I would like to add, that in each sentence we can see where we have applied that love in our daily life and when we say we have failed in it.

Surely each of us has some phrases that we need to work on more than others, since it is already a natural part of us to act like this.

So, by reading this from time to time, we can see how to tune the instrument more (a nod to fellow musicians). :-)
 
Many thanks to Laura, Andromeda and the Chateau for this latest session - it was such an unexpected joy to hear from Pierre so soon and of course to know that he is indeed happy! Also, want to add that I have felt a lightness over the past few days that has been such a relief to the heaviness of the past few months that many of us have felt. Of course, all the illnesses only exacerbated all of it, in addition to the world situation. Perhaps the relief is some inner sense that things are about to turn around and despite the chaos it will all be for the betterment of humanity.

I am a bit curious if the so-called 'good-guy' Nordics will finally offer some help - if only to show us ways of being that highly contrast with the machinations of the STS variety. See: March 23, 1996

When reading Paul's letter, I thought about the importance of patience and love in these times - so many people who have not had our advance warnings are likely to behave in less than optimal ways (that's a huge understatement), so it will fall to us to react with kindness and understanding as much as we can.

A: FRV modulation and synching!

A: Anchor the frequency of the new reality.

A: Not exactly. Determines which branch you will move to.

This session featuring SV is a bit tricky. Below are the footnotes of the session that Laura included in the published volume of the 1996 Sessions:

After the end of the session, I read over the notes quickly, and noted that, in response to my acquiescence to the idea that Sue was a positive being exactly as the Cs were saying, the Cs had said: "Suggest you look before you leap. All can be wrong in their quick judgments, whether the result is acceptance or rejection. All is not as it seems... Remember, those that come into your group, or your circle of influence can be different than you think."

I realized suddenly that their high praise of Sue had been so exaggerated that I was supposed to catch the fact the truth was the exact opposite of what the Cs were saying. I knew that I was so uncomfortable with the situation that I simply wanted to find a way to bring our association to an end amicably and without any ugly confrontations. With those thoughts firmly in mind, I asked for the Cs to come back and comment.

Q: (L) Hello. Are you there? I am not comfortable with this information about Sue. It seems to be contradictory to everything I can observe and feel.

Apparently, I had passed the test. But there were so many more yet to come!

I was beginning to get the idea that there was a lot being said to me that required study and contemplation. Obviously, getting the truth through the Matrix was not so easy. I was beginning to feel like a spy in enemy territory needing to decode messages that were double and triple encoded.

And it was Vital to succeed.

(footnote 14): This was a most interesting result. Because, even though the Cs had more or less praised Sue to the skies - though using some strong language in the process - I just decided that I couldn't accept what they were saying, that I had to go with my instincts at this point and conclude that, if Sue was connected to some Nordic Covenant or Thule Society or whatever, it was not a positive thing. This was what I meant by "everything I can observe and feel." Their response that my discomfort in making this choice did not indicate danger is actually quite interesting, because I had spent my life avoiding having to deal with such unpleasant decisions and usually ended up in the soup as a consequence. Here, I was making a decision that was difficult and unpleasant, even including rejecting what the Cs were saying, and their response was, "Discomfort is not necessarily danger, and is indicative of growth and learning. So, proceed and celebrate!" So, perhaps that means I passed the test of trusting my instincts and was learning to 'see the unseen'?

I do find it relevant to our current world situation that you quoted this very snippet, tho - in particular due to its complexity and nuance and need for background info and careful reading. Double-checking is always necessary, and that's why networking is so vital. The subject matter is on point, too - the presentation of information that there's this wonderful person who's a higher soul with a mission... but it turns out not to be the case. I think that's what a lot of humanity is in for if there really is some major disclosure, or appearance of 'aliens' or high-tech ancestors or whomever they appear as.

So it seems to me that as we're all reading Paul's words on love, it's a reminder to keep our minds sharp for the times ahead and not go into self-calming mode. Especially with regards to your question about the possibility of good Nordics, or maybe even 'good entities' in general. If we're in for more thinning of the veil and bleedthrough etc., via Earth Changes and the transition to 4D, this may become more of a pressing concern if more entities start manifesting as a result.

Like, let's say a couple shiny beings claiming to be good Nordics reveal themselves and offer assistance, with trumpets of heaven and all that. How can we tell they're actually who they say they are, and not some evil Nordic masquerading as an angel?

It reminds me of Martha Stout's discussion of the old Christians who discussed how to detect evil in The Sociopath Next Door. It was a real issue for them for hundreds of years! I think a good rule of thumb would be "Beware Nordics bearing gifts."

The way I see it is to not judge, and to forgive.

The topic of forgiveness is something that I have thought about a lot recently. At the surface it is kind of counter-intuitive to forgive someone who obviously wronged you. It’s kind of easier if that happened accidentally, or through thoughtlessness, or similar. But it is entirely a different kettle of fish if it was maliciously planned and executed. Why should I forgive those who wrong me maliciously?

What conclusions I have come to so far (and it is a work in progress, of course) is twofold:

First, if I don’t forgive others for their malicious acts, whether consciously done or not, who will ever forgive me my malicious acts, again whether perpetrated consciously or through thoughtlessness, laziness or lack of caring?

And secondly, to carry the guilt and shame of having been maliciously attacked on one’s own shoulders is a big burden. It keeps you in a state of permanent victimhood, thus you are unable to move on. The energetic balance still tilts towards the perpetrator and keeps you locked in an unhealthy energetic dance with the perpetrator.. So to forgive, and offload that burden, and to be able to step out from this unhealthy connection, is in my view, the first step to healing and moving on.

Of course, this is easier said than done, and I often reflexively fall back into phantasies of revenge or set-downs, and I usually have to take a conscious decision to end that.

This of course doesn’t mean we shouldn’t defend ourselves, or condone the malicious acts, or even excuse such acts. This is more how we deal with it in the aftermath within ourselves, what psychological coping mechanism we employ to righten us up, and I found that phantasies of revenge and violence - while somewhat satisfying in the short term - end up being a huge burden in the long run.

Ah, thanks for that. My knowledge of the transcripts is a bit patchy, but I ought to have realised that the subject had been brought up. I mean it is a very important subject, just knowing that your mind isn't exclusively your own domain can be particularly angst inducing.

I have a third phenomenon to report. It's like a gentle ticking sound, almost sounding like guitar strings being picked. Sometimes I hear it when alone in my study, just a few seconds of ticking, then silence again. Happens most weeks at some point, I just kinda file these weird things away for future analysis. I sometimes find the concept of 4th density a little bewildering, not to mention intimidating. The first time it happened, which was many years ago, it really freaked me out. Now I just kinda consider it to be a form of 4d calling card, like something's trying to toy with me. It doesn't bother me at all now, it's been so many years, always the same tick tick tick sound, just piques my interest into what exactly it is?

Musing on the Wave and how it may manifest, it has been stated by the C's that we will merge with other parts of our soul essences at the realm border crossing. We are very lucky to be here at this point in time, and while it can be very trying watching psychopaths running amok in wars and corruption and crime of all sorts, well I just go crazy with anger sometimes. And then I hear this rumbling sound in my head, it's happening quietly in my ears now in fact. No sign of the high pitched ringing today though. I think it's a combination of contributing factors; my own refreshed discipline since Christmas, 4d monitoring, and 4d atmospheric activity about which I can only speculate. I also happen to think that I have become more sensitive to such phenomena owing to my borderline obsessive interest in Wave related subject matter since 2003. And I took mescaline in 1999. It may have changed something, opened a few locked doors in my subconscious? Quite possible I think. Undoubtedly I have made progress in knowing myself these last 20 years, and the last 7-8 years in particular.

It does peeve me though, knowing that I'm being spied upon and subject to subtle intimidation attempts on a semi-regular basis. I'll tread carefully in 2024.

Now, as we are, our love/knowledge is fragmentary. Our love/knowledge is like that of children, only interested in the affairs of the immediate world. At least as far as most of humanity is concerned.


But to be a man in the broadest sense of the word is to have overcome all sufferings and to remain stoic, to have attained complete self-knowledge. Which reminds me of the classification of "man" according to Gurdjieff.

Gurdjieff said that in people there is no commitment of any kind and there cannot be because today they are one person and an instant later they are another. That is why we are children more than men, a child cannot agree on anything, to be fully responsible or make commitments and this is indispensable to have knowledge/love.

According to Gurdjieff only man number seven can be called man: "who has reached the total development to which a man can attain; he is one who possesses all that a man can possess; will, consciousness, a permanent and immutable SELF. Individuality, immortality and many other properties."

One is man number one (of physical needs) another is number two (of emotional needs), another is number three (of intellectual needs). These first three are easy to understand because we all have something of them.

Thus, our knowledge is fragmentary like that of a child.



Also, the Cs have told us that we are part of a fragmented soul, so our knowledge is fragmentary, they are allusions to the All.



That is why the network is of utmost importance, each one of us contributes something to this mosaic.​


Thus we all, who with unveiled face reflect as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into his likeness with more and more glory (Knowledge) through the working of the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Puma, your post reminded me also of this excerpt from Ephesians that I saw recently on X (I thought Laura shared there but I could not find the post)

"For our struggle is not against enemies of blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to withstand on that evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.

Stand therefore, and fasten the belt of truth around your waist, and put on the breastplate of righteousness.

As shoes for your feet put on whatever will make you ready to proclaim the gospel of peace.
