I was curious about the term 'brain drain' as it relates to Ukraine. I remember vaguely reading of Ukrainian brain drain, and my understanding was - in the post Soviet Ukraine - the talent of Ukraine in the scientific/industrial sectors were encouraged to 'go west' - with the promise of better living conditions, ect.

I did a cursory search of brain drain, and a lot of recent articles resulted from 2022. The earliest I found was 2012, but I only browsed a few pages of results.

Anyway, much discussion of the Ukrainian situation points to the time period of 2014 because of the turmoil there at the time.

But, for the sake of a complete understanding of what happened, and how Ukraine was subverted, brain drain as was covered in the news, could be included in the picture to see how the opportunities arose over time, and led to the situation.

I'm thinking... OK, brain drain is creating a void... Let's fill that void...
Kind of like a Body Snatcher horror film.

Someone is recognized and valued as a asset and made offers for a successful life... That seems innocuous, but in hindsight a part of a scheme? A opportunity that open up? I'm inclined to believe it was more than just good business sense, but an exploit in a time of vulnerability.

"Brain drain" is a fairly broad problem and does not concern only Ukraine or Russia. Asian countries, including China and India, also faced similar problems. If we talk about the USSR, then this problem was, but it was not so acute because of the difficulties with leaving the country. With the collapse of the USSR and the significant relief of leaving the countries of the former USSR, the "brain drain" began to increase almost avalanche-like.

Here I have to admit that in the early 90s I also had similar thoughts, but since I did not pretend to have any special "brains", I did not receive any "sweet" offers, but quite a lot of my friends left for the west at that time. Not all of them were "brains" and I must say that half of those who left, if not more, later returned.
Why did I say at the beginning that "brain drain" is a broad problem? Because this problem should include not only those who have left, but also some others. I will give two examples.

One man came up with a certain automation system for the railway. Realizing that in the West you can get much more for this than in Russia at that time, he met with some Italians. At this meeting, he naively brought a practically ready, designed project, as he was preparing to patent his invention (I must say that he already had several patents for various inventions) and immediately after this meeting, on the way home, he was robbed. So the documents were lost and very soon some Italian company released the same system almost as it was stated in the documents.

Another person was engaged in biological research, had some success in his work, and now he received persistent offers to move to the west. He stubbornly refused and at some point he had to survive an assassination attempt. Later, he himself said that they might not want to kill, but they wanted to show not the safety of his position, but after that he preferred to hide for a while. Thank God he was alive, and how many scientists died in similar situations.

"Утечка мозгов" довольно широкая проблема и не касается только Украины или России. С подобными проблемами столкнулись и страны Азии в т.ч. Китай и Индия. Если говорить про СССР, то проблема эта была , но стояла не так остро из-за сложностей с выездом из страны. С развалом СССР и существенным облегчением выезда из стран бывшего СССР "утечка мозгов" стала нарастать почти лавинообразно.
Здесь я вынужден признаться, что в начале 90х тоже имел подобные мысли, но так как на какие то особенные "мозги" не претендовал, то и "сладких" предложений никаких не получал, однако довольно много моих знакомых в те времена уехали на запад. Не все из них были "мозгами" и надо сказать, что половина из уехавших, если не больше, в последствии вернулись. Почему я сказал в начале, что "утечка мозгов"- широкая проблема? Потому что к этой проблеме надо относить не только уехавших, но и некоторых других. Я приведу два примера.
Один человек придумал некую систему автоматики для железной дороги. Понимая, что на западе за это можно получить гораздо больше, чем в тогдашней России, он встретился с некими итальянцами. На эту встречу он наивно принес практически готовый, оформленный проект, так как готовился запатентовать свое изобретение (надо сказать, что у него было уже несколько патентов на разные изобретения) и непосредственно после этой встречи, по пути домой он был ограблен. Так были утеряны документы и очень скоро некая итальянская фирма выпустила ту самую систему практически в том виде как было изложено в документах.
Другой человек занимался биологическими исследованиями, имел определенный успех в работе и вот ему поступали настойчивые предложения о переезде на запад. Он упрямо отказывался и в некоторый момент ему пришлось пережить покушение. В последствии он сам говорил, что убивать может и не хотели, а хотели показать не безопасность его положения, но после этого он предпочел некоторое время скрываться. Слава богу он остался в живых, а сколько ученых погибло в подобных ситуациях.

Casting doubt is only to suggest having a second look, for me. It is not suggesting anything definitive. Why does Lira merit a window box in their discussion? For me it only triggers some wariness. A small yellow flag. (Just to be clear)

In a larger sense, there is a pantheon of sacred cow reporters who go largely unquestioned. This also is NOT to suggest they are not worthy of their status, but just to note the phenomenon as a part of awareness.

Didn’t the C’s say something about the danger of a great disillusionment when some trusted actor on the stage turns out to be a kind of Trojan horse? I looked for this last night but couldn’t find it. Maybe I am recalling this incorrectly.

It is certainly true that we have to be wary of not 'Godyfying' or lionizing any voices out there. A recent reminder of this was the 'downfall' of Rainer Fuellmich of the German Corona committee – I can't yet say I'm 100% sure he's a dishonest charlatan but the evidence does sadly support this notion. As I've posted elsewhere and earlier, I did see some 'yellow/red flags' with the committee's activities. The warning signs for me had, indeed, to do with the questionable characters that Reiner brought to some of the sessions. However, what made this use of 'weird folks' on the sessions a red flag in my mind was the way it affected the information content in the discussions: they steered and vectored the discussions away from the important topics, and created red herrings and false leads.

The fact that Lira has participated in the discussions on The Duran is not 'the best thing ever' IMO but I haven't noticed that he has been able to vector or change the Duran guys' opinions in any significant way. In other words, his participation hasn't affected the information content enough to have any meaning, IMO.

Britain’s Royal Navy played a part in orchestrating and staging the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday. The accusation follows the Russian Foreign Ministry’s claim that NATO conducted a military exercise during the summer, close to the location where the undersea explosions occurred.

Writing on its official Telegram channel, the ministry alleged that Royal Navy operatives “took part in planning, supporting and implementing” a “terrorist attack” to blow up the gas pipelines on September 26.

According to the Defense Ministry, the same British operatives were involved in the training of Ukrainian military personnel who recently attacked ships of Russia’s Black Sea fleet, which were implementing a grain deal between Russia and Ukraine, brokered by the UN and Türkiye.

The pipelines, which were built to deliver Russian natural gas directly to Germany, abruptly lost pressure on September 26, following a series of underwater explosions off the Danish island of Bornholm.

Both Western countries and Russia sounded the alarm about the incident, with Moscow denouncing it as a terrorist attack and calling for an investigation into the matter.

In late September, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that this summer, NATO conducted military drills not far from Bornholm, which featured intensive use of “deep-sea equipment’’ .

Earlier this month the Wall Street Journal, citing German officials familiar with the investigation, reported that the blasts which damaged the pipelines were caused by sabotage. While the officials stopped short of naming the culprit, they were said to be “working under the assumption that Russia was behind the blasts.” Moscow has repeatedly denied that it had anything to do with the incident.

Meanwhile, Sky News has cited a UK defense official as saying Nord Stream 1 and 2 could have been damaged by a remotely detonated underwater explosive device. At the time, the broadcaster said the pipelines might have been breached by mines lowered to the seabed, or explosives dropped from a boat or planted by an undersea drone.

The preparation of this terrorist act and the training of military personnel of 73rd Marine Special Operations Center were carried out under supervision of British specialists in the city of Ochakov, Nikolayev region in Ukraine.

️According to the available information, representatives of this unit from the British Navy were involved in plotting, organising, and implementation of the terrorist attack in the Baltic Sea on 26 September this year to blow up the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines.

Today United Nations Security Council (UNSC) carried out debate on the possible enactment of Article VI of the Biological Weapons Convention, which would be an investigation into the United States and their Biolabs in Ukraine.

Russia presented their final draft to the the UNSC today, covering all of the evidence compiled in their dossier, and it is currently being reviewed by experts from the various nations. The contents of the dossier include the evidence presented over the course of the past 8 months.

Hunter Biden’s Metabiota, Black and Veatch, negligence of deadly pathogens, drones equipped with aerosol canisters to disperse airborne water particles containing pathogens, aerial release of infected mosquito armies, all of it.

All of the allegations brought forth over the past 8 months via the Special Military Operation in Ukraine are in the draft. These allegations are not new for those who have been paying attention, this is just an accumulation of all the evidence being presented at once. It’s a great review and complete of the exact crimes alleged.

However, something that is new, is the timeline. Russia had some interesting comments pertaining to when they expect some progress via a “relevant report” from the UNSC and their commission “no later than November 30, 2022”. The same time as the Ninth Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Treaty.

“We expect that the commission would manage to clarify all circumstances of Washington and Kiev’s possible non-compliance with their obligations under the BTWC in the context of biolaboratories’ activities in the Ukrainian territory with a view to stimulate the American and Ukrainian sides to remedy the outstanding intolerable situation. We also expect that the commission would present a relevant report on the issue containing recommendations to the Council no later than November 30, 2022 and inform the BTWC states-parties of the results of the investigation at the Ninth Review Conference to be held in Geneva on November 28 - December 16, 2022.

Russia will articulate its further approach to ensuring national, regional, and global biological security depending on the results of the consideration of our complaint and the draft UNSC resolution. The outcomes of this work will also define our position with regard to the strengthening of the BTWC and resolving the situation with violations of the BTWC by the US and Ukraine in the context of the activity of US biolabs on the Ukrainian territory.”

In conclusion, Russia have proposed these allegations via the proper diplomatic channels, presented their case in a convincing and consistent manner, conducted themselves with transparency, while the US/NATO have simply cried “disinformation” the entire time.

This performance has generated a lot of global support for Russia and generated doubts about the US and the West. Not only is the leadership of the US under scrutiny, they are alleged of the most severe crimes against humanity known to international law.

I don’t know how it will unfold, but this is the highest diplomatic channel on the planet, and if it works as it is supposed to, the top Deep State players will soon be under international investigation for violating the Biological Weapons Treaty. If found guilty, the response would be international military tribunals.

When the sheep are made fully aware of this, this will be an extinction level event for the DNC and thus the Deep State.

Poland already has special rights in Ukraine: the Poles have received, under local law, the opportunity to perform functions in the government of this country, conduct business, and receive all social guarantees that apply to the indigenous population of Ukraine. In addition, Polish entrepreneurs can buy Ukrainian factories and factories, and entire enterprises in Ukraine can legally become Polish property.
Judging by the zeal with which Zelensky gives Poland such a carte blanche, it seems that PiS’ military and refugee assistance was not so disinterested. Since the beginning of the military operation, President Duda often visited Zelensky. By that time, European funding for the Armed Forces of Ukraine will end, the Ukrainian army will be destroyed, and the Ukrainian government will emigrate abroad. A pro-Russian president who will be neutral towards NATO and the EU will remain in power in Kyiv, writes “Dziennik Polityczny”.
Therefore, Poland may not be called an "occupier", leaving Warsaw with the honorary title of "savior of the Ukrainian people". The history connected with the Volyn massacre and other Polish-Ukrainian hostile relations is forgotten.
And PiS is waiting for decisive action.
