I could be wrong, but it looks like perhaps a woman with her hands up to her face? I don’t have anything on my phone to sharpen the image.
I thought so too, it even reminded me of this painting by Edward Munch.
But I think most people the photo reminded them of this image from Scream
This brings us back to what was discussed in the last session.

Even with the clearer image it is still creepy looking! A horrible accident to be sure.It is a normal and living woman seeing the accident (police shoulder). With a possible ambulance siren light reflection on the other photo.

It really is a low quality photo. I mean, look at how distorted the person standing beside the cop looks (slight colour correction added). And this person is a lot closer to the camera. Mask? Face paint?
The shadows in the scene are basically straight down. It looks like a woman with long dark hair wearing a long dark-coloured dress. But I think I would expect to see more shadow under the chin and neck but instead the colour is the same as the face. It would be very easy to photoshop a 'Scream' mouth. I can't rule it out, but idk if it's a phantasm.

This isn't a video and perhaps not all that interesting, but a good picture of a ghost (I think) that was haunting my friend's home. It was caught on one of her indoor cameras. The woman passed on in the house. She also wore glasses and it seems the reflection of her glasses is also caught in the pic. If you blow it up, you can see her eye behind the "lens" of the glasses.

The video was shared on TikTok's account, El Julio Lopez paranormal, who mentioned that one of his followers sent him a recording that shows how a rider rides during the night in the town of Progreso in Guatemala. The particular thing is that his horse is transparent, a situation that made him compare it to a ghost, since little by little the rider disappears in the camera.
Although some people mention that it is a problem in the security camera, others claim that it could be a soul in pain.

Yes it looks retouched by applying some upscaler filter:

Using upscalers result in less pixelized image (i guess they have to do it so people can "enjoy" stuff on their hude HDTV's) , but smoothing out can lead to detail loss and weird "artifacts" to occur.
Some people consider this to be an elemental entity.
I wonder if this entity is like those that the Cs said are astral elements or semi-demonic creatures that pass through the opening of a hyperdimensional window.
Tough to tell, I lean towards the camera being bad.. mostly cause at first you see the light touching the rider and horse and the shadow being projected, and then you don't.. which to me indicates the camera is faulty, but I could be wrong. And the thing is that the minute they add their scary music, someone's touched the original video... which leads me to distrust it.
This one seems more realistic somehow.

I was thinking about that video the other day. Worth recalling the Cs confirmed that one, even though it looks like an image being projected on the crowd. Here’s the exchange:
These videos catch my attention where you can see "entities" or whatever, but which apparently coincide in being similar in some movements and characteristics such as the way they walk, etc., and recorded in different parts of the world, like this recording by a guard with a security camera in a mining company called "Zaldivar" in northern Chile, in August 2016, and in which you can see an entity similar to the one in the video you posted, it gives the impression that it "walks" somewhat "tilted", well perhaps the camera is too far away to appreciate more details.
Here is another much clearer one, supposedly recorded by security cameras in Fresno in Yosemite National Park, I don't know, maybe it's too clear, and the movements are quite clumsy and slow, which makes it suspicious of being fake. Seeing in the comments they call it "NighCrawler", but it looks more like people on stilts to me.
Here's a guy who explains the supposed trick to create this type of fake videos of these "NightCrawlers" in Fresno... but I wonder how to explain the video recorded in Chile by guards who spontaneously talk simply about "ghosts"... anyway.
