Hello Petar. Start a separate topic, and we will be happy to ask you questions))
Great point to highlight the importance of aim, goal and intent in forming questions, Ryan. It’s tricky and requires some real self examination.
EG, WHY am I asking? What’s going to be the group benefit? Is this just about me feeling better about a personal matter? Do I want to prove myself right?
IOW, there are many underlying motivations that have to be parsed out in order to leave prejudice at the door and ask good questions. What does it do to actually get the answer? Would it add to the evolution of being and knowledge or is it just some hot gossipy sort of TMZ type of deal?
If someone could comment on the diff between goal and aim in regards to question asking, I would welcome it. Intent, I think I have a handle on.
goal (n.)
1530s, "end point of a race," of uncertain origin. It appears once before this (as gol), in a poem from early 14c. and with an apparent sense of "boundary, limit." Perhaps from Old English *gal "obstacle, barrier," a word implied by gælan "to hinder" and also found in compounds (singal, widgal). That would make it a variant or figurative use of Middle English gale "a way, course." Also compare Old Norse geil "a narrow glen, a passage." Or from Old French gaule "long pole, stake," which is from Germanic. Sports sense of "place where the ball, etc. is put to score" is attested from 1540s. Figurative sense of "object of an effort" is from 1540s.
I read that not much of proteincan be absorbed from raw eggs. Looks like the best egg form is soft-boiled with liquid yolk.Recently I fell for the raw egg meme. I've been drinking ("slonking") about a dozen raw eggs a day for months now, and my lifts have all exploded, with after-workout soreness greatly reduced. Apparently the large quantities of cholesterol, along with vitamin D and such, all serve as androgen precursors; together with the protein, this enables pretty rapid muscle growth.
It happens to me sometimes that thinking with a hammer and trying to modify the "neuronal path" of thought becomes heavy, dense as solid and I link it to the word gravity in its most physical meaning, almost as if I were saying to generate as a rational-mechanical process that actually leads to growth and unification. The truth is to collect because everything is already there - which is so - to me sounds very soft, almost easy, but as Rimbau says, the seed is in the kernel and sometimes it takes a hammer to get to it.Not generate, we only collect and dispers. Everything is there already and there is nothing to generate. You may transform someting from one form to another...
In my language too.In my language "bunt" means: discontent, rebellion, uprise of the people. And is considered as positive.
And what did your grandmother tell you, how to prepare/cook spinach? (or any "greenery").Just one caveat here: a number of these items are high in oxalates, and really shouldn't be consumed by humans at all (especially spinach). After reading a bit more on the topic, I'm firmly of the opinion now that all plant material consumption should be reconsidered through the lens of oxalate levels first.
A wise woman. Cooking a nice piece of liver is better, and far tastier, though, imo!Well, now, neutralizing oxalates and retaining a large amount of folate is a science in itself...
Q: (L) Gaby was asking about fecal transplants because there is a woman who gave a talk and she says that all these people who had, was it the vaccine or just those who had COVID?
(Gaby) Both.
(L) Both vaccinated and people who just had COVID that they were… lacking.
(Gaby) Bifidobacteria.
(L) Bifidobacteria in their intestines that somehow COVID killed it all off.
(Gaby) And that creates a folic acid deficiency that I've been seeing since the COVID. You know, everybody's deficient in folic acid...
(L) Folic acid deficiency.
(Joe) As a result of good bacterial die-off.
(Andromeda) It helps produce the folic acid. And that's hard to replace with just regular probiotics.
(L) Yeah, but if the COVID causes it and practically everybody's had it, are there people who can have it and it doesn't destroy all their bifidobacteria?
A: Yes but it is largely destructive in that way.
Q: (L) So there are people where it doesn't destroy everything, but it can mess 'em up to some extent until they recoup.
(Joe) And obviously they are, with proper good gut bacteria, balance is very important for immune function.
(L) Can you also replace it with using probiotics or...?
(Gaby) Fermented foods.
(L) Fermented foods or something?
A: Yes.
Liquid probiotic preparations "ACIDOVERUS" and "BIFIDOVERUS" (based on cow or soy milk (fermented) and juices of carrots, beetroot, blackberries and oranges) are contained in glass bottles of 1000 ml. They are completely natural, free of additives and preservatives and can be consumed indefinitely. The usual daily dose is 1dl, with severe problems it can be more, at least 45 minutes before or after eating. The best effect is achieved by drinking for a period of one month (basic therapy), which can be repeated indefinitely if necessary, since these are completely natural preparations.
It naturally contains B vitamins and folic acid.
