Putin's lessons in success - Just do it! (2:34 min)

I liked this statement (2:08 min): As a rule of thumb, the more you do, the more time there is to do it.

Great one! :)

I found this nice to watch.

Thanks for sharing! This is brilliant on several levels. Not only the journalist was purposefully provocative and didn't at all expect Putin to stop and defend his position. But it also shows that Putin may know English far better than he lets on, as he even helped his Press Secretary and interpreter, Peskov, who had trouble finding a proper word! Putin is certainly full of surprises. ;) And just a note, that this impromptu interview happened in 2014.

His patients with this so called "journalist" is also interesting. He faced a small petty tyrant there and managed to take the wind out of his sails, by staying calm and focused, although the "questions" from the "journalist" were more then a little provocative.

Putin Cool as ever, and still the peoples president

Re: The Unknown Vladimir Putin

We talk a lot about "just doing it" in terms of the work as brought to us by Gurdjieff here on this network. In the following video, Putin shares some of his history first and later his "secret" to be able to accomplish such a huge load of tasks every day, after being asked how he is doing it:

"The more you do - the more time there is to do it!"

No, it's not a Nike slogan - the basic lesson we can derive from Vladimir Putin's longstanding and very successful career in politics, is to just do it. Where ever it is that your heart lies - just go there in person, talk to people who already work at your dream company, and see how you can propel yourself forward. You don't need connections and any factor that is external to yourself, its the discipline that matters. "The more you do - the more time there is to do it!"

Pouring rain did not prevent Russian President Vladimir Putin from taking part in a wreath-laying ceremony on the Day of Memory and Sorrow, which marks the beginning of the Great Patriotic War against the Nazis.

The wreath-laying took place on Thursday at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden outside the Kremlin in Moscow.

Credit to a great man who shows respect to the sacrifices made by the Russian people during the war.

A true leader is one who leads by example. The character of this man and humility he demonstrates in honoring those who placed their lives upon the alter of freedom, unwavered by the pouring rain is a testament to the greatness of Putin (the Redeemer).

This is what we are expecting from Putin. A man who lives for his people. He is leading a dream team of politicians. Any country will love to have. Blessing on Russia and Russians people. When Russia is doing well the world become a peaceful place. When Russia is not doing well the world becomes a lawless place. We saw Iraq, Yugoslavia, and Panama. When Russia make mistake the world suffer. We saw it in Libya. When Russia stands the world resist. We saw that in Syria. May Lord bless Russia and Russians. I wish the score more goals again Mexico to be qualified for the

interesting to see the difference between Russian remembrance and western remembrance. I've seen pictures and video of western politicians placing wreaths and they all had someone holding an umbrella for them. Yet here is Vlad standing out in the pouring rain showing respect for the fallen. I guess that is the difference between having lost millions of people and the war on your door step.

Putin's leadership is superb. No one can refute that. Without him, Russia would have been looted by its neighbors badly... And with the rise of Russia, the West is concerned. Cause they know that the only country that could challenge them is Russia. That's why we see the economic warfare launched against Russia. But hey, Russia as Putin has promised, managed to bring their economy back to a healthy state.

There's more work needed, but it sure is amazing how brilliant Putin's team is protecting its economy and even image against those who want to see it destroyed.

Considering all the hardships Russian people have endured just since the 1990's, Putin is a perfect representative for them. An honorable and resilient man.

As an American. I have to apologize for my fellow douchebags posting disrespectful comments on RT. This is a great example of how many people here in this country know little about anything including themselves. They are robots with no heritage, culture, who have no interest to learn anything about the world. They are molded by a sick pop culture that glamorizes violence, porography, inmorality. The good citizens are becoming a thing of the past, we are a divided nation..each to his own, poorer and poorer the majority becomes.

Re: The Unknown Vladimir Putin

Just came across this one from last thursday.

Patriach Kirill grabs Putin by the arm, Putin refuses it and gets out of Kirills grip, Kirill grabs again and Putin says firmly "No, No!" with a clearer body language that says "stop!".

Ignore the headline from the video, we don't know if Kirill said anything to Putin that later caused this behaviour.

Russian President Vladimir Putin thinks that the humankind is on the brink of a global change.

Humankind About to Experience New Development Leap Forward - Putin
https://sputniknews.com/world/201707211055765992-russia-putin-developement-leap/

The humankind is on the brink of a leap forward, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday at a meeting with the students at Sirius, the gifted education center for children.

"Global change is happening all the time, but at a different speed. In the Middle Ages there was a certain speed of change, in the 20th century it is different, these days, the speed has significantly grown. It is connected to the accretion of knowledge: the more knowledge the humankind has, the faster the changes. Besides, there is such a phenomenon as 'gradual accretion followed by the leap.' So we seem to be on the cusp of the leap forward," Putin said.

The center was founded in 2013 based on the infrastructure for the Olympic Games, on Putin's initiative. The president is the chair of the center's board of trustees.

The center aims to find gifted children, help foster their talents and to provide further professional support.

Re: The Unknown Vladimir Putin

Russia has often been presented in the West as a barbaric country, in the tradition of the Mongol hordes. This is especially true of the Middle Ages – despite the fact numerous European monarchs engaged in family feuds for the throne, as well as commit murders and decapitations.

Putin blames Catholic Church for misrepresenting Russian history [Video]

In this outtake, Putin questions the ‘terribleness’ of Ivan the Terrible, but is careful not to paint him as a saint. He questions the validity of the legends about the Czar, pointing to the source, in all probability – the Catholic Pope’s Ambassador. In the same tradition, he says, Russia today is facing slander on behalf of the Western world, for the very practical reason that it is a capable competitor to the Western hegemony.

Skip ahead to 1:17 for the video to start.

How can anybody watch that man interacting with others, hearing him talk, and not just love him?

I wonder the same thing. The brainwashing effect of mass media is just astonishing.

It is simply impossible to not love him, period , unless one has not all crackers left in the head. He incorporates everything a real man can try to archive, from the smallest details to the biggest. A true hero and example of what becoming a real man means IMO. Teaching everything by example. Watching, hearing, reading and seeing Putin act, is literally food for the soul and an incredible source of strength, determination and inspiration for what can be archived with perseverance.

Seeing him is balm for the soul. How can anyone not be moved by him is beyond me. I can hardly think of anything that gives me more hope and joy nowadays than this incredible human being.

Another thing that amazes me to no end is his seemingly introverted nature. Archiving such things as an extrovert is one thing, but as an introvert quite another ball game, with many struggles of enormous proportions involved. He mastered it all. Simply amazing and utterly inspiring.

People who don't are similar to flat earthers who cannot see data that contradicts their ideas (from the latest discussion on flat earth). People who are 'beyond belief' in something don't see reality.
All of these generations of demonizing strong fair leaders and sanctifying corrupt sneaky fake friendly ones (Reagan for example) got so deep into their core program that like you wrote on sott.net- We are in a bizarro world!

I understand why Caesar said in that session why he won't come back to 3d... it's just something that gets me angry until I fully accept it, that a lot of people are easily mislead. It's like a computer that has no passwords or cannot check itself, any idea or person can hack their way in. They end up being tools.
