Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia penned a letter to the UN Secretary General, outlining Ukraine's plan to detonate a radiological "dirty bomb" so as to create an excuse for NATO forces to enter the fight on the side of Ukraine. We have a portion of that letter, shown below.
In it, he states "The authorities in Kiev and their Western backers will bear full responsibility for all consequences of such irresponsible action" and goes on to bluntly warn "We will regard the use of the dirty bomb as an act of nuclear terrorism."

Daily Mail reads, “’Weak’ Vladimir Putin is turning to ‘deeply irresponsible’ nuclear rhetoric because he has ‘few options left,’ says British Chief of the Defense Staff.” And on Tuesday October 18th a headline from
The Sun: “Fears Mad Vlad on brink of detonating nuke over Black Sea in show of force as Defence Secretary scrambles to Washington.” This is predictive programming propaganda imminently prepping the world for World War III.
These alarmist disinfo lies are put out exactly at the time the British Defense Minister Ben Wallace suddenly canceled his scheduled Tuesday appearance before the House of Commons Defense Committee in order to attend in person emergency meetings at the Pentagon and White House with US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who I supervised a half century ago when he was a freshman at West Point.
