The Danish newspapers are 100% behind Ukraine and the Anglo-Saxon narrative as @thorbiorn has shown a few times. I looked at one of the main papers and they mentioned the losses taking it from the Ukrainian side and possibly inventing as they go along:

According to the figures of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, about 100,000 people have died. 135,000 Russian soldiers were killed in the war, while about 400,000 were wounded. Considering that Russia began the invasion by about 1000 years, it was necessary to stop the invasion. 190,000 men under arms, that would be equivalent to approx. 70 percent. of the original invasion force has now been killed.

The well-oriented Russian-language analysis service Volja also estimates on the social media Telegram that around 135,000 Russians have been killed, while about 100,000 Russians have been killed. 300,000 are injured.

The above must have been written without any thinking. Going with those figures, 70% of Russia's 190000 men under arms died, meaning 55000 Russian soldiers didn't die. Yet, they say that 400000 Russian soldiers were wounded, which means 345000 ghost soldiers are wounded. Why didn't the journalist not appear puzzled by writing that. On top of it, Russia is still fighting and beating Ukraine back, but with what force?

They mention that Western analysts are more conservative and are operating with lower numbers:

If you count three to four wounded per killed, a rough rule of thumb in this kind of morbid arithmetic, there will be 40,000-50,000 Russian soldiers killed. Still a very large number but closer to reality.

As for the Ukrainian losses, then the numbers appear to be less than 20% of the real numbers:

But the losses of the Ukrainians are colossal anyway. Western estimates place the country's total losses north of 100,000, of which perhaps 20,000-25,000 killed.

It is almost criminal to hide the real numbers to such an extent and I wonder if people would react differently if they knew that the real numbers are closer to 150000 killed/missing and close to half a million wounded. Even von der Leyen blurted out a couple of months ago, that Ukraine had 100000 killed and Arestovich while he was an advisor to Zelensky mentioned 157000 dead.

I guess the West has to keep the illusion of Ukraine winning or capable of winning, going so as to have the backing of people and thus has to downplay losses. If people (not the rulers) in the West knew the real numbers and facts of this war, would they then still support this endless financial and military support of Ukraine?

Who gains from this? Russia and its allies don’t. Biden, Sullivan, and their unidentified White House associates and allies don’t. CIA Director William Burns doesn’t – he is targeted for issuing the unlawful “Do it!” order, and for covering up the unlawfulness. Still, without mainstream media endorsement of Hersh’s story, there is no damage to any of them. Hersh makes a personal gain for himself, and for those investigative journalists who support him and themselves.

Who comes out of this story squeaky clean? They are the US Navy’s deep-sea divers, the Norwegian Navy’s “superb sailors and divers”, as Hersh calls them, “a hand-picked team of Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency operatives”; and those party politicians who want to call out Biden for Hersh’s last line – they are Biden’s opponents in the election next year.

Is there infighting within the PTB power structure? Was Hersh was fed some choice information by one side as part of that infighting - to raise suspicion of certain people and sectors of the globalist mafia, and exempt others?

On the other hand, maybe it was a disgruntled whistleblower acting on his own. I lean more towards the former.

We notice that George H. W. Bush was a Navy man – a pilot – but that the ONI never admitted him to their club. In 1945 George H. W. Bush and 44 other agents from the OSS joined what was then known as the Super program, which later be- came the CIA. We ought to also note that the CIA is taking the “blame” for 911, which is actually a very good cover. It could very well indicate that the CIA is, in fact, more involved in the conspiracy than we are led to believe.

So we can speculate, therefore, that the targeting of the ONI offices in the Pentagon on 9/11 was an act of internal warfare against the ONI, either by some section of the U.S. intelligence agencies, or by Israeli intelligence. Not a very nice idea, is it? That the United States has been taken over by a coup d’état, that the secrets of the ways and means of keeping “American Freedoms” may have been destroyed in the WTC and in a few selected rooms of the Pentagon.

A little bit more speculation on this point.

A while back, about two weeks ago, the Duran guys discussed a major split they saw growing in the US with regards to the war in Ukraine - basically, there was a 'political reality' at war with the 'military reality'.

The fantasy of NATO dominance over Russia is the 'political reality' being projected by the neocons. However, there is some group in the Pentagon who know the 'military reality', calculate the losses of continuing, and want nothing more to do with the conflict - they've had enough.

I also recently watched Scott Ritter and Garland Nixon discuss the Hersh article. The main point that came through is that the article targets some main players of the neocon 'political reality' core - Nuland, Biden, Sullivan, Burns and Blinken. Ritter also states that he's known Hersh for 25 years, and that Hersh is not a single-source kinda guy, even if that's the claim in his article. Somebody leaked, and the question is - why now, and with this specificity?

So is it likely that there is someone - or a group - in the Pentagon who contacted Hersh and dropped him some info in order to target the neocons? Is Hersh's piece is a piece of internal information warfare? The Pentagonzos see the military reality, and see that Ukraine can't possibly stand against Russia for much longer, leading to NATO's humiliation and even eventual breakup, which will only accelerate the overall trend towards multipolarity and all that this means for the US as hegemon.

Maybe these Pentagon dudes want to keep their jobs, their power, and continue on as before... or maybe even quickly drop the Ukraine project and start focusing on China. And maybe they didn't count on the neocons' tight grip on the mainstream media, and so the story hasn't got as much airtime as they would have liked?

After listening to Nixon and Ritter, I thought that it may be the case that dropping the Ukraine project may also mean dropping Biden as President. The Hersh piece could provide some ammo in that regard (to add to the growing pile). Ritter says that Biden is technically or legally responsible for an act of war against a NATO ally - essentially a frontal assault on the constitution - and that he should resign.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been imploring NATO members for fighter jets to replace their ageing fleet, alongside long-range missiles to help counter an impending offensive from Russia.

The country’s defence minister said air defences, a tank coalition and training troops would be top of the agenda during Tuesday and Wednesday’s NATO talks in Brussels.

NATO members have long been concerned about supplying fighter jets to Ukraine, given President Putin’s repeated assertions that the move would mark a severe escalation in the war.

Secretary-General Stoltenberg sought to put those fears to rest, assuring NATO members and allies they were not “party to the conflict”.

“What we do as NATO Allies and NATO, is to provide support to Ukraine,” he said.

“Ukraine is defending itself, we need to understand what this is.”

The US government is trying to find a legal way to send Ukraine weapons allegedly sent to Houthis in Yemen by Iran but which were confiscated en route, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.
Citing anonymous US and European officials, the WSJ said the White House is looking for “wiggle room” in UN regulations so that the rifles, rockets, and ammunition seized on the high seas can be redirected to Kiev.
Though the number of weapons seized is small compared to what the US and its allies have sent Ukraine over the past year, the unnamed officials say it would be a symbolic punishment for Iran supplying Russia with drones – which both Tehran and Moscow have denied.
“It’s a message to take weapons meant to arm Iran’s proxies and flip them to achieve our priorities in Ukraine, where Iran is providing arms to Russia,” one unnamed US official told the WSJ.

According to the Journal, the cache amounts to 5,000 rifles, 1.6 million rounds of ammunition for them, a score of anti-tank rockets, and around 7,000 proximity fuses. The loot came from three fishing boats boarded by US and French sailors over the past several months in the Gulf of Oman.
“What change can this make to war?” the Houthi deputy information minister, Nasr al-Din Amir, told the Journal when asked about the idea of sending the weapons to Ukraine. “They’ve been sending much heavier weapons.”
Washington, Berlin, and London announced last month they would deliver heavy tanks to Kiev. As of this week, according to the Pentagon, the US alone has provided Ukraine with over 100 million bullets.

At Monday’s meeting of NATO defense ministers in Brussels, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg admitted that “the current rate of Ukraine’s ammunition expenditure is many times higher than our current rate of production,” which he said was putting a strain on the West’s military industry and “depleting allied stockpiles.”
