Thanks crew for this latest session - and also my heartfelt thanks for your support, which induces suffering for your all.

Someone asked, if there is something that we can do to alleviate the suffering of the Chateau crew, and I guess the answer is similar to the question that was posed to Jordan Peterson recently in the reddit stream: What can we do to support you? His answer was quite telling: Develop yourself, and if you do that, it helps me and all others around you.

So I guess this translates to what we can do to support Laura and crew: to continue to clean our machine and become better human beings. If we manage to do that, I think that would be the best we could do for the Chateau crew, because then their suffering was not in vain, but a great gift wisely used.

Thank you very much for the session to Laura and the Chateau crew. I was thinking about this also yesterday, the crystal connection project is something im very grateful for, and I agree with what nicklebleu said above. I was also thinking about the sleeping problems, which has been a constant thing for me for a while now, I was told a while ago it may have to be connected with the liver, but didn't look more into it, so I will read more about that and make some changes to see what happens.

It's good to know you guys are almost done with the crystals and that the Crystal Connection Radio Show will be soon! This is something very exciting. Thank you again for all that you guys do. I hope Laura and everyone gets some much needed rest and stay safe :flowers:

(Data) A researcher associated with the electric universe movement has presented empirical evidence that the sun is made of liquid metallic hydrogen, which means the sun is actually a highly conductive liquid. Is that true?

A: Yes

Q: (Data) So it's not a gas. It's liquid.

A: Yes

Q: (Galatea) So basically it's like a floating volcano, or lava?

A: Yes

Q: (Pierre) Yes, it's a giant circular volcano that is yellow. [laughter]

This reminded me of an article I saw in January about scientists creating metallic hydrogen in a lab for the first time:
http://www.sciencealert.com/hydrogen-has-been-turned-into-a-metal-for-the-first-time-ever

While looking for it I just came across another article which came out a month after the first one and one that I somehow missed, which says the only existing sample of metallic hydrogen has mysteriously disappeared:
http://www.sciencealert.com/the-world-s-only-metallic-hydrogen-sample-has-disappeared

How bizarre is that? Could the original results have been hype with no substance? Or could it have been sabotaged by forces who don't want this material to develop into technology? Apparently it has potentially extraordinary properties like being a room temperature superconductor. Anyway, thought this was really bizarre!

On another note, would this make the sun superconducting?

Found some interesting reading on the topic, looks like I may have answered my own question:

I was also thinking about the sleeping problems, which has been a constant thing for me for a while now, I was told a while ago it may have to be connected with the liver, but didn't look more into it, so I will read more about that and make some changes to see what happens.

Two quick sleeping issues that are linked to the liver/gallbladder are having difficulty sleeping between 11PM and 1AM, particularly with racing thoughts possibly centered on struggling with problems or making decisions. Waking between 1-3 AM is related to the liver. This has to do with the flow of Qi in the different meridians of the body, according to Chinese medicine. This is an decent description of the process:

https://organicolivia.com/2014/10/30/tcm-body-clock-why-do-we-wake-up-or-feel-ill-at-a-certain-time-of-day/

FWIW when I was having gallbladder issues a year or two ago, I would go to bed somewhere between 10-11 and end up being unable to sleep because of racing thoughts that would end like clockwork at 1AM. I saw an Applied Kinesiologist and we were discussing my gallbladder and for me, he suggested eating two tablespoons of coconut oil in the morning and night--I tried this and if I was unable to sleep and having racing thoughts, the coconut oil would almost immediately shut them down and then I could finally get to sleep.

Thank You as Always Chateau Crew!!! Your efforts are appreciated!!!

May we all have the strength to continue the Work and bolster the network!

(Andromeda) Are the problems I've been having recently, or actually for a long time, heart-related?

A: No. More like liver. You should take care of your liver.

Q: (Andromeda) And that's causing the breathing problems?

A: Yes.

Q: (Galatea) So what did they say about her liver?

(Joe) She should take care of it.

A: Yes.

Regarding taking care of one's liver, in addition to liver-friendly supplements like milk thistle, NAC, ALA…, essential oils can be a good addition:

Rosemary essential oil is by far the most beneficial to the liver as it helps to cleanse the blood and flush harmful toxins from the liver. One of the liver’s most important functions is to produce enzymes needed for proper digestion and Rosemary is believed to stimulate the production and flow of bile which aids digestion. It has a tonic effect on the liver, encouraging it to work more efficiently and it is often used in the treatment of liver problems including cirrhosis and jaundice.

German Chamomile is also an excellent tonic for the liver and digestive system. It stimulates the liver and gall bladder which helps to improve digestion and it also helps to cleanse the blood and discharge toxins via the liver.

Peppermint essential oil also stimulates healthy bile flow from the liver and gall bladder and supports the digestive system as a whole.

Juniper oil benefits the digestive system and has a tonic and detoxifying effect on the liver, helping to eliminate waste products from the body.

Fennel essential oil supports the digestive function and has an antiseptic, tonic effect on the liver. It is also believed to protect the liver from certain toxins.

Cypress, Lemon and Thyme oils are also useful when the liver is congested.

Liver tonic:

For a simple liver tonic, add a slice of lemon to a cup of warm water and drink first thing in the morning to help cleanse your liver. Then throughout the day add 2-4 drops of Chamomile Hydrolat to a glass of water. Make sure the water is at room temperature as it will be easier for your body to absorb.

Helichrysum Italicum EO is also supposedly good for the liver (but oral supplementation must be done with caution, in that case perhaps it's safer to take it as an hydrolat instead of the pure EO):
Hepatic: Being a hepatic, this oil soothes the liver, relieves it of inflammation, regulates its discharges, protects it from infections and keeps it healthy, active and strong.

And thank You for this session  :flowers:

Along with the things mentioned above, dandelion root, schisandra, and of course coffee enemas are something to consider to help the liver.

Thanks for the session!

I also wanted to thank you for taking the time and effort to do another session. The difficulties and suffering Laura and the chateau-team take upon yourselves is on a scale nearly feasible for me. So, again, thank you for everything and for showing how to put care into untiring action. Ah, and I am glad Niall and Pierre were able to evade the accident!

Thank you very much for the information Foxx, it makes a lot more sense now to me and the way the liver is connected to certain feelings that i've experienced. I stopped doing the coffee enemas for a month or so, and started recently again, so i'll pay more attention to it, will try the coconut oil and the other things mentioned here, thanks! :)

About sleeping issues, I've recently read on FB that, healthwise, sleep position is important, and that for most people it's best to sleep on one's left side:

We all know that duration of sleep is critical for mental and physical wellbeing, but it turns out that sleep position may be another important factor in the quest for optimum health.
Specifically, a small body of research suggests that, for many people, sleeping on the left side may be the ticket to better health and better sleep. The theory stems from Ayurveda, a holistic approach to health and medicine that originated in India.
So why all the fuss about sleeping on the left side? Turns out it may be good for our digestion, our backs, and even our hearts due to the positions of different organs. Here are six potential benefits that may be derived from catching some Zzzs while lying on your left side.

You can read the rest here:

(Galatea) Oh, I might as well get out a random question I have while we're waiting. I want to solve this debate once and for all. Pierre says that the solar plexus is the conduit of lower emotions. But I heard that it's the power center of the body. So, what energy is the solar plexus for?

A: You are closer.
.
.
.
(Galatea) In Bringers of the Dawn, they also say that your solar plexus, which is your power center...

(L) They said you have like 12 chakras or something.

(Galatea) I don't remember that part. But anyway, they say that's where you get your power to like help you with your psychic abilities, to create a psychic shield. So, you'd need the power. It's like the battery pack. So, is the solar plexus chakra sort of like the battery pack of the body?

A: Close

This reminded me of the work of Barbara Ann Brennan.
https://www.amazon.com/Barbara-Ann-Brennan/e/B001IGLPOK/ref=ntt_dp_epwbk_0

She is in his work, and observation, determine (named) four dimensions of creative energy:

Physical level - basic world energy and awareness,
Aura level - the universal dimension or human energy field,
Hara level - field of Intent,
The level of the Central star - the level of our inner source, or the source of all our creativity.

Every previous level is determined by the levels below it, and each next level is more subtle than the previous one.

Thus, the physical level is conditioned: Aura level, Hara level, and the level of the Central star.

Aura energy level is described as a sheath composed of seven layers, of which the odd level, similar to the matrix / structure in which are formed an even level and together form a complete (1 and 2, 3 and 4 .. ...(Something like that. I am writing from memory)
) This is an area of the chakras.
Hara level is composed of three main points related rays, which resemble laser (Hara line). Hara line begins at a point which is 3.5 feet above the head (point individualization). He looks like a little funnel, whose end (diameter about 1/3 inch) to provide to the head. Hara line extends down through a point in the area of the chest, which she called the center of the soul; which some call a high heart and mix it with chakra. The center of the soul looks like a source of diffuse light which spreads in all directions. It usually has a diameter of 1-2 inches, or during meditation can reach a diameter of fifteen feet…..
Hara line continues down to the Tan Tien, in the lower abdomen. Tan Thien is located about 2.5 inches below the navel. Its diameter is about 1.5 inches and the size does not change. It looks like a hollow rubber ball, in that it has a membrane.....
Hara line extends from the Tan Tien further down deep into the center of the Earth.....

The Central star is about 1.5 inches above the navel (solar plexus?). It looks like a bright light that shines in all colors and can grow to infinity..... Permeates everything there is.....

What I want to point out is that the importance of the location of individual items / center depends on its accommodation in a particular energy level (maybe even we can say the body. According to Cs we have three bodies, physical, etheric, mental, if I remember correctly, and if I correctly wrote names). Also, these centers are not chakras. Now, when everything is added to other names; higher, lower, sexual, intellectual, emotional, moving, third eye, etc., I think we should make some standardization in names (depending on sources), and accommodation and purpose of each center in relation to every "body".

I want to thank Laura, Andromeda and Galatea on their efforts, and I dare to recommend these two books. Perhaps in them find inspiration and ideas for balancing energy and faster recovery. :hug2:

I found a youtube from 2010, where Troels Engberg-Pedersen speaking a mix of German and English, at a conference in Göttingen gives a lecture on "Stoic Cosmology and New Testament Theology". Up until 11:25 it is all in German, then follows mostly English, but with some German summaries and explanatory phrases to help the part of his audience that is less fluent in English understand what he wishes to present. However, after minute 35 most is in German.

One might get calculus in the gallbladder and try ultrasound therapy, it will probably flush physical traces of stuckness.

I was myself too subject to heart race, chest pressure and insanity, in the mist of the crisis I might have seen helpers from the other side, relieving myself from dark influences. Keep growing, all is well.

Thank you.

Thanks for the session!

I have a sluggish liver and the one thing that has helped is apple cider vinegar. When I feel groggy, I take it before meals and it gives me energy. I've never felt that pronounced effect with anything else before.

Liver Cleansing With Apple Cider

It is one or two tablespoons before eating. Although I've taken a little bit more diluted in water.
