As it is real, I will put it here

A video originally shared on TikTok by user Michaeboles shows them browsing through Walmart’s book section, where "The Achievements of Kamala Harris" is displayed. The video reveals that the book's pages are mostly blank, with only a few bold words scattered throughout.

Since being posted, the video has garnered over 5 million views on X (formerly Twitter), sparking humorous reactions.

One user commented, “Only $16.00? It’s priceless,” while another quipped, “I just downloaded it from Audible. Enjoying the silence.”

Another joked, “I hope it makes it to the NYT best-seller list. It’s a quick read, simple to understand—good job, Kammie!

So, this delightful real life distraction happened.

“Woody Harrelson went to Budapest to visit his statue...and is getting tons of 'kedvelés'.”

Information from an online article:
“The statue is located within the Buda Castle District, with its historic royal palace on top. This hill is about 50–60 metres high, and it has been inhabited since the Bronze Age. Since 1987 the entire district, along with its stunning view of the Danube River, has been honoured as a UNESCO World Heritage site.[…]

During the extensive restoration of Matthias Church in the late 19th century, Fisherman's Bastion was built around the church. It was built as part of a series of developments that were intended to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of the Hungarian state. The structure was inspired by the Neo-Romanesque architectural style of early medieval times, in approximately the year 1000, when the first Hungarian king started his rule.”

Would you like to talk to a human?

Max DeCosta: "Hi, uh, before we start I'd like to explain..."
Parole Robot: "Max DeCosta, 36 years old, violation of penal code 2219 today at bus stop 34B..."
Max DeCosta: "Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to talk to you about. You see, I think there's been a misunderstanding."
Parole Robot: "Immediate extension of parole term for eight more months."
Max DeCosta: "Wait, what? No, no, no, no, no, I can explain what happened. I just made a joke and... you know."
Parole Robot: "Stop talking. Elevation of heart rate detected. Do you want a pill?"
Max DeCosta: "No, thank you. What I'd like to do is explain..."
Probation Robot: "Stop talking. Personality suggests 78.3% chance of regression to old behavior patterns: carjacking, assault with deadly weapon, resisting arrest. Would you like to talk to a human?"
Max DeCosta: [In robot voice] "No, I'm fine. Thank you.
Probation Robot: "Are you being sarcastic and/or abusive?"
Max DeCosta: [In robot voice] "Negative."

After a minor misunderstanding with a robot guard, Max is called in to learn that his parole has been extended for eight months. As if trying to get a human to understand that the incident was nothing wasn't difficult enough, Max has to deal with a robot instead.

Yup, I KNEW the media was keeping us distracted on October 1st for a lot of reasons, but this happened, and here it is!;-)
I have a Scottish Family branch on my ancestral tree, and they kept me in “the know”, just so you know..or something like that.

“October 1 was the end of the Haggis hunting season.
This never before documented image shows Nessie ferrying a lone survivor across Loch Ness, where it will spend the winter foraging for Tunnocks tea cakes and drinking single malt.
The haggis will return again next season to look for a mate and bear a litter of baby haggii, thus ensuring future generations can flourish in the wild.”
