Telesio Galilei Academy of Science a Fraud?

Francesco Fucilla's activities are displayed through at least 2 YouTube channels : "Webmaster 6666" (that's an interesting number choice) and ff1851 (of course "ff" probably stands for Francesco Fucilla).

Fascinatingly bizarre this whole series of events is turning out to be, but very educational as well!

As for Youtube, see also the videos of user aeonaeoni - there are 81 videos all appearing to be connected to various TGA events, companies, and people. Most only have a couple dozen views total, despite these appearing to be official releases.

Interesting that this is very close to the address of INTELLIGENT BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICE LIMITED (_http://www.companies-uk.co.uk/intelligent-business-management-service-limited-05887003), the address listed for a number of companies connected with Fucilla. For example, see these listings for Adrian John Eyre, William Fucilla, Mitchell Goodrich, and Bruno Denantes:

_http://www.cdrex.com/adrian-john-eyre/198175.html
_http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/908732161
_http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/904054526
_http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/911196032

All are listed under that same address, with the companies from this thread listed underneath. Makes me wonder if Fucilla regularly writes messages impersonating his associated directors, or if there's something else going on here (like fake persons)?

Actually at the same address I recognize three companies in bold below. That's a lot of companies (overall list) at a place that doesn't look that big when you look at it on goggle maps. I suppose they all could cram into it some how, but if google maps is correct then it doesn't look right. I was expecting a business park.

It has been my experience that when one finds that many companies with the same address , the address is actually a mail drop of some type. Not sure if that is the case here. For example, they could be all going through this accounting service: http://www.192.com/atoz/business/croydon-cr0/accounting-activities/tabs-accountancy-service-ltd/590ae193133fb0012874c130a260821a2a17d059/ml/

In Britain you dont have to have a physical address to register a company. You just pay a company who gives you an address for a yearly fee.You dont even have to live in England. I had one registered years ago from outside of the uk. It would be interesting to know how many of the names at FFs listed dreamlands are actually real people.

Well darn, does that mean I can't call him Saint Bloated Ego Butt Muffin? :P

This guy is soooooooo busted, and he knows it. Right now I'm trying to figure out which of this cast of characters are actually real people, and which are sockpuppets. We may only be dealing with a few scammers pretending to be a wide assortment of people here.

As several folks have already noticed, many of Fucilla's "supporters" and "Directors" write just like he does....of course so do a lot of 5th graders too, but they're not hawking pump and dump penny stocks.

"Can of Worms" doesn't even begin to describe this mess...from what I'm seeing these guys have been scamming for decades.

I have a favor to ask to save me some time? If Laura, Ark, and anyone else who PHYSICALLY knows any of the people involved with this group would please post a list of verified, real people you've actually eyeballed it would be a big help?

What we're looking at here could take a team of trained, full time investigators months to sort out, so we need to get together an coordinate our efforts. If not on this forum due to French legal bullshyt, I'll set up another one just for Fucilla and Co.

This is my email address in case anyone reading this has anything they don't want to post on the forum.
guardian at outofthedark.com

Fucilla (IF that's his real name) seems to be pretty good at intimidating people who stumble onto a piece of the truth. Well, that ends here and now. If anyone has any info they're concerned about posting themselves, please send it to me.

I've already ripped this thread, and it's sitting on my server waiting to be indexed if this topic gets taken down. Unfortunately the new Panda update seriously penalizes duplicate content, so any additional pages will need to have original content.

Now listen up Franc-o-fool, you want to sue me then please just shut-up and do it. I'd LOVE to meet you in court, and I can't buy publicity like that. You and your "associates" (if there actually are any) are going to be publicly exposed as exactly what you are, and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. :v:

That is the case in many places. There are mail drops in just about every country, and they also provide mail forwarding services as well. Quick google search for each country with mail drop included with the search terms will show you. One can easily get false ID , bank accounts with no ID, fake passports, etc, if one has some money to work with. For example, the oldest known company on the web that offers such services is: -http://www.ptshamrock.com/ However, the big boys use private companies that do far more than this.

One can also set up trust accounts in many countries through a trustee with little or no ID required as well, but it does cost money. Can access money through ATM cards that have no identification on them also.

Yup, IMO these guys are using mail drops and it appears that at least a couple of them are in America. I'm wading through a boatload of bot hits as we speak, but it does seem that an "Adrian John Eyre" is behind a ton of these companies.

I DO NOT know if this is the same "Adrian John Eyre" who filed for bankruptcy in Idaho...yet.

So far, it sounds to me like the deal goes like this:

Saint Francesco and a few other backers with some seed money set themselves up with some one page websites as oil, or gold or industrial exploration companies. They get some bone fide scientists on board via sweetener cash for the scientists alt. research and then pitch their company to a local or national authority in any given country (citing the input of credible scientists) to 'explore' for oil, gold, minerals etc. They get the government (or perhaps private funding) for 'exploration', but do very little, if any, actual exploration, then claim they came up with nothing and pocket a percentage of the funding they receive. Then they move on to the next mark. As Laura mentioned, a side business is co-opting any research done by the bone fide scientists that they have bought, and using it to again lure investors into dead end 'new technology' schemes.

Now we just have to find the (probably many) people who it appears have been scammed by Saint Francesco et al.

With this many companies involved, it makes me wonder if there is a "top shelf" company that is real that is the ultimate aim as receiver of benefit to all of this activity?

For example, let's take websites for an example. Really, you can use this analogy to any shell game, as they all work very similarly.

One usually has a "white hat" site that one wants to advance through the search engine rankings. It is tedious, because you have to play by the rules so that your website does not get unlisted by Google for breaking rules. Getting links is the name of the game for SEO.

Underneath the white hat site, you have your grey sites. These usually consist of what is called link wheels. That is a bunch of social media sites that all link to each other and to the main site that are made to look like they are done by many different people on different servers. The black hat webmaster usually pay 2.00 an hour to people in countries like India to make these. Each wheel can consist of 5-12 different hub pages etc. These are expendable.

Underneath that, you have blog farms or black sites. These are self spawning blogs - can be in the hundreds to thousands. These are all expendable. There are programs than can rewrite and post content so that they are constantly updated. They have very little value, except that they link to the gray sites, which in turn link to the white sites. So there is a gap between the white site and the numerous black sites. Now they may make a few pennies per site in revenue, but that is not their main agenda. One would also use link spamming software to put links to these disposable blogs all over the net. These are all hosted in groups on different servers under different names so they never conect to the white hat site in any manner.

Don't forget what appears to be the spamming of Penny Stock offerings for these companies.....I'm finding a LOT of that, and evidently it's quite lucrative.

That's exactly what I've been thinking for the last five pages or so of this thread (sorry, been catching up). I bet that the same guy wrote at least the messages that have been reproduced here from "Francesco Fucilla", "Bruno Denantes", "Nathalie Petro" and Mr. "Name Redacted". They all had the same ridiculous flavour to me, not to mention the grammar and spelling mistakes and the grandiose tone.

Then again, if you are a polymath, a saint, a businessman, a professor, an inventor and are in the board of directors of 23 companies, you better be many people at once rather than just one!

Wow, what a thread. I'm not even commenting on the 'Real Cassiopaeans'. Can't take that seriously, as it reminds me of the Real Milli Vanilli, and 'Can't Believe It's Not Butter'!

Oh yeah, IMO there's a bunch of sockpuppets here, and have you noticed how similar their company names are to the names of legitimate companies? That's the same thing that happened in the RE/MAX lawsuit that Robert Fucilla (or someone using that name) was publicly accused of being a part of.

http://www.ripoffreport.com/loans/remax-financial/remax-financial-took-my-money-dbb56.htm

Geeezzz Laura, you don't ever step in small piles do ya hon?

MOD NOTE: Robert Fucilla, through his lawyer, denies validity of these opinions and of this analysis of available data.

He is a universal genius and polymath with a sense of justice and humanity never known to me. He has been able to show us economic strategies, that have resulted in putting our companies into a position of zero debts and with working capital, and assets in the billions. Francesco Fucilla will receive further funding support from me and other long standing shareholders for our money could not be safer than in his hands.
indeed I and all of the other shareholders in our group of companies will testify to these facts, there could be no grater defamatory lies and criminal injustice than the one spread by Mr and Mrs azjadczyk in their websites.

I will testify to the above statement in any courts of law.

Dictated but not read.?

Let us assume this person did write this as dictated. If that were the case, as well as many other people doing same, it is
the same thing that I have witnessed time and time again in both the stock market ( penny and regular) and the HYIP world. These people are what are called " cheerleaders'.

Let me show you an example of a drama that I watched unfold day by day several years ago. One can pick the same type of drama on any penny stock bulletin board that has a lot of action. This example is from a HYIP called PIPS, but it all works the same. The program and the cheerleaders are the same everywhere.

A high-yield investment program (or programme), HYIP, is a type of Ponzi scheme, which is an investment scam that promises unsustainably high return on investment by paying previous investors with the money invested by new investors.

Operators generally set up a website offering an "investment program" which promises returns as high as 45% per month or 6% a day, disclosing little or no detail about the underlying management, location, or other aspects of how money is to be invested. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has said that "these fraudulent schemes involve the purported issuance, trading, or use of so-called 'prime' bank, 'prime' European bank or 'prime' world bank financial instruments, or other 'high yield investment programs.' (HYIP's) The fraud artists … seek to mislead investors by suggesting that well regarded and financially sound institutions participate in these bogus programs." In 2010, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) warned that "the con artists behind HYIPs are experts at using social media — including YouTube, Twitter and Facebook — to lure investors and create the illusion of social consensus that these investments are legitimate."]
Though Ponzi schemes have existed since at least the early 1900s, the rise of digital payment systems has made it much easier for operators of such websites to accept payments from people worldwide Electronic money systems are generally accepted by HYIP operators because they are more accessible to operators than traditional merchant accounts. Some HYIP operators opened their own digital currency companies that eventually folded; these companies include Standard Reserve, OSGold, INTGold, EvoCash, and V-Money. StormPaywas started in the same way in 2002, but has remained in business even though the HYIP that it was created to serve was shut down by the State of Tennessee.
Some HYIPs have incorporated in countries with lax fraud laws to secure immunity from investor laws in other countries. The operators have been known to host their website with a web host that offers "anonymous hosting". They will use this website to accept transactions from participants in the scheme. The HYIP scam may also create sites which employ spamdexing or other adversarial information retrieval techniques in order to attract potential victims by creating an impression that the company has done no wrong

The largest documented HYIP scam was OSGold, founded as an e-gold imitation in 2001 by David Reed. OSGold folded in 2002. According to a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in early 2005, the operators of OSGold may have made off with USD $250 million. CNet reported that "at the height of its popularity, the OSGold currency boasted more than 60,000 accounts created by people drawn to promises of "high yield" investments that would provide guaranteed monthly returns of 30 percent to 45 percent."[6]
The second largest documented HYIP was PIPS (People in Profit System or Pure Investors) The investment scheme was started by Bryan Marsden in early 2004 and spanned more than 20 countries. PIPS was investigated by Bank Negara Malaysia in 2005 which resulted in Marsden and his wife being charged in a Malaysian court with 97 counts of money laundering more than 77 million RM, equivalent to $20 million. Even after these charges were brought forth, many of Marsden's followers and investors continued to support him and believe they would see their money in the future.
Another large case took place in Thailand. Colonyinvest cheated 50'000 Thai investors out of about 5 billion Baht (~ 150 million US$) [10].

I'm wondering if I can get a volunteer to help do some email and/or letter writing here? Since I'm not a polymath, polyenglish, or polygym, etc. I'm drowning in data here. I need some help from someone who writes well enough to send some verification letters?

I'd like to start with this "press release" (where they misspell "Expoloration") and contact the companies in bold to see if these statements are true. Basically send the press officer at these companies a copy of it, and ask them "Is this true?" in a profession sorta way? This is a legitimate request since their names are being used, and of course we'll publish the results, pro or con.

Ascension Securities Ltd are pleased to announce that they will be acting as corporate advisers to Phoenix Resources Plc, which was incorporated in April 2006 in order to take advantage of opportunities to acquire working interests in three oil and gas prospects in Western Australia through farmin arrangements with wholly owned subsidiaries of Empire or Victoria Petroleum Limited, companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Farmin arrangements, whereby the owner of a permit grants an interest in the permit to a third party in return for that party paying an agreed amount of exploration and/or development costs, are a common mechanism for the financing of exploration opportunities in the natural resources sector.

The Company has the entitlements, through the Farmin Agreements:
10% interests in EP104, R1 and L98-1, being an exploration permit, a retention lease and an application for a production licence in respect of potential hydrocarbon (oil and gas) fields in the Canning Basin 1,800 km north of Perth. The cost of the interest in EP104 and R1 is A$450,000, of which A$100,000 has already been paid by the Company. These monies must be applied towards the drilling of an appraisal well, Stokes Bay -1. that will test an updip culmination of the Point Torment gas discovery. The cost of the interest in L98-1 is A$45,000 to be applied towards a makeover of the West Kora-1 Well.

A 25% interest in EP435, an exploration permit in the Carnarvon Basin in Western Australia. The Company has agreed to contribute A$800,000 to the cost of drilling the Parrot Hill 2 well, which has already been paid, and will contribute an estimated additional A$225,000 for completion in the event of a discovery.
A 50% interest in EP359, an exploration permit in the Carnarvon Basin in Western Australia. The Company has already contributed the A$100,000 for the option to acquire the interest. This sum is to be used for an airborne Transient Electromagnetic (TEM) survey and ground geochemical surveys. To exercise the option the Company must contribute A$1.5 million to the drilling of one of four prospects in EP359.

The Licence Interests have the following hydrocarbon potential:
EP104, R1 and L98-1. Stokes Bay -1 will test an updip culmination of the Point Torment gas discovery. The Competent Person believes this well has the potential to establish unrisked recoverable gas reserves of between 24 and 261 billion cubic feet (bcf) of gas, with a most likely assessment of 132 bcf of gas. It also believes a gas reserve of approximately 40 bcf could be economically developed to provide a source for regional power generation. There is the potential for the Stokes Bay well to also encounter an oil sand that could contain an unrisked recoverable reserve of approximately 20 million barrels of oil. The Valentine Prospect has the potential to contain unrisked recoverable reserves of the order of 200 million barrels of oil, or over 1 trillion cubic feet of gas. The West Kora-1 Well has previously recovered over 23,000 barrels of oil
EP435: Parrot Hill 2 is an updip appraisal well of the 1987 Parrot Hill 1, which encountered a 6.2 metre oil column, recovered some oil but failed to flow fluids to surface. The prospect is relatively small, with an expected recoverable reserve size of 500,000 barrels, but the chance of intersecting oil is high. The economics of a small oil discovery in this area are attractive and the Competent Person believes there is technical and financial merit in drilling Parrot Hill 2.

EP359: The Wogatti and Whaleback prospects are ready to drill, while Paterson North and Cape Range East require further geophysical or geochemical definition. Wogatti has the potential to contain 11.5 million barrels of oil. Whaleback has a potential recoverable reserve of 900,000 barrels. Although a smaller target, Whaleback is considered the lower risk prospect. Cape Range East is a large, but poorly defined base Cretaceous target, while Paterson North is a large stratigraphic trap of Late Jurassic sands on the western flank of the Paterson Trough. The Competent Person believes that the expenditure committed by the Company in EP359 will offer valid evaluation of two large leads in this permit and that the option to then earn a substantial interest in the permit by drilling is an attractive one.

The Company has an experienced management team:
