Session 13 January 2024

Sometimes I wonder if taking powdered derivatives isn’t somewhat counterproductive and even addictive, both psychologically as well as biophysically. Sure take it to offset an imbalance but you have to address the source of the imbalance, not just take supplements forever until you die unless it is absolutely necessary.

The indication we have unseen bodily systems that can heal and nourish us is very empowering. The reliance on physical 3D potions, mixtures and concoctions can be positive but it is also another sort of despiritualization and locking into the physical realm.

Amplifying these unrealized bodily systems with awareness is a good thing: an inherent power we have that may be cosmic in nature and beyond the hybridization and manipulation efforts of the planetary gulag system managers.

Q: (Joe) Is there any particular specific precaution we could take for this particular possible virus that's upcoming? Other than what we are already doing?

A: No.

Q: (L) And so what we're doing is... and have your Ivermectin on hand, and...

(Gaby) Why do some of us have strobe flashing light effects when taking the ivermectin?

A: DNA changes.

Q: (Niall) That's what you said, Gaby.

(Joe) Good ones? [laughter]

(Andromeda) Woohoo! We can keep taking it.

A: Yes

(Gaby) Okay, we can take it again.

(Niall) Give me more of that! [laughter]
On the 31st of December (after listening to New Year's EVE Toast), I took a dose of Ivermectin.

Three nights ago, I went to bed with my eyes closed and wearing a watch cap (a.k.a. in a pitch-black environment).

As I started to nod off, there was a massive flash of light like a meteor burst, which startled me, but now I realized that the event had a positive impact. Big hugs to all,:hug2: and thanks for the great news.

Whoa, whao, whaaitaa minute. @lilies I have been thinking that I get collagen every day from my bone broth that I have on the stove. I reboil it every day, and if I don't use it in cooking then I drink a cup of it in the afternoon, thinking that among other good stuff I'm getting my collagen in. By boiling it every day, have I destroyed the collagen? If so, what kind of collagen would you recommend that I could buy to take in capsule form?

Thank you so much for this session! Quite a lot to take in.

I know they're saying it's as yet unknown, but there are some systems that have been looked at that sound like they could fit the bill. Possibly they mean not made mainstream yet? Or widely known?
For example, there's the Primo Vascular system:

I suppose the EM aspect of this could have to do with the "light and power" they mentioned.

There's also others I remember reading about, but that one sounded like the best hit.

The way I was thinking was along the lines of the sun charging the water with life-giving properties which cause the growth in spring, as I had understood the lore.

I'm wondering if "not as I am thinking" refers to the water collected still having some properties but more imparted by the collector, a la Masaru Emoto. Or if they're referring to the dew itself as being a metaphor altogether and I need to look deeper. Could it be referring to the fluid mentioned before, to be collected and stored for healing use?

This article will explore the concepts of what are known as the ‘Three Treasures’ in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the relationship between them.

Many, many years ago I was looking for things about nutrition and so on.

On the subject of 'ingested' collagen, what rings true for me is the following (until I read something somewhere that makes me change my mind):

Indeed: NOTHING. It doesn't matter if you take it in pills, powder or infusion. Many experts say this, among them the researcher, disseminator and professor of the Department of Biotechnology at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, José Miguel Mulet, author, among others, of the book 'What is a healthy life' (ed. Destino). "Collagen is a protein made of amino acids. When we ingest it, our body breaks it down into its smallest parts, which are no longer collagen," he explains to Yo Dona. And of course, those pieces are not going to come back together to form collagen again inside our body. That wouldn't be nutrition. It would be a miracle.

The key idea for us to understand is given to us by the endocrinologist and nutritionist Paloma Gil in her blog: eating a type of tissue (and collagen molecules are) does not produce the generation of that tissue in our body. If that were true, bald people would eat hair and the problem would be solved, says the expert.

Collagen is important!!

Positive confirmation on collagen. Last year I began with high quality / expensive cattle collagen (super-fine, not coagulating, Western make), but I started smelling strange, like cow-dung. Then I used fish collagen. Then I started using pig collagen. Because I also eat pig meat exclusively, I think I can't smell it now. :D :D If you decide, try using the fine powder collagen, as it doesn't coagulate in soup!

Basically chock full of essential amino acids.

Now I'm eating hydrolyzed pig collagen, fine, 100 bloom. Three teaspoons stirred into soup. Or finely pressed with a fork into solid food, so it dissolves. Major downside is this collagen needs 3x more energy to digest than normal food. So there were people, who developed diets from this - eating this almost exclusively and died.

Upside is these collagen powders give your body the ingredients to repair joint damage to max. (IIRC) 30% self-repair [?], quoted here on this forum years ago.

It also appears to give my brain more its specific type of food & energy, so I eat less snacks now and am still able to work in my high-level-creative job, where literally creating best quality product out of nothing is paramount!

DOWNSIDE of overeating collagen:
I noticed, if I ate too much of this - 3 heaped teaspoons - every day, then I get tired and unable to work and have a 'starving-shambling overall exhaustive sensation all day', indicating my body is using 3 x times more energy from my regular food intake to ingest this high amount of collagen.

Therefore I decided I only eat this thing about 4 days per week.

Also appears to give robustness of muscle performance when under high stress: Like bicycling upward a slope while also pulling a heavy package on my bike-carrier. Since I eat pig collagen, my knee, leg joints and muscles endure this physical torture much better: I don't feel the need to stop near the top of the slope, anymore. Still climbing near the top - slowly with the bike by this point - looks & feels like torture and is exhausting. :D

Watch out: Collagen is heat sensitive and is destroyed at 80 degrees Celsius! So always wait, until your hot soup cools down enough for your tongue to touch it, THEN mix the collagen in and eat. This makes sure that all the essential amino acids and the other expensive-to-buy ones are preserved intact, when you eat this collagen.
My before post is related with this, sorry.

Facebook deleted it in 2020
As soon as Natural News mentioned the word Bioweapon with Dr. Francis Boyle, they got deplatformed, demonetized and shadow-banned. That's when "the great purge" started for most alternative media. It got even worse when they started talking about Ivermectin or giving a voice to many "rogue" specialists and scientists who tried to speak any sort of truth.

If so, what kind of collagen would you recommend that I could buy to take in capsule form?
Bone broth! :D This is the collagen I now use: notice the amino-acid list by scrolling down.
I also always cook the hardened bacon skins (10th of an inch thickness) [after I strip off the white soft bacon from the top] together with the marrow bones. Put into the freezer such broth solidifies into yellow transparent jelly. Mixed into pig soup - heated up via boiling since I put farm butter into it as well and it is recommended you always boil butter - if I mix enough such yellow-jelly broth into my soup and eat it, it 'glues my lips together'. As Laura recommended, I think bones should be cooked so long so they can be force-pressed into "bone-sand". And this sand should be eaten, I think carefully in small amounts to avoid constipation.

Collagen, the not-finely ground type [the not-recommended probably harder to digest sort] coagulates into a chewable "gum", which takes a long time to dissolve in your mouth. Finely ground collagen (around '100 bloom'), properly dissolves in soup and when I mix in three or more heaped teaspoons, it 'glues my lips together'.

Two different lines of nutrition I think we are talking about here. Probably this can be proven by a scientifically trained academic, when researched: so both types of nutrition - broth & collagen - may be beneficial. The body can use both in different ways.

I called collagen important as I think I found a missing element in my research 'to completely replace carbs-laden snacks loaded with folates. I tried only broth for 4-5 months last year and my brain was frozen, I couldn't work. Lost almost half a year in my magnum opus pension project. Was completely unable to produce high-quality products.. without snacks :( :( So collagen replaces about 50% of my snacks ATM, so I eat half of the carbs now and still able to produce high quality work that sells.

Unfortunately ATM I cannot cook broth all the time to eat it 30 days a month. I eat solid food for at least half a month, that's why I discovered pig collagen powders, which look like dried, yellowish sand with red particles mixed in, looks like as if it would be a "ground down pig-marrow bone".

(L) 4D is really weird. I guess that would be like Grays or something, you know? Or something like the semi-plant-like beings that they grow in giant test tubes. Is that it?
Is there anything more known about the semi-plant-like beings, or another being in the test tubes?

A: Part of underground 4D STS base [at the Skinwalker Ranch].
A: Part of the underground 4D STS base [at the Skinwalker Ranch].
You have a direct address for the 4D STS underground base on Earth, and you didn't ask anything about it. What structure does it have, what is it used for, and by whom? Does the nearly-military base know about that? What was the Skinwalker exactly? What are the bubbles of light, visible at the ranch—some sort of energy leak?

The dogs at the ranch got once melted by something; what was it? What scared the yogist?

There were some things that probably became a mental projection of some 4D stuff, like dogs smoking cigarettes, reminding me of the hypnotic visions created with the abductions; the most funny I've heard of were aliens frying cardboard pancakes, but also other stuff like teleported bulls. It's interesting, but I guess the answers would be generalized

"Islam is the miscegenation of the worst of both Judaism and Christianity."
That's how I think of it

Q: (L) It's like we see reptilians as reptilians, but that may not necessarily be what they look like to themselves, right?

(Andromeda) Because that's our interpretation of their essence.
How do the Reptalians see themselves? How do they see humans?

A: Usual window faller. We warned about increasing frequency of such encounters.
I wonder if they come back through the window or if we have to worry. Once it is seen, it is there. There was a bulletproof wolf on the Skinwalker ranch. So if they see such a gorilla, other people might be hurt?

(L) What happened in Miami? I'm curious to know too.

A: CIA operation gone wrong necessitating coverup.
Thanks for solving it, was a bit bugging

circumcision...
I don't remember why did I quote it. Probably wasn't sure how is it stamping people so much. But I've heard the same about sign of the cross at baptism. Despite the deeper level, probably something significantly affecting the psyche

Okay. Are aliens going to be introduced this year?

A: As far as we can see, they have already been introduced, just the people are not paying attention.

(Andromeda) Press conferences, and all that.

A: Not yet.
It is telling directly that the aliens are going to be introduced, actually. But maybe indirectly. I just can't believe in it. So far, we've had everything covered up. Lately, some information about UFOs has been declassified, and events have been randomly shown. And the Mexican cake aliens. Well, as you say, let's wait and see

Wow! Thank you. Really a lot to take in. This in particular really surprised me,
(Altair) What percentage of human souls in 5D are aware of the existence of 4th density?

A: Small. One has to be aware of it before death. Otherwise it is veiled.
Still reading through it. Really a lot to consider here. Thanks again, sincerely. 🥰

Yeah, it's recommended to make sure you don't boil your bone broth, as it denatures collagen. Making bone broth is a fine art! I also learned from an herbalist friend that another health food that denatures during heating is honey.
