The great cleansing has begun
As a result of the energetic octave change, the great cleansing process has begun. Turbulent times are ahead, both internally and externally.

In the last few posts I have already written about some of the effects of the energetic octave change. The effects are becoming more and more intense and drastic.
Before I go into the details, let's start with a brief energetic review and a few words about the super full moon on August 19, 2024, which was also quite something and has lingering effects.
A brief energetic review
The energy situation in the USA and the UK is getting worse from week to week. The dark energy clouds are getting darker and darker, the lightning is getting stronger and stronger and the first flashes are already reaching the 3D level. If the trend continues, the energy will fully impact the 3D plane in the coming months, which would be in line with the trend. In Austria and Switzerland, not much has changed in terms of energy. In Germany, things are different. Not much has changed in the upper energy levels, but the lowest energy layer has changed drastically. It now has a dirty dark gray-green color and is shaking. It seems as if the dark forces in Germany are about to strike again.
The super full moon of August 19, 2024
Numerous astrologers have warned of the super full moon on August 19, 2024, because not only did the super full moon (in the zodiac sign Aquarius) occur at this time, but there were also some strong tension aspects to other planets. My spiritual colleagues also warned me in advance, but didn't give me any details beforehand.
The full moon day didn't start well at all for me and some friends. I had heart pains and palpitations again, as did two of my friends. A few days later, two Youtubers reported that they also had palpitations that day. One of them even had it so bad that she went to hospital for a check-up. But she was fine. Like my friends, it took me two days to recover halfway. But then it continued for me. I developed all kinds of physical symptoms, my body sensation changed drastically and I kept experiencing such severe sensory disturbances that I no longer dared to drive.
A strong energetic changeover process is underway
During this time, my colleagues also explained to me that the super full moon marked the start of a very strong and intensive energetic changeover process for many people. Many people have experienced strange physical symptoms as a result of the changeover process, such as a racing heart, dizziness, perceptual disturbances, etc. The conversion process will vary greatly from person to person. For some people it will only take a few days. For me, the changeover process will take until around mid-October. My colleagues have advised me to pay close attention to my body and mind during this time.
A major cleansing process has begun
A few days later, my spiritual colleagues informed me that the octave change also marked the start of a major general cleansing process, which will increasingly affect and manifest on the 3D level from September 2024.
Global effects of the energetic changeover and cleansing process
In recent years, many people have raised their vibration and this has triggered an inner cleansing process. According to the analogy principle “As above, so below; as within, so without”, an external cleansing process will also begin in September 2024, which will affect the 3D level. The external cleansing process will make things very turbulent and confusing on the outside. There will be many small and medium-sized revelations, upheavals and events in all areas of life. This includes politics, society, the economy, the stock markets, the healthcare system, geopolitics and, unfortunately, military conflicts. What's more, the change in the earth and nature really begins with the octave change.
The key information from the spiritual world was that there will not be one big event or one big revelation. There will be a myriad of events and each of these events will destabilize the overall system somewhat and cause it to rock. The elites will then no longer be able to stabilize the overall system and the overall system will collapse. The colleagues did not want to say an exact date when the collapse of the overall system is to be expected. They only said that by the end of 2026, the system in many countries will either be severely damaged or have already collapsed.
Unfortunately, the elites will tighten the reins again in the near future, or at least try to, in the hope that they can still maintain control over the population. This may go well for a few more months, but then the whole thing will slip away from them.
The Middle East and Ukraine conflict
Unfortunately, there is a very high probability that the conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine will continue to escalate and that there will be a major clash. However, the information from the spiritual world has not changed. There will be no third world war, even if it looks like it, and there will be no military conflicts in German-speaking countries.
Many people are currently in an energetic chaos phase
When a person moves energetically from one energetic octave to the next higher vibrational octave, there is a transformation phase in which practically all energetic connections and shells are unstable.
A major problem in this phase is that you are influenced for a long time by the energies of the old octave as well as the energies of the new octave. However, as you are energetically weak and unstable in this phase, this also means that you react extremely strongly to external energetic influences in this phase and are energetically very vulnerable. These can be cosmic rays, which become more and more intense, influences from other people or from the environment.
The energetic manipulations are increasing and becoming more intense
Unfortunately, the dark side also knows that people who raise their vibration and are about to move into the next energetic octave are very vulnerable and susceptible to manipulation. And they exploit this to the full. In recent weeks, the number of individual energetic attacks on friends and myself has increased dramatically. Unfortunately, there are also ways in which the energies in large areas can be manipulated energetically. These can be radiations that have an unfavorable effect on the physical body, on the psyche (thoughts or emotions) or also on the energetic system (e.g. the chakras). Many of my friends are currently suffering from sudden attacks of heat and sweating. For me it is quite extreme. In just a few minutes I can have a heat attack and break out in a sweat and shortly afterwards an inexplicable cold shock with cold sweat. Then my whole body freezes for a while.
Unfortunately, the dark side can also use rays (or something similar) that affect the emotions. Then “energy clouds” move around in the affected areas, inducing certain emotions. These energy clouds can trigger anxiety or even depressive moods. I have driven into such energy clouds several times in the past while on business trips. Within a few minutes, I found myself in very strange states. When I drove out of the energy cloud again, I was very quickly emotionally “normal” again.
A very big problem is that the dark side can also generate energetic “info clouds”, which suggest certain thoughts to people in the affected area. This means that people experience thoughts that are not actually their thoughts at all. If you are very mindful and know your thoughts and the quality of your “normal” thoughts, you can recognize that you are being manipulated with external thoughts. Several weeks ago, in my opinion, the area I live in was massively flooded with “death/suicidal thoughts”. I have known the phenomenon of being manipulated with external thoughts for years. But the intensity between then and now is no longer comparable. In the past, such thoughts were only “suggested” to you and it was very easy to simply ignore them. At the moment, you are bombarded with destructive thoughts on some days.
As I have already described in previous posts, people who raise their vibration become more sensitive and often also mediumistic. This means that their ability to perceive expands and they can suddenly perceive energetic and spiritual phenomena and beings. If you're not used to this, you naturally become unsettled and many also become afraid. I am used to this and I can only say that there are a great many energetic and spiritual phenomena and beings that have always been there but that we have not noticed until now. But in the last few weeks, the energetic and spiritual phenomena and beings that I perceive have increased greatly. When I asked my spiritual colleagues whether the octave change and the cleansing process had only increased my perception or whether there were more energetic and spiritual phenomena and beings in my environment, they said: Both! At the moment, things are very turbulent in the spiritual and energetic world and my ability to perceive has also expanded a little.
I have noticed another phenomenon in the last few weeks. In my circle of acquaintances and also in my own life, the presence of spiritual beings that we can somehow perceive (see or feel or simply know of their presence) is increasing significantly. But at the same time, these beings have an effect, in most cases even a very positive and supportive effect. In the past, I have often perceived spiritual beings and felt no effects at all. Now it is usually different. I experienced something like this again last night. I am currently very much on the ropes and have asked my spiritual colleagues to help me. In the evening, my colleagues informed me that I was going to have a “visitor” during the night. As I was about to fall asleep, I suddenly realized that some beings were near me. Then an energetic “spotlight beam” formed, which enveloped my body and all my pain disappeared at that moment, I felt unspeakably well. Then I noticed how things changed in my body and my body relaxed in a pleasant way. Unfortunately, the whole thing only lasted about an hour and the spotlight and the beings disappeared again.
Unfortunately, there are also beings whose presence is not very pleasant. However, the cases where I have noticed unpleasant spiritual beings are very few. It is usually enough for me to send the beings away. Some are persistent and I have to send them away forcefully. In the past, I often tried to make telepathic contact with the beings, which worked surprisingly often. But the “conversations” were not very productive and so now I usually just send them away.
Further examples of the current energetic and spiritual turbulence and its effects
From my point of view, the increase in vibration, the cleansing process and the massive energetic manipulations have sometimes had massive energetic, psychological and physical effects on the people affected. I have already described some of the phenomena that occur in my circle of acquaintances or in my own home.
What can you do for yourself at the moment?
Of course, I also asked my colleagues what you can do at this time to defend yourself against the massive energetic and spiritual influences. They said that there are a few energetic techniques, but you have to learn and practise them and they are not easy. In other words, you need time and patience to be able to use them. I will describe these techniques in the next post.
However, you also said that you can always ask your spiritual guides to help you. It is very important that you always remain calm and centered and are well grounded. The great cleansing phase on the 3D level is now beginning. The next few months and next year will also be very turbulent on the 3D level.
The central message was: no matter what happens on the outside, you should stay centered and well grounded and take care of your physical body.
