The Situation In Germany

Hard to say if that is on purpose, IF there is rigging. It could also be that those apparent obvious discrepancies, that anyone can check out, are there because of some kind of rule the C's talked about: That STS has to (or is required to) show their hands in some ways.

And I'm personally not so sure that a repetition is very likely soon, at least at this point. But I sure would hope so...

Referring to the bolded italic part: But they do, or - here in Germany - already did some time ago, no? Remember Merkel saying that it has to be clear, that what was said before an election must not mean that the elected DO post election what was said pre election. I think Müntefering it was, who said something along those lines. I was really astonished THEN already, that noone seemed to bother...

What the C's said there might be that way (I'm speculating here) in order that those beings who care and want to know the truth can see/find it, if they want to: Which might not be the case for the majority of people.

that is admirably as-nicely-as-possible-y put. It made me smile broadly...

(I am sorry, I dont know whether this is understandable english...it feels clumsy)

German intelligence services have lost track of a group of suspected GRU agents who, according to intelligence, may be preparing acts of sabotage against civilian and military targets. Their last known route was a Mercedes-Sprinter minibus that entered the country from the Czech Republic on February 16 this year. Information that Russian agents were inside was passed on to their German colleagues by intelligence services in North Macedonia and the Czech Republic.

The German military counterintelligence service and the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution followed the vehicle after a border check, but at some point the vehicle disappeared. It is known that one of the five suspects is a graduate of the elite GRU special forces school, trained in subversive activities, poisoning and cyber attacks. In Leipzig and Hanover, the passengers (including one woman) of the minibus abandoned the vehicle, after which their trail was lost.

German authorities fear that the suspected GRU agents ended up in Germany as part of a secret Kremlin operation. In recent months, Germany has seen attacks on military bases, attacks on German Navy ships in ports, arson attacks on DHL packages, and suspicious incidents on railways.-FRWL

My initial suspicion about the Mannheim thing is that they might be trying to downplay the severity of what has happened (more victims?). A few points that might suggest that:

- About 2-3 hours after it happened they can’t say how many people are injured.

- They keep repeating that going to the area should be avoided and people should stay at home in Mannheim.

- It sounds like large areas have been blocked off from access and MANY police are in the area.

- Only about 2 or so hours later they said that somebody got (finally!) arrested.

They also just said that they are not sure if there are more people on the loose.

More possible signs for a coverup:

While most news outlets still talk about 1 person dead while not giving numbers of injured, Bild reports 2 dead and 14 injured while mentioning that initially it was said that there are 25 people injured. They also say that the driver “is a german“. My bet is on a coverup.

4: Anyone can, as of now, cross-check the officially stated numbers for each area with another "independent" source, and curiously enough, anyone can find quite a number of discrepancies in the vote counts, mostly in terms of BSW and AFD! And it seems like that could add up to very significant levels (for how the current system works)! Almost seems like they were stupid enough to rig it in a way that anyone can easily check out, or they don't care or whatever.

Apparently, such small discrepancies between the preliminary counts and the official end result (to be announced in March) are normal and will be corrected (see here). Still a bit fishy that it's mostly BSW and AfD, but overall this doesn't seem to be the "modus operandi" when it comes to rigging.

There is however an interesting initiative of volunteer election monitoring called WABEO. They have a dashboard where you can play around with their numbers:
1741026544448.png

Basically they sent volunteers to certain voting stations and oversaw the counting (they seem to be accredited somehow). What you see in the numbers is the official count for the voting district, and then the WABEO count of the votes counted at the voting stations where they had volunteers. Obviously there are many more voting stations in each district than the ones with volunteers present, so you can't directly compare the two numbers. (Often it's just 1-2 voting stations with WABEO volunteers, and who knows if they weren't outliers.)

However, you can read a certain tendency. And it seems that AfD votes are consistently lower in the official district counts than in the voting stations where volunteers oversaw the count.

I crunched some numbers and calculated the average % of the figures the volunteers came up with, and the official count in the in the districts. (Again, you can't directly compare those numbers, but still.) For example for Hesse, average of official numbers for districts for the AfD was 18%, average number of volunteer counting (in voting stations in same districts) was 19,7%. CDU was 28,7 vs. 25,9.

For Bavaria, AfD was 19,8% (official) vs. 23,31% (volunteer overseen count).

This could mean two things:

1. Rigging might take place between the count in the voting station ("Wahllokal") and the official district results ("Wahlkreis"). This makes sense because as far as I know there is no official source for numbers from the voting stations, the lowest public result is on the level of the district. So nobody will ever know.

2. Just from glancing at some of the numbers from WABEO, it seems there was a pattern of inflating CDU votes and minimizing AfD votes. Haven't looked at enough numbers to guess how far the gaps are, and keep in mind that it also depends on the size of the districts etc. what effect it really has. But to me it seems my initial hunch wasn't too bad: AfD might conceivably have won the popular vote, but if so probably by a small margin.
