Absolutely. I've been in a really heavy, really dark mood for this last week or so, and I know I'm not the only one either. The incredibly grim situation here on this dying island and the sheer madness of the continuing violence is testimony to the spirit of the times, but that alone doesn't account for this mood, which I'm struggling to shake off. A session with a good healer tomorrow should help, and she might be able to enlighten me on the state of unseen things too.

I read somewhere that while things were not looking good before the Trump assassination attempt, after this event things started to accelerate and became darker, as if we were living the Revelations. In the January 13, 2024 session the Cs commented that the timelines were accelerating so they would probably try to release a rhinovirus during the Olympics.
Subsequently we were told of the Quorum meeting and that changes are coming. They said that previously such a meeting had happened 40 years ago, that is 1984.

Ukrainian surprise offensive on Kursk, the site of the largest tank battle in history during World War II.
● Sunday, August 11, "satanic" closing of the Olympic Games. Maria Zakharova says:
Same day a fire broke out at a cooling tower of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine, with Kyiv and Moscow trading blame for the incident.
● Tuesday, August 13, Hezbollah targeted northern Israel with several kamikaze drones.
● Wednesday, August 14 WHO Director-General declares public health emergency of international concern over smallpox outbreak (mpox)
Possibly this is what Andreas saw in his May visions.
In this set of predictions he also spoke of a strong earthquake in Oaxaca, Chiapas, and surrounding areas, a very intense storm in Panama and Dominican Republic and protests in Cuba.

I can confirm that. I've had a very bad gut feeling for 3 weeks now. I also have feelings of anxiety and panic, which I have never had in this form before. It almost feels like I'm constantly losing my grounding.

Weeks and weeks for me too. I want to comfort eat, a lot, it’s hard to resist, I’d eat the door off the fridge if it was edible.
Can relate too, I have found the last few months quite hard going energetically, but this last month the intensity has really increased. I had stopped smoking for 3 or 4 months but started again a few weeks ago. Have had waves of anxiety, nausea, difficulty breathing, my cat has been acting very strangely too and 'out of sorts'. There are times when I wonder if he is seeing some kind of 'bleed through'.

I can relate. There’s a definite tense, unsettling feeling in the air. To me it feels like exactly the sort of manipulation by STS beings that we’ve been taught to fend off with knowledge as our protection. Exercise your free will to refuse admission of these programs into your head. Just say no (or f**k you, I’m not buying it.) You don’t have permission to push my buttons. I find that giving the finger to nobody in particular, but whatever is watching, cheers me up, albeit in a slightly maniacal way! But yeah, something along the lines of, “Get out. I know what you’re trying to do. You don’t have my permission, so beat it!” works wonders. I do feel better afterwards.

I think we can all lessen anxiety, worry or any negative emotions regarding future events if we become aware that nothing is written forward, that we live in a present with multiple timelines in the future that may or may not happen and depend on our decisions here and now.
Everything is a lesson, say the Cs, so let's not pretend to cover our eyes and run away to terror because only with this experience we will know tranquility when it comes.
When we read the predictions, however terrible they may be, we give them life and energy for those instants, but our light is stronger and infinite and the future does not like to be seen. So with hope we ask the Divine Cosmic Mind that these predictions do not happen and if on the contrary it is our lesson to learn them, may our suffering help our soul on its way.

I too have had very similar intense changes but also have a new stressor that is very traumatic happening in my life now re legal things. I have also noticed my eldest dog reacting very strangly in the house ove this last month. And it is not something she likes that she sees! She is always a good indicator of these things for me as we are like soul mates.
I do think any normal person must be taking everything on board from what we are witnessing of evil in this bizarro clown world where they are forcing us to accept black as white. Even if we consciously try to 'control' the inner monologue/feelings that constantly arise when scrolling the news ec to keep up to date sadly.
