Sounds like a water tower refilling. They set them to refill early in the morning and this one is refilling from near empty.

There is a similarity to the Kiev sounds, at least to my ear. So just a fwiw.

That one is really cool. Geeze, if the ancients heard stuff like that during periods when there were "things" out there in the solar system, no wonder they came up with so many strange stories and myths about gods!

Yes, really weird. It sounds like power saw bench to me. I had one at home. :). If I hear it the first thing I would thought that it is a power saw bench.

I found this joke video. Its from 2009. Its about this strange sounds that can be heard today. This is probably another Disinfo or making a joke from a valid informations, so when people start hearing the sound they will just remember of this stupid video

I live 300m from the place, where Kiev videos were recorded.
It is possible, that helicopter was near. I wasn't in the city those days, and didn't hear anything.

Today I heard something in the sky, that close to sounds in Kiev.2 times, during 15-60 secs.

While on a skype call today I heard these types of noises on the line. I thought it was a jet passing overhead at the other caller's location, until she said, "What is that noise?!" We restarted the call several times but the noise was still there. Eerie!

Brussels, Belgium. But the sound seemed to be 'on the line' rather than at either my or the other caller's location. It could have been interference from any number of things, but thought I'd report it in case other notice something similar through skype or other telecoms.

If the above one sounds a bit like 'distant helicopters', then the sound I heard coming through skype reminded me more of jet aircraft passing at altitude overhead. If it was a jet, it should have dissipated as it flew away; instead the sound decreased and increased in long slow pulses and 'felt' very present. Sorry, I don't have the vocabulary to describe it better than that!

I think in the past, I would have just dismissed it as 'static on the line'. And that is kinda what it sounded like, but much smoother and close enough to some of these 'Strange Noises' videos to make me take notice.

From how you've described it, I think that I've experienced that sound on skype before, fairly regularly when it was an international call. In my case, it was caused by the microphones picking up background noise and feeding it back through the sound system. It is eery sounding, but I don't think it's linked to the atmospheric noises.

Huh - there is another 'idea': monitoring the behavior of object exposed to ultra-sound(?) after lifting and 'levitating' on one frequency it started to rotate 'madly' after changing to higher pitch... What I am thinking of is if, considering what C's said about the formation of Moon - that large chunk of Earth broke off due to faster rotation in certain period of time/space and that this could be caused not by passing large mass object but 'orchestrated' with sound frequency from...wave

This levitating object exposed to (ultra) sound could also support C's info about transferring monoliths in ancient times and the building and latter replacing of Coral Castle and furthermore alleged levitation of advanced gurus in eastern religions....

A: Was caused by the regular passage of a large comet cluster which caused a gravitational disruption allowing a large chunk of the original earth's surface, which was somewhat less solid at that point in space/time, to break away from the main body and assume a locked in orbit around the main body.
