Session 13 January 2024

When I saw the name Grazielaia, I thought immediately of course “Thanks” in Italian, and “Grace” obviously. But the word I “felt” was Gratitude, which is sort of both, in a sense. Anyway just my gut feeling, so I figured I’d add it to the conversation.🙏
The name also caught my attention as it is basically the same as Graziela, a woman's name here. Below is the etymology I found. And it makes sense to me that Gratitude is what one should/would feel in the face of Grace.

Graziella f
  1. a female given name, a diminutive form of Grazia (Grace)

Graziela: It means "little grace", "little divine gift", "little divine benevolence", "little gift from God", "cherished gift from God".

grazia

Etymology 1
Borrowed from Latin grātia (“favour; goodwill; charm”).

Noun

grazia f (plural grazie)
  1. grace
  2. (law) pardon
  3. favour/favor, kindness
  4. (usually in the plural) serif

Etymology 2

Verb

grazia
  1. inflection of graziare:
    1. third-person singular present indicative
    2. second-person singular imperative
gratia
From grātus (“pleasing”). Related to Sanskrit गूर्ति (gūrtí, “praise, welcome, benediction”).

graziàre (first-person singular present gràzio, first-person singular past historic graziài, past participle graziàto, auxiliary avére)
  1. (transitive, law) to pardon
  2. (transitive, figurative) to spare

Yeah, it's recommended to make sure you don't boil your bone broth, as it denatures collagen. Making bone broth is a fine art!
Back when i made broth more consistently, I would usually always boil my bones first for 20 or 30 minutes. The "blanching" method would help eliminate the sometimes funky odors that bone broths would have. Then I would roast them in the oven and simmer in pot or slow cooker overnight. That first batch would be so full of collagen it would solidify at room temperature.

The "blanching" method would help eliminate the sometimes funky odors that bone broths would have. Then I would roast them in the oven and simmer in pot or slow cooker overnight. That first batch would be so full of collagen it would solidify at room temperature.

From Sally Fallon's book Nourishing Broth: An Old Fashioned Remedy:

The development of “portable soups” and meat extracts coincided with the growth of the gelatin industry. Gelatin is the jiggly denatured collagen that shows up when properly made bone broths, soups, and stews are refrigerated.

But looks I was confused, as gelatin isn't a bad thing...

The goal is gelatinous stock, stock that sets up as a solid gel if you put it in the fridge, so solid that you can turn the container over and the gel will stay in place. Second best is stock or broth that has visibly thickened but may not be solid. And if your broth hardly thickens at all, it is still worth consuming, as there will always be some gelatin in it, not to mention minerals and many other nutrients.

The gel in well-made stock or broth comes from the unique qualities of collagen fibers. Most proteins from animals and plants unfold from their normal compact shape when heated; the strands “become entangled and form strong bonds with each other so that they coagulate permanently and irreversibly into a firm solid. Thus, liquid eggs solidify, pliable muscle tissue becomes tough meat, and milk curdles,” according to Harold McGee.

Collagen fibers behave in the opposite way. With heat, collagen molecules unwind from their ropelike structure and disperse in the cooking water like spaghetti strands—the unwound, separate chains are what we call gelatin. When the liquid is cooled, the strands rebond to each other, forming a gel structure; reheat and the strands disperse again.

“Won’t gel” is the most common complaint we get from neophyte broth makers. Here are the main reasons that your stock won’t gel:

1. Not the right kind of bones. [she goes into more detail]

2. Not enough bones and too much water. When you make stock, the water should just cover the bones. [also more detail here]

I think point three is what I was remembering:

3. The stock was heated to too high a temperature. If stock is brought to a rolling boil, the heat will break down the collagen fibers into shorter strands. These do not coagulate as well when the stock is cooled—and hence a less than satisfactory gel may result. (Nevertheless, the cartilage strands are still there, and if the stock is reduced by boiling to make a sauce, the strands will concentrate enough to thicken the sauce.)

This means you need to watch the pot as you get your stock going. It should be heated over medium heat until the liquid starts to “roll,” and then turned down to low heat so that the stock barely simmers. You will need to learn to know your stove and stockpot. You may need a burner separator to lift the pan higher from the flame or coils of your stove; if your stockpot cooks too hot, you can leave the top slightly askew to prevent boiling.

4. The stock did not cook long enough—or it cooked too long! You need to cook the stock long enough to extract the collagen, but not so long that the gelatin fibers break into short pieces. Optimum extraction times depend on the size of the bones and the age of the animal; “the more cross-linked collagen of a steer takes longer to free than the collagen from a veal calf.” As a general rule, cook chicken or veal stocks for 4 to 6 hours and beef stock for a full day or overnight.

Thanks for the reply. I almost missed your post because you spelled my nickname wrong. it's with an underscore ;)

Kinda far for you, but you can walk across the border into Mexico and buy it. Others have bought it from an on line pharmacy in India.

Its been some time now since I've gone over the calculations but as I remember 1) Hydroxychloroquine is supper easy to make and home. There are videos on youtube. 2) I came to the conclusion that Hydroxi or Ivermectin as for my purposes are the same (correct me if I'm wrong) and I decided the Dr. Zelenko's formula was a good one. Also the vitamin C,D, and Zinc, portions I already take every day so if needed all I have to do is throw in the Quercetin.

Dr. Zelenko's formula on the link below.

If for any reason this thing comes out as a "pox like" thing the C's have suggested. Oxygen and Vitamin C. as a good course.
I ran across this site where they sell a lot of these kind of products. Not certain where they are based, but my guess is the US.

On the 31st of December (after listening to New Year's EVE Toast), I took a dose of Ivermectin.

Three nights ago, I went to bed with my eyes closed and wearing a watch cap (a.k.a. in a pitch-black environment).

As I started to nod off, there was a massive flash of light like a meteor burst, which startled me, but now I realized that the event had a positive impact. Big hugs to all,:hug2: and thanks for the great news.
I can see these flashes of light all my life, most often when I go to bed (but everytime only with closed eyes).
I never took ivermectin...
And I ever wondered what this is. For me these lights where/are like there is a lighthouse and it goes a time before it stops, but everytime different, most of the time it is very short though.

It seems they are located in Thailand. (The site states that castor oil is only available for shipping within Thailand.) Their prices are very high, and they take no responsibility if customs seize your package.

Thank you for the session.

It’s disturbing to hear about the trafficking. I do wonder whether this was more of a natural unveiling or whether there was some politics involved in the decision to send in law enforcement.

Perhaps intended as some warning to try and keep Israel under control. Though I guess this is unlikely since the elites are so involved in trafficking it would seem insane for them to risk drawing attention to it. Then again the PTB is anything but sane.

Disease X sounds unpleasant. I hope we can avoid a repeat of the covid years. Unfortunately most of my relatives keep up to date with vaccinations and boosters. My immediate family and I did seem to come down with some persistent cold for the last couple of weeks.

I should look into getting some Ivermectin.

Thank you for the new session.

That said by the C's I now understand some things. And one of those things is the case of the current president of Argentina, Javier Milei, and his association with the Lubavitch sect.

The question here is that since I have been examining the how and why of Javier Milei's career and his rise to the presidency, it is now clear to me (and until now it was an assumption that I did not dare to comment on because of the seriousness of the matter) that Milei shares this same hatred for humanity. Not only because of his last statements about how the Argentine people have to suffer. From Milei it is known that he was very angry with his parents, from the alleged incestuous relationship with his sister, from the unfortunate comments about free sale of organs and comments like naked children in Vaseline. And his obsessive love for his dogs (emotional support).

All this makes me think that Milei, as a child, went through a traumatic event in which his parents turned a blind eye. Use your imagination...
Hi, Bluegazer:
The point is that his whole life is very strange: his little or no empathy, his only firm "relationship" was with his dog "Conan", which then died and he had it cloned (he has four living copies) instead of dealing with the loss of his pet, as any 7 year old can do to move forward in his life....
Then, through a psychic, he channeled his dead dog and then this operation is done through his sister, with whom he is guilt-bound, because she was once seriously institutionalized and his parents blamed him for her being this way because of him.
At first, I thought the guy was an OP, but later on, seeing his reactions, his exacerbated teenage comments about sexuality, his nasty remarks about pedophilia and rape (his eyes light up), his lack of tolerance for differing opinions, his saying one thing in one media and then the opposite in another, his ex-partners saying he was cheating on them, his rapprochement (or flirtation) with Judaism, his rampant messianism (which made him look ridiculous in Davos this week) make me think he is just a full-fledged psychopath, intervened by the 4D STS. .. Hug

This dish is called HOLODETS and it is an integral part of Russian cuisine (Ukrainian, Belarusian, etc.). It is mainly prepared in WINTER (for the New Year). You need to take the bones (and meat) of animals: pork legs (required), beef meat with bone, turkey leg (or other meat, according to your taste and choice) - put it all in a huge saucepan (I have 12 liters) and cook for low heat for about 6 hours. At the end you need to add a bay leaf (as an antiseptic) and some pepper (peas) to this fatty broth (and an onion bulb - optional). Then the meat must be separated from the bones, finely chopped and placed in plates. You need to take a lot of garlic, crush it into small pieces and also put it in the plates (where the meat is). Then you pour the hot, fatty broth into the same plates where the meat and garlic are. The balance of broth and meat is approximately 70% broth and 30% meat. Then you put these plates in the refrigerator or outside (where it is cold and frosty). It turns out something like this (photo from the Internet):

Hello, Thank you very much for this very varied session! My concern is the following: near the end of the session Laura says: "Q: (L) Okay. So anybody who has taken it, get yourself cleaned out."
Specifically, what does it refer to? What should be done? Is there any treatment or protocol available or recommended for us? I am not interested now only in discussing if vaccines are good or bad... simply if there is a possibility of "cleaning". Hugs to all

There is this thread which has a protocol for anyone who has to take the vaccine: Health Protocol for Mandatory Coronavirus Vaccination

There's also this protocol I-RECOVER: Post-Vaccine Treatment but the authors specify that early intervention is essential. Although, researchers have found the spike protein in vaccine recipients sometimes months after vaccination so it's probably still worth taking the steps to 'clean it out'.
