, or China's plans to build a fast train between Thessaloniki and Budapest.

"An unstable Macedonia prevents either of these projects," Pavic said.

Russian "MiG 29" will arrive in Serbia on March 24, the day when the criminal NATO alliance began bombing of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia!

CLEAR MESSAGE: Putin sends Serbia "29 winks" on the day of the NATO aggression against criminals
http://srbin.info/2017/03/07/jasna-poruka-putin-salje-srbiji-migove-29-na-dan-agresije-nato-zlocinaca/

NATO bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (code name Operation Allied Force (Eng. Operation Allied Force) or the US Operation Noble Anvil (Eng. Operation Noble Anvil)) in Serbia known as the Angel of Mercy or NATO aggression was the final stage of the War Kosovo and Metohija, which lasted from 24 March to 10 June 1999. It was the second major military engagement of NATO after the bombing of Serbian Republic in Operation Deliberate Force in 1995 and is the largest military conflict on the territory of Serbia and Montenegro since the Second World War.

NATO intervention was carried out without the authorization of the Security Council over allegations that Serbian security forces carried out ethnic cleansing of Kosovar Albanians. The immediate cause of action was the events in Racak and the refusal of the Yugoslav delegation to sign the Rambouillet agreement.

NATO on 24 March 1999 at 19:45 hours began air strikes against military targets in the FRY, to be later expanded air strikes on economic and civilian objects. The attacks that have lasted without interruption for 78 days were severely damaged infrastructure, commercial buildings, schools, health institutions, media houses and cultural monuments, churches and monasteries. Estimates of the damage he had FRY range from 30 to 100 billion US dollars. The final number of victims has not officially announced, but Serbian estimates range between 1,200 and 2,500 killed and about 6,000 injured. During the war in Kosovo and Metohija have fled several hundred thousand Albanians. The attacks were suspended on 10 June, after the signing of the Military Technical Agreement on the withdrawal of the Yugoslav army and police from Kosovo and Metohija. The same day, the Security Council adopted Resolution 1244 on which FR Yugoslavia (Serbia) retains sovereignty over Kosovo and Metohija, but what is becoming an international protectorate administered by UNMIK and KFOR. With the army and police in central Serbia has avoided more than 200,000 Kosovo Serbs.

Kosovo Albanians on 17 February 2008 in the Assembly of Kosovo unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo and Metohija from Serbia, which Serbia does not recognize.

Estimates of losses vary widely NATO. Sources within the Alliance, with whom later agreed and the Yugoslav side officially stated that they were shot down during a bombing just two NATO aircraft (F Unofficial estimates cited significantly higher number (up to about 100 aircraft of various types).

Putin to Erdogan: Quit supporting Greater Albania, if you want missile system S-400

Russian President Vladimir Putin through diplomatic channels told his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to abandon support of the "Greater Albania" if it wants to get missile system S-400, according to Russian media.

They say that Putin personally told Erdogan at their meeting yesterday in Moscow.

Putin requirement for cooperation with Turkey's Erdogan to rein Albanians in the Balkans, reported Russian media.

- President of Russia is concerned about the latest developments in Macedonia. He considers that the Albanian ambitions to expand the state must end. Aware that Erdogan, who all the while supporting the "Greater Albania" has a great impact Tirana, prompting him to ask it to use - stated a source from the Kremlin to the Russian media.

He added that Putin has a very strong bargaining chip in negotiations with Ankara.

- Turkey do not have missile system with long-range. Because for months negotiating with Russia to buy S-400. It remains only two sides to agree on the price. Putin will use this in a conversation with Erdogan - says the source from the Kremlin.

According to him, the Russian president called Erdogan in Moscow right now, because of the aggression of Albanians which currently sees in Macedonia.

- Putin does not intend to abandon the support of its allies in the Balkans, especially Serbia, which besides Macedonia, is also threatened by Albanian expansionism. Because the Russian Foreign Ministry warned that the interference of external forces in the formation of the government in Skopje takes the extreme form. Among these foreign forces are not only western countries, but Turkey - the source.

The Erdogan in recent years has repeatedly stated that the Turkish army would stand behind their Albanian brothers if necessary.

- Albanian people have the right of self-defense and state creation of Greater Albania. The liberating army Army (KLA) is a revolutionary terrorist organization, but expresses the desire of the Albanians to defend their country. Turkish troops are on standby and waiting for a sign to help in the liberation of the occupied Albanian territories - is only one of the statements of Erdogan.

Erdogan also threatened and will split the Balkans if the Albanians' rights are not respected. Moreover, express support for the Albanian puppet in Macedonia Zoran Zaev, who wants to make the Albanian government in Skopje, which is only a prelude to division of the country and making a "Greater Albania" highlight "Informer."

On the other hand, Russia Macedonia supports former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski in the December elections received the highest number of votes. Kremlin thinks that the winner of the elections should make government and condemns the so-called platform Tirana, written by Edi Rama, intending to turn Macedonia into Albania.

UCK releases a "communique", threatens Ivanov

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31535/1/

The Kosovo terrorist organization, UCK issued a communique signed by a man calling himself "commander Nazi".

In the communique, reported by Kosovo media, he threatens the Macedonian president of having 80 fighters ready to go, positioned on Shar Mountain, adding the UCK terrorists were better prepared than the Macedonian army.

"I would tell president Ivanov and his army that we're better prepapred and soon we will clash. We have 80 soldiers positioned on the Shar mountain, and soon we'll free all of the albanian territories and proclaim the Republic of Ilirida" says the communique signed by commander Nazi.

Two years ago, UCK terrorists from NATO's caliphate of Kosovo released a similar communique, threatening they would take action in Macedonia. Their call for battle ended rather tragically for them in Kumanovo, however, thanks to the goodness of the Macedonian police, the majority of the terrorists were taken prisoners and not killed on the spot. We're not sure the same goodness will be available again.

Balkan Fears: Kosovo Army Can Easily Stir Macedonia and South of Serbia

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42111/Balkan+Fears+Kosovo+Army+Can+Easily+Stir+Macedonia+and+South+of+Serbia

The formation of a Kosovan army will only further spark tension on the Balkans. It will only encourage former UCK's radical structures that now is the moment for the final "liberation" of Kosovo from Serbs, and the next step would be Presevo and Macedonia. So, in no case, should the West make any more wishes come true for lawmakers in Prishtina.

Zoran Dragisic, professor and security expert from Serbia, says the formation of the Kosovo army is an ancient wish of Prishtina's authorities. That would complete the Kosovo independence and sovereignty because for a country to be independent it must have an army.

"The police can have a protectorate, but by creating an army, this project of finalizing the state would be complete. Currently, authorities in Kosovo have absolutely no support to form a military, not from NATO, not from the EU. The Serbs in Kosovo have the right to fear their safety. If this army is created, it will seriously influence the region's security, in Kosovo, as well as in Macedonia. Resolution 1244 does not allow Kosovo to have an army. Security forces are allowed, but that is not an army, not even from a far. I do hope it will not happen. Kosovo's president Hashim Thaci will attempt to reform the security forces and present it as Kosovan Army," Dragisic said in a statement for Telegraf.mk.

Kosovan president Hashim Thaci, initiated the formation of the Kosovo Army, has been disappointed that he did not get the support he expected from NATO and the European Union. The West believes that if Kosovo gets an army it will destabilize the Balkans and that this country is still not ready for such thing.

Since Kosovo declared independence in 2008, the country has limited sovereignty, and the security and border control is carried out by KFOR and EULEX. They also physically keep Serbian population in Mitrovica on the bridge that keeps the city divided in south Kosovan part and north Serbian part.

President of the Constitutional court has also warned that this transformation cannot be made by a new law, but rather with a change to the Constitution, which is contrary to the Resolution 1244.

Kosovo security forces are the official armed force in Kosovo under direct control of KFOR. Their main tasks are to protect civilians, rescue actions, putting out fires, removing explosive devices, etc. The forces were formed in 2008, and have only light arms, and feature 2,500 active soldiers and 800 reservists.

Panic time: Deep State Foot Soldier Jess Baily ordered to break Ivanov, bribe Judges

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31541/1/

http://dnevnik.mk/default.asp?ItemID=BBDFC6532AB6804A86CBC07CA517B5F2

Jess Baily, a Deep State representative in Macedonia, remnant from the Obama's Administration has hit the panic button after the massive protests that are taking place across the country - reports Dnevnik's Mirka Velinovska.

"In their effort to erase Macedonia and its people as a country, the planners hired Zoran Zaev and his SDSM. For logistical support Zaev was given full support from Soros and his NGOs, Washington's criminal spy network and their terrorist creation UCK which in the country is masked as political parties."

According to the latest intelligence, the US Ambassador Baily before he is removed from Macedonia has been ordered by a rogue CIA power center to do everything in his power to make Zoran Zaev the Prime Minister with a mandate to turn Macedonia into a caliphate, a crime depot run by these rogue elements to expand their power in the region. Baily is scheduled to leave in May.

For this to be achieved, the planners needed to make VMRO-DPMNE a nonfactor in the country, while the albanian bloc to become the dominant political force in the country. The Macedonian citizens had to be pacified and demoralized. The Tirana platform as we've reported on multiple occasions, was not created by Edi Rama, instead it was a task given to him by former CIA Boss John Brennan whose fate now hangs in the balance thanks to Wikileaks - reports Dnevnik.

There is no question the American intel agencies are being disciplined and drained. Certainly some of these rogue forces will remain, go into a hybrid mode seeking to hide on the peripheries awaiting "better days" when they can continue their organized terror. Macedonia and the Balkans have been identified by these rogue forces as the perfect destination for this, reports Dnevnik.

These days, Baily is frantically working our Courts, has already activated bought judges, has attempted to scare those that can't be bought while through Zaev he has threatened to replace them all. He has blackmailed Macedonian businessmen and state media to support Zaev. Everyone and anyone in the country that Baily believes to have some power is being blackmailed by Zaev's team with wiretapped material.

What Baily, and his Euro partners Mogherini and the rest of their colleagues on the left did not plan is for the forest keepers to enter the forest. Forest keepers are the Macedonian citizens who said "no" to the lunacy from Tirana. The old age proverb "calculations at home are not the same as those outside" proved true once again.

The deep state believed Macedonians were not interested in preserving their own country!? The planners believed that Macedonians have already been pacified by wiretapped scandals, the Soros-ization of the media, the condom revolution, censoring of the State TV media...

Baily's nervousness was perfectly illustrated by Zaev's interview with Alsat when he suggested that protesters were 'dumb', 'fascists' and should leave the streets. The leaders of the protests are led by individuals who aren't affialiated with any political party, are multi ethnic and have increased on daily basis (over 200,000) which creates even more problems for Baily.

The planners have no solution for this "problem". Another deep state foot soldier, Hoyt Lee, part of Nuland's terror team, made a quick appearance from Zagreb and stated Macedonia must change its name, this is why they need Zaev in charge. Hoyt Lee essentially repeated what SDS advisor and CIA contractor Ljubomir Frckovski stated in numerous TV appearances.... that it is benefitial for Macedonia to change its name, and for Macedonians to lose their identity - reports Dnevnik.

Both Baily and Mogherini have attempted to scare the Macedonian leadership with unlishing their terrorists squad, the UCK!? They don't seem to understand that unlishing Morgoth himself wouldn't work into scaring the Macedonian public.

It is quite realistic to expect Trump to be cleaning up his swamp for the next three months at least, if not more. He just drained the entire Justice Department which was packed with corrupt prosecutors and lobbysts appointed by the Obama administration. This is quite significant for the new US Government as there was a great deal of sabotage from the DoJ.

Meanwhile, in Macedonia, Zoran Zaev will never get the mandate, even if he publicly denounces the Tirana platform. He will get the mandate if his party, the SDS wins in the next election. This will never, ever happen. As a result, the SDS will avoid new elections like the plague.

There will be elections when Macedonia and its citizens decides there will be elections. There will be a new census. The foreign cancer in the country will very quickly realize Macedonia and its people are sovereign and independent, where the people decide.

Zaev's scenario B failed. This scenario was suppose to fool everyone that Zaev allegedly gives up the platform, gets the mandate and through Parliament (with EU flag approval) stages a putsch on the Constitution. Furthermore, Zaev has threatened VMRO-DPMNE if they don't become part of Baily's plan, he would take few MPs from their own party. Zaev is still not aware that he is no longer part of Macedonian society. He believed he was protected by an Umbrella that doesn't leak.

In terms of the threats of war, Macedonia has been in an official state of emergency for nearly a year thanks to the migrant cirisis. The army is deployed to the north and the south. Yes, the police is quite chaotic with a greatalbanian interim minister from DUI in charge, but if terrorist formations like to test us, Baily and his Euro contractors may be once again unpleasantly surprised.

DUI's Ali Ahmeti secretly met with Albania's Defense Minister in Struga

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31545/1/

DUI's Ali Ahmeti has secretly met with Albania's DM Mimi Kodeli in Struga, two days after Ivanov stated he would not give the mandate to Zaev.

The goal of the meeting was for Kodeli to give instructions to Ahmeti how to proceed. We find an agreement was struck to prevent the Macedonian president from doing his job as guaranteed by the Constitution through completing a Parliamentary session where former terrorist Talat Xhaferi would be elected as president of Parliament.

This way, every emergency session in the country would have to be approved through Parliament which in our case will have an anti-Macedonian majority (SDS,DUI,BESA). Before Parliament is approved, such decisions fall on president Ivanov, through Constitutional acts 124 and 127.

The next step is to create a Government without a mandate and approval by the president, automatically making former terrorist Xhaferi in charge of the country. By default, the SDS will take over the police which will use arms to supress any sort of protest.

Should the current Parliament president Trajko Veljanovski and the VMRO-DPMNE green light the start and continuation of such Parliament session, it means that the fake patriotic leadership in VMRO-DPMNE is in on it from the very begining and will stab Ivanov in the back.

The president, but most of all, the people can prevent the start of such Parliament session where a terrorist would be put in charge of the country.

Ahmeti's secret meeting with Albania's DM and their agenda against Macedonia constitutes a major treason, however treason does not appear to be a chargeable offense in Macedonia, at least not while Emil Dimitriev is the Prime Minister.

Update on the rapidly changing landscape in Albania: The country's Police Chief Saimir Tahiri has resigned, and on Monday the same is expected from the DM Mimi Kodheli. Her mission to Macedonia was ordered by rogue elements in the CIA and George Soros who have complete control of Albania and is keen on control over Macedonia. Albania has upcoming elections in early June. The opposition has long boycotted Parliament stating Edi Rama is under control of the "Umbrella" and was working against national interests. The opposition claims the announced resignations of Kodheli and eight other ministers were also advised by the "Umbrella". They have also accused Rama of drug trafficking, massive corruption and giving up the country's resources to Soros owned companies.

SDS organizations in eastern Macedonia warn Zaev

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31544/1/

Despite blackmails and threats by Zaev and Spasovski towards SDS party members, seven cities in eastern Macedonia have sent a warning to Zaev that they cannot be silenced.

According to our information, it's possible for SDS leaders loyal to Branko Crvenkovski to break away from the SDS and form their own party as realization sinks in they will never win another election for decades to come.

Dutch Hypocrites won't allow meddling at home, but their Ambassador Meddling in Macedonia is Ok

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31546/1/

Less than a day after Dutch authorities prevented Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu from flying to Rotterdam, Turkey's family minister, Fatma Betul Sayan Kaya, said on Twitter she was being escorted back to Germany.

"The world must take a stance in the name of democracy against this fascist act! This behavior against a female minister can never be accepted," she said. The Rotterdam mayor confirmed she was being escorted by police to the German border.

What is completely bizarre in this incident is that the Dutch Police did not allow the Turkish Minister to enter her own consulate. She holds diplomatic immunity, so how is a Government official not allowed to enter their own compound? It breaks every international law.

The alleged reason for the Dutch government is that it saw the potential to import divisions into its own Turkish minority, which has both pro- and anti-Erdogan camps. Dutch politicians across the spectrum said they supported Prime Minister Mark Rutte's decision to ban the visits.

So, the Dutch are not very keen on allowing a foreign Minister even access to their own consulate, but their Ambassador in Macedonia Wouter Plomp has been constantly meddling in the internal affairs in the country by having frequent meetings with the opposition, even exerting pressure on the president telling him what he ought to be doing!?

So which is it? You won't allow meddling at home, but are happy to meddle somewhere else? Your meddling is all about "democracy", but when others do it, then it's not?

Ivanov: Obstacles not removed to grant mandate

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31552/1/

The obstacles for assignment of the mandate have still not been removed, says the President's Office following SDSM's calls to Ivanov to give the government mandate to party leader Zoran Zaev.

"President Ivanov abides by the stance presented in his March 1 public address. The obstacles for assignment of the government mandate have still not been removed", said the Office on Monday.

In the above-mentioned address, President Ivanov urged SDSM leader Zaev to reject and condemn the Tirana platform, which "brings into question the interests of Macedonia and its citizens".

"As long as I am the President of Macedonia, I will not give the mandate to a person or a party that promotes or includes in its programme a platform threatening the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Macedonia. I will not back down from these fundamental values that no one has the right to trade with", said Ivanov.

Massive Protests across Macedonia: We Do Not Want Tirana Platform

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42198/Massive+Protests+across+Macedonia+We+Do+Not+Want+Tirana+Platform

Reject all platforms that lead toward tearing Macedonia apart, we do not want a Tirana platform, these were the major messages sent from all over the country during the protests of the civil initiative “For a Joint Macedonia”.

“We do not want a Tirana platform, nor a government program that would never get the support of citizens on election. We demand clear withdrawal of the platforms which have the goal to redefine Macedonia. This great number of citizens knows, we see the evidence every day. The truth is on our side, it is a matter of time when everyone will see clear that our road is a road toward unity, and tolerance, and we will not back down,” said Bogdan Ilievski of the civil initiative, the members of which held a press on Monday.

They stressed that the protests will not stop until the platform is rejected.

“The attempts to open a debate to change the elements of uniting Macedonia’s citizens will not pass. The masks have fallen. We are here for a Joint Macedonia, not platforms created in other countries. The attempts of some politicians to hide their real intents will come to a direct conflict and resistance of the democratic public,” Ilievski said.

Igor Durlovski, one of the initiative’s founder, thanked the thousands of citizens who restlessly support the movement and said “no” to the political games that make the state suffer.

“Thousands of citizens are on the streets every day, trying to send a message that they want a joint Macedonia, not a bilingual, and binational country moving to the road of federalization. Their support for our movement is a great obligation, as well as a motif to go on, with better organization and more energy to fight in a dignified and democratic way for our ideals,” Durlovski said.

Like the previous days, protesters wave Macedonian flags, sing patriotic songs, and domestic artists, sports players, as well as citizens, send messages for rejection of the Tirana platform.

Balkan music stars have also sent messages of support. Momcilo Bajagic – Bajaga posted his on Facebook.

“There is no need to tell you how much we love Macedonia. Our thoughts go out to you. Bajaga i Instruktori,” he wrote on his Facebook profile, with his famous “Pesna protiv maleri” attached below.

U.S. House Republicans are calling for an investigation into tax dollars funneled through the U.S. Agency for International Development program to foundations controlled by billionaire liberal puppeteer George Soros.

House Republicans investigate Obama admin $$ sent to Soros group
http://www.theamericanmirror.com/house-republicans-investigate-obama-admin-sent-soros-group/

March 14, 2017 - Seven congressmen in January are demanding answers from USAID, the State Department, and Obama-appointed ambassador to Macedonia, Jess L. Bailey, over millions in U.S. funding funneled to groups associated with Soros’ Open Society Foundation that the country’s officials allege is being used to undermine the conservative government.

According to Judicial Watch:

The cash flows through the State Department and the famously corrupt U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID), which is charged with providing global economic, development and humanitarian assistance. USAID has allocated about $5 million to leftwing Soros groups in Macedonia since 2012, documents show, and at least $9.5 million has been earmarked by the agency to intervene in the Balkan nation’s governmental affairs for 2016-2021. State Department figures have been tougher to come by and Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the numbers. Judicial Watch also fired off a public records request to USAID because the preliminary figures, obtained through various sources in both the U.S. and Macedonia, appear to be incomplete.

The Hungarian-born Soros is among the richest men in the world, and he’s infamous for supporting wildly liberal causes in the United States and abroad, including open borders, same-sex marriage, abortion and other left-wing policies.

He was a major contributor to Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign. Group’s associated with his foundation are behind Black Lives Matter protests, as well as the recent A Day Without A Woman campaign and riots at the University of California Berkeley last month, CBN News reports.

In Macedonia and other countries, the Open Society Foundation funds other radical leftist nongovernmental organizations aimed at overthrowing the government through youth movements, violent protests, and slanted media coverage, among other tactics.

Judicial Watch alleges Baily has helped to steer millions in funding to Soros-linked groups in Macedonia while serving as U.S. ambassador, a violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. . Macedonia is among the most conservative governments in Europe, with pro-life policies and close ties to Israel, and is situated at the center of the Muslim immigration crisis.

“I have received credible reports that, over the past few years, the U.S. Mission to Macedonia has actively intervened in the party politics of Macedonia, as well as the shaping of its media environment and civil society, often favoring groups of one political persuasion over another,” U.S. Sen. Mike Lee, a Utah Republican, wrote in a January letter to Bailey.

A response from the State Department, which administers the USAID program, alleges the grants were doled out through a “competitive procurement process” to advance U.S. interests “in a non-biased, non-partisan, objective and transparent manner,” CBN News reports.

Rep. Louie Gohmert, of Texas, told the news site members of Macedonia’s parliament are painting a much different picture.

“When you have leaders from other countries say, ‘your government is saying they’ll help us but we have to pass same-sex marriage laws, we have to pay for abortions,’ that’s when you know the United States is no longer deserving of God’s blessing because we’re out trying to force countries to abandon their religious beliefs,” Gohmert said.

Judicial Watch also uncovered similar shenanigans.

“One Macedonian government official interviewed by Judicial Watch in Washington D.C. recently, calls it the ‘Soros infantry,’ according to the watchdog. “One of the Soros’ groups funded the translation and publication of Saul Alinsky’s ‘Rules for Radicals’ into Macedonian. The book is a tactical manual of subversion, provides direct advice for radical street protests and proclaims Lucifer to be the first radical. Thanks to Obama’s ambassador, who has not been replaced by President Trump, Uncle Sam keeps the money flowing so the groups can continue operating and recruiting, sources in Macedonia and the U.S. confirm.”

Gohmert, and six other Republican congressmen from New Jersey, Alabama, Illinois, North Carolina, Nebraska and Arizona are now demanding a full investigation by the Government Accountability Office and Inspector General, CBN News reports.

Riding Against The Wind

http://dailycaller.com/2017/03/14/riding-against-the-wind/

As Macedonia resolves its recent elections and current political situation, it is clear Macedonians do not want any foreign interference or international propaganda to decide what’s in the best interest of their country.

Welcomed by Macedonians is President Trump’s announcement that America will not interfere in domestic issues of sovereign countries. United States Ambassador to Macedonia, Jess Baily, has either not received or is ignoring the President’s mandate. Left over from the Obama Administration, Baily continues his two-year history of meddling into Macedonian domestic politics while presenting a fake picture about himself as highest authority of America in Macedonia.

Baily’s actions are not in the best interests of long-term Macedonian-American relationships and especially not in the best interests of Macedonian citizens. Instead Baily’s efforts support the interests of George Soros in trying to prevent ethnic stability in Macedonia and the Balkans.

For the first time in 20 years, the largest Albanian political party in Macedonia, the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) party and its Chairman Ali Ahmeti, are not accepting the results of the election and working together in coalition with the rightful winner, the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization – Democratic Party for Macedonian National Unity (VMRO DPMNE) party. Instead the DUI is siding with Soros and Ambassador Baily.

Having been a State Department official in Iraq, Baily should recall the fiasco that resulted from President Obama and Secretary Clinton not standing behind Ayad Allawi, the winner of the Iraq elections. Instead The White House and State Department went against the Iraqi people and helped Nouri al-Maliki’s Dawa Party to remain in power. This lead to a series of avoidable events that destabilized Iraq and lead to the rise of ISIS.

Macedonia’s DUI Party needs to work together with the rightful winner of the country’s elections and not let outsiders such as George Soros and outgoing Ambassador Baily influence their decisions. Rather than riding against the wind and confronting the new administration, the DUI should work for a government that brings stability in Macedonia, that means the rule ” winner with winner” to be respected. The winner of this election is VMRO DPMNE. Let’s not forget it was DUI and State Department that was insisting on this rule in the past. Instability in Macedonia means instability throughout the Balkans. Europe is already dealing with enough problems generated by American meddling in the Middle-East.

President Trump needs to remove Ambassador Baily from Macedonia immediately. The influence of George Soros needs to be minimized. That will not happen as long as Ambassador Baily is left in place to serve the interests of the Soros’ machine. The Macedonian people deserve better.

Macedonia has had a great relationship with the United States. In 2002 President Bush recognized Macedonia by its constitutional name against the pressure of Greece. In 2008, Macedonia and the US signed a “strategic partnership agreement.” Macedonia is the only country in the region, and one of few in the world, that has this kind of agreement.

Macedonia’s position on the Balkans and Southeast Europe is of key security importance for Europe and the US as gate-keeper for the Syrian refugee waves, and the ethnic harmony in Macedonia is the positive example for the region and why it should be protected.

Soros and his organization, disguised as an international civil society partner, have been trying to undermine Macedonia’s political system. For over a quarter of a century, the Soros’ machine has dumped millions of dollars into always attacking the VMRO DPMNE party, no matter if in Government or opposition and always supporting the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia – former Communist party of Macedonia.

Recently seven congressmen wrote a letter to the Government Accounting Office demanding an investigation of Ambassador Bailey. The lawmakers wrote that “the US Ambassador should not have a role in forming the Government or take sides during the coalition making process.”

It’s time for political meddling to finish. Macedonia citizens need to be allowed the opportunity to build a future based on ethnic stability in their country and region. Macedonians now have an ally in the White House in President Trump. Macedonia and the VMRO DPMNE party have had a great track record with past Republican administrations and look forward to continuing that relationship in 2017 while moving forward with President Trump and his administration.

Vanhoutte Calls for Federalization and Bilingualism

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42252/Vanhoutte+Calls+for+Federalization+and+Bilingualism

Former Belgian negotiations mediator, Peter Vanhoutte, wrote a column in which the main stress is on the intention of the international community for federalization of Macedonia.

Vanhoutte for Medium.com portal wrote that the federalization in the nineties was an efficient tool for solving conflicts, as well as that for Macedonia it would be a positive thing, and it would bring stability.

Since the nineties, we see that quite often, federalism is used as an effective tool to settle conflicts. The big advantage is that communities can get equal rights and an equal position towards the central level of governance. This creates stability — much needed in a country like Macedonia, Vanhoutte writes.

According to him, the Tirana platform has the aim to bring about good and efficient solutions, adding that our system is close to complete collapse.

Let’s be serious: what would be the biggest danger for a country like Macedonia? Is it the rightful demands from the Albanian community, for which a good and effective solution is possible — even though a lot of discussion in parliament will be necessary to set it up properly — or is it the authoritarian style of some of the Leaders, where the formation of a government supported by a majority of the members of parliament is blocked, where local elections can’t be organized, a system that is close to complete collapse?, Vanhoutte's text states.

He points out that Macedonia would not disappear if it recognized the Albanian language as a second official language in the Constitution.

To conclude: regardless the suggestion by some of the political leaders and parties in Macedonia, the country will not fall apart by accepting the fact that “all citizens are equal”. The country will not disappear by recognizing a second language. On the contrary, recognizing that you are living at the crossroads of different cultures is an asset; your economy, educational system, scientific research and culture can benefit from it. Diversity is a tool to strengthen your country, a tool you desperately need to build a better future, Vanhoutte writes.

Ivanov: Macedonia is an example of Double Standards and Hypocrisy of International order

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31576/1/

Double standards of the liberal order have denied us our identity right, but also the right for prosperity, said President Gjorge Ivanov in his address at the 5. Global Baku Forum on Thursday.

Ivanov stressed that Macedonia's independence started by celebrating political liberalism and order, while the idea for freedom had the power to transform the society, the President's Office said in a press release.

"Macedonia became the region's leader of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, but was still faced with a big paradox", he added.

According to him, Macedonia is an example of a collapse of the liberal order following World War II.

"Macedonia is the only country in the UN that has no right of its identity. It is denied the right for self-identification, the fundamental right of every individual and country in the international order. Macedonia is also stripped of its right for prosperity through the hindering of its NATO and EU integration. This shows the hypocrisy of this international order by its double standards", stressed Ivanov.

He said the order is in crisis, not the idea of freedom, while asking if this instability is just a passing episode or a defining moment in global history.

"In times of crisis there are only two ideas that can mobilize people - hope and fear. Today, hope is fading, thus giving rise to fear", emphasized Ivanov.

Referring to Europe, he said its future should be seen as a period of transformation and preparation for the challenges of the third millennium.

"Today, when left and right populism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, exclusion, borders emerge on the European political stage, a new idea should be offered. This is a time of Europe's recreation, its metamorphosis", underlined President Ivanov.

During the visit, Ivanov is scheduled to meet with host, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Albanian counterpart Bujar Nishani.

The global forum, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre, includes over 100 current and former heads of state, prime ministers and ministers, diplomats, politicians, professors etc. It focuses on Europe's future, China's role in international relations, Russia-West relations, challenges related to contemporary terrorism, future of trans-Atlantic relations, alliance between the West and Muslim states etc.

EU Leftists send Hahn to Convince Ivanov to give mandate to Zaev

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31568/1/

EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn will visit Macedonia on Tuesday. His mission is to speed up the process for settling the political crisis after president Ivanov refused to give the mandate to SDS-DUI-BESA alliance until all three parties reject the so called "Tirana platform".

According to Dnevnik, sources in the EU Commission have stated Hahn will try to convince Ivanov to give the mandate to Zoran Zaev. There is no confirmation from Ivanov's cabinet whether a meeting between the two will occur due to president's international travels and obligations.

No Comments from EU on Zaev's Agenda, Union Expects Government Soon

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42271/No+Comments+from+EU+on+Zaev%27s+Agenda%2C+Union+Expects+Government+Soon

The European Union refused to comment the so-called government program promoted by SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, without previously being granted the mandate by President Gjorge Ivanov.

Maja Kocijancic, spokesperson for the Enlargement Commissioner, urged for a government as soon as possible, so the institution would work on the urgent priorities and fulfillment of the Przino Agreement.

Apart from that, Brussels has called on officials to be more reserved and calm and not to draw moves that could possibly damage the inter-ethnic and good neighboring relations.

"We are calling on all political "actors", including the President, to respect the election result and to act in accordance with the Constitution. We ask of him to recognize the parliamentary majority and to continue with the democratic processes," Kocijancic said in a statement for Telegraf.mk.

She agreed that EU still stands on completing all points of the Przino Agreement.

"We will not speculate, or comment on any government agenda. We will, however, continue to insist on the implementation of the Przino Agreement and push for urgent reforms. All of this is of crucial significance to bring the country back on track for EU, it is what its residents want and need. Also, we call on everyone to restrain themselves from any activities and statements that would spark tension, or shake the inter-ethnic and good neighboring relations," Kocijancic concluded.

US based NED and Soros to pay provocateurs in Macedonia $100/incident

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31570/1/

http://vecer.mk/makedonija/albancite-od-civil-gi-sskaat-makedoncite-eden-protiv-drug

Soros and USAid funded Civil 'NGO' has started a campaign which will encourage citizens to stage provocations with others and film the incident with their cell phones in order to get paid. Each incident is to be compensated with $100, reports Vecer.

"Civil" is an NGO founded by Xhabir Derala who openly supports the radicalization of muslim minorities in the country. This NGO has received over $500,000 mainly from USAid and Soros, which as we know are essentially intertwined entities who have the same progressive agendas and political goals. Their new project called "We are the media" is in the beginning stages where everything will be 'video' based with the goal of filming alleged absues, intimidation, corruption, abuse of public office etc. This is the formal idea, however, Vecer reports anyone who stages and films provocations or incidents and films it, will be awarded $100.

Essentially, Civil wants to replace the opposition journalists and turn citizens into provocateurs whose job is to stage incidents. The majority of these people will be both Macedonians and albanians with more emphasis on the latter.

One individual who did this for a living is Sashe Ivanovski, who called himself Politiko. He frequently provoked and got in the face of politicians and businessmen while filming with his phone. And yes, on several occasions he received epic punches.

The first training for provocateurs is to be held in hotel 'Montenegro' in Struga, reports Vecer. The main financier of this project is the US based National Endowment for Democracy (NED) well known for their ties to the CIA. The NED has been referred to as the "Legal Window of the CIA", often involved in financing Coups around the world. Soros' Open Society is also backing the project financially.

One of the first jobs for the provocateurs is to stage incidents with the Macedonians who are currently protesting for united Macedonia and against the Tirana platform.

Civil's founder Xhabir Derala met with Zoran Zaev last week to discuss this new initiative.

SDS youth president asks members to stir up Ethnic tensions

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31577/1/

Fateni_na_delo.png

The SDS youth president Stefan Bogoev demands party members in Tetovo, Kicevo, Gostivar and Bitola to start ethnic tensions that will be blamed on VMRO-DPMNE.

"We need a conflict, DUI will increasingly become agitated and will come on our side. We need guerrilla like activities that will cause a revolt with the final goal of regime change" - says Bogoev.

SDS activists have already broken into the albanian alphabet museum in Bitola and thrown a molotov cocktail inside it. Signs have been painted in multi ethnic small towns, however Bogoev doesn't appear to think this is good enough and asks for more.

Debar native and albanian MP goes on anti-Macedonian rant

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31573/1/

Albanian MP Mesila Doda, whose family hails from the small Macedonian town of Debar, 3km from the Albanian border is well known for her nationalistic rhetoric and stirring ethnic tensions.

Ethnic Macedonians in Albania say she is well known for her absurd statements not just there, but in Greece and now in Macedonia. Her mission in life as she has stated is the "rights" of albanians in Greece and Macedonia.

Kim Fetahu, from the Macedonian organization "Peace" in Tirana says he doesn't understand Doda's hatred towards Macedonia because her family hails from Debar.

After being a TV presenter and journalist, Melisa Doda enters politics in 2001 as an MP for Sali Berisha's Democratic Party. With decline of Berisha's party, Doda switches allegiance and joins the party for justice and integration which is backed and represents the Chami people hailing from Greece. Now, when a politician switches political parties, in a major way unearths the character of the individual. She switched to a party who was in partnership with Edi Rama, the current Prime Minister. In other words, the switch was simply so she could stay in power.

Today, Melisa Doda fights for more LGBT rights, homosexual marriages... essentially she has adopted the Soros progressive agenda.

She received attention in Macedonian media, due to a speech in Peshkopi, where Doda raised eyebrows by claiming there is no such thing as Macedonia, but instead the country is called Ilirida and asked albanian sons to take up arms against Macedonia. Waving her hand like deranged lunatic, the albanian MP suggested albanians should take arms against this phantom country (Macedonia) and die for the creation of Ilirida! She has sugessted the same for Greece, according to Doda, albanians must take and free their terriroties in both Macedonia and Greece.

Macedonians in Ohrid appear to be in trouble, because according to Doda, Ohrid is an albanian town.

Over 150,000 people rally for united Macedonia across whole country

http://english.republika.mk/over-150000-people-rally-for-united-macedonia-across-whole-country/

The ‘Civic Initiative for United Macedonia’ organized Wednesday yet another march, with protesters reaffirming their demands for preserving Macedonia’s unitary status and rejecting the so-called ‘Tirana platform’. Today’s, the 17th rally in Macedonia’s capital was also supported by numerous truck drivers.

Addressing the crowd in front of the Parliament building, actor Vanco Petrusevski said the rally for united Macedonia was growing larger and yielding results. I’m protesting against all of those who fail to condemn the statement of Albanian MP Mesila Doda who ‘denies our country,’ Petrusevski said.

‘Our main goal is for a census and new elections to be organized,’ Petrusevski said.

Bogdan Ilevski, one of the rallies’ organizers, said the activities of Civic Initiative for United Macedonia would resume until meeting of the protesters’ demands.

Today, the ‘Civic Initiative for United Macedonia’ organized rallies in about 30 cities across the country.

VMRO-DPMNE: Belgian Envoy Laid Bare SDSM's Plan for Federal Macedonia

http://www.independent.mk/articles/42308/VMRO-DPMNE+Belgian+Envoy+Laid+Bare+SDSM%27s+Plan+for+Federal+Macedonia

VMRO-DPMNE called out a former European Union envoy for his embrace of the proposal to divide Macedonia into a federal state.

Peter Vanhoutte, who represented the European Union as an envoy in the 2015-2016 political talks between the four largest Macedonian parties, wrote a blog post in which he praised the proposal of transforming Macedonia into a federation.

Ahead of the December 11th elections, VMRO-DPMNE has warned that SDSM's promise to go beyond the 2001 interethnic political agreement can lead to the creation of a majority ethnic Albanian federal unit in Macedonia, with possible future secession.

In his post, Vanhoutte, writes about different forms of federations and seems to embrace the proposal of a federal Macedonia.

"One of the advantages of such federal system, is that it allows people to feel good and to be proud of living in their country. It is not by overruling people, by dictating them from a central government, by reminding them every day that they are just part of a minority, that you will be able to keep the country together in the long run", he wrote.

The former member of Parliament from a minor Belgian Green party, Vanhoutte was sent to Macedonia as an envoy of the European diplomatic service EEAS, before being fired after openly siding with SDSM during political talks and tweeting dozens of cat memes with disparaging messages aimed at VMRO-DPMNE.

VMRO-DPMNE's Darko Kostovski said that Vanhoutte's blog post has confirmed that, in order to win the ethnic Albanian votes SDSM needed to narrow its electoral defeat, the party has fanned the flames of Albanian nationalism and has accepted the possible future partition of Macedonia.

"With his latest statements, Vanhoutte reveals the intentions and plans of SDSM leader Zoran Zaev to federalize Macedonia. it is shameful for both Vanhoutte and Zaev to bargain with something which is not theirs, with something for which generations have bled in the past. Peter Vanhoutte aims to open a debate on federalizing Macedonia, and it should be condemned in the strongest terms", said Kostovski.

The original Tirana Platform given to Edi Rama and handed to puppets in SDS and DUI

Macedonian daily NetPress got their hands on the so called Tirana Platform, the original version of the document

CIA's John Brennan and his colleagues in MI6 didn't master the albanian language in time, so they handed their platform in English. Or better yet, Edi Rama felt it would be best to give instructions to Baily's puppets in Macedonia in English, even though Ali Ahmeti, Sela and Bejta can't speak a word of English.

Every single statement in the document can be easily classified as an actual provocation. But this document was meant as such. It was meant to create tensions, preferably a regional conflict as no one sane would agree to anything that's written in it, unless of course your name is Zoran Zaev.

We've already reported that the CIA and few NATO members during the Clinton era had already circulated similar document back in 2001.

The sheer stupidity displayed from the first to the last sentence in this so called "platform" is simply incredible. This document reminded us of the interview Soros gave for the BBC in which he stated (with a straight face) that he felt no guilt sending Jews to concentration camps while he stole their belongings. "If it wasn't me, someone else would have done it" reasoned Soros.

This document makes similar statements, with a straight face... the terrorists from Kumanovo, Brodec, Sopot.. ought to be freed, of course once international 'experts' were included, preferably those who hired the terrorists.

Pay attention to the language used where in Macedonia live albanians, and "other people".

We also enjoyed the piece where "it has been determined that Macedonia has no alternatives, and must enter NATO and EU". Determined by who? The fools still don't seem to understand that it's the Macedonians who will determine everything from now on...

Here are the 7 points John Brennan and Co. put together, and since both Brennan and Co got fired, the document is officially 'owned' by Edi Rama.

RTS: USAid and American Embassy in Macedonia Spent $25m to putsch Conservative Govt

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31581/1/

The Tirana platform, although drafted in Tirana was drafted really a long time ago by the Clintons and continued by the Obama administration. The owner of the platform is Edi Rama, a well known Soros' student, says Serbian analyst Srgjan Perisih during a debate on Macedonia in Belgrade based RTS show "Aspekt".

"We discussed the activities of the former US administration not just in Macedonia, but across the Balkans. The US Ambassador in Macedonia Jess Baily spent $25m only in the past two years financing the opposition in the country, various leftists groups and organizations and is directly behind the financing of the so called colorful revolution. So, pay attention, through the US Ambassador and USAid, the State Department spent $5m and USAid $20m to remove the Conservative government from power - says Perisic.

Perisis went on to say the "project" for creating a third albanian state in the Balkans was synchronized between Washington, Tirana and London, even Brussels was included to a certain point.

Zaev appears in front of Prosecutors for Election Fraud, asks for Govt Mandate

Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) leader Zoran Zaev appeared before a public prosecutor on Friday to answer about charges that his party was involved in irregularities in the 2016 elections. Zaev and several other SDSM officials are suspected of organizing vote buying in poor neighborhoods, often in exchange for cash or firewood.

"I was presented with the indications of abuse during the 2016 campaign. The next step comes on Wednesday, when the prosecutors will present the evidence, and we will be able to give our defense. We came here to prove our innocence. SDSM has published its election financial report and there was an audit which found no suspicions" said Zoran Zaev.

He added that the he sees the charges by the Public Prosecutor's Office (OJO) as a response by charges initiated by the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPO) against VMRO-DPMNE officials for election tampering. Both main parties accuse the two rival prosecutorial services of working in coordination with the opposing party.

Asked about the prospects of forming a new Government, Zaev said that he would like to have it done as soon as possible. "The first step is to hold a session of the Parliament, to elect a Speaker, and to call on President Ivanov to give the mandate. As a potential holder of the mandate, I will not allow to spend 20 days to negotiate a new Government. I guarantee that if I get the mandate, the deadlines for talks will be as short as possible", Zaev said. He asked President Gjorge Ivanov to give him the mandate, but he refused, citing Zaev's acceptance of the Tirana platform which the President sees as unconstitutional and an act of meddling of the Republic of Albania in Macedonian internal affairs. On Friday, SDSM initiated a session of the Parliament, in order to try and elect a new Speaker.

After the Democratic Union for Integration, one of Zaev's potential coalition partners, said that a session of the Parliament can be held only in coordination with the winning party VMRO-DPMNE, Zaev also conceded that consultations must be made. The parties need to agree on forming a Committee on Appointments, and Zaev said that it could be done at any moment.

SDSM Files Initiative for Resumption of Parliament's Constitutive Session

SDSM filed Friday an initiative for resumption of the Parliament's constitutive session, supported by the signatures by 67 MPs.

"Today we filed an initiative to the Parliament so that no one has any doubts over the parliamentary majority supported by the 67 MP signatures, despite the fact that the Rules of Procedures does not require this for resumption of the constitutive session. We expect Trajko Veljanoski to immediately schedule the continuation of the constitutive session so that this institution representing the citizens of Macedonia starts functioning", Oliver Spasovski, MP and SDSM secretary-general, told reporters after filing the initiative.

He added the first step would be the election of a Parliament Speaker, thus removing "the final unreasonable argument of President Ivanov, who is obliged to give the mandate for the government formation to SDSM leader Zoran Zaev".

Asked if there is agreement over the composition of the Parliament's Committee on Election and Appointment Issues, Spasovski said they expected a coordination meeting of MP groups prior to the resumption of the constitutive session.

Regarding the absence of a deadline for the session's scheduling, he voiced expectation that all MPs, including the former Speaker, should demonstrate responsibility.

Spasovski added that the candidate for the Parliament Speaker would be discussed after the session is scheduled.

The Parliament's constitutive session was held on 30 December 2016, but was interrupted because a parliamentary majority required for the election of a Speaker was not secured.
