Yeah i am not on real keto diet and i wrote something of eating ca. 150 g of carbs. Somethimes its half of that amount on days without training, but still no real keto. You are right Data and i wont be writing further till i read the keto topic. I said weight training is diffucult from personal expirience when you eat no carbs. There was a time when i was on real keto diet and i just started shaking in the gym. (i train "5 Repetition maximum" - which means max amount of resistance you can lift five times- without carbs?-that would be a revolution!). I will not be posting anything more about nutrition just about this particular system and will surelly read the keto topic.

And also - allegedly- a light(?) being appeared to her in her home.
In order to clarify how exactly she does channel one would need to get his hands on her biography. I dont have the book and the matter will be dealt later on. For now i focus on their capital work "This is my word". In this book there is nothing personal of any kind, just "Christ" clarifying things on the new testament.

Hi Guardian. I said in my ist post that they got this info "particulary" by Christ. - that was an assumption from me 
. Please forgive me. I assumed it beacuse it is commonly known that matured manure can enhance soil fertility (so why wouldnt they use it?). Edit [acctually Christ said it : "Stop killing the tiniest of animals, the microscopic life of the soil, through artificial fertilizers, and excrements and the like!" For Over 20 Years: Peaceable Farming Without Raising Animals for Slaughter or Work
Right from the beginning, the Original Christians not only talked about animal protection, they also set an example. In agriculture firms the soil is cultivated »peaceably«: The organisms in the soil are maltreated neither via pesticides, fungicides or other chemicals nor with manure and slurry. Animals are the friends of the people; no animal is slaughtered or its cadaver eaten. The Original Christian farmers take for granted that: »We are protectors of animals and nature, not murderers and robbers of nature!«
No Chemicals
The use of chemicals always means deliberate interference in the hormone and enzyme balance of the plants. Plants in conventional farming are manipulated at will; »weeds« are brutally killed by chemically burning the cells, or by producing artificial growth that makes the cells burst. In contrast, peaceable farming means cultivation without pesticides, that is, without herbicides, insecticides or fungicides – out of respect for the life in nature.
No Artificial Fertilizers or Sewage Sludge
In conventional farming, artificial fertilizers serve as an »infusion« with the synthetically produced main nutrients nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium. This produces large yields, but the life quality of the plants falls by the wayside. Artificial fertilizers also highly contaminate the groundwater. In addition, a large part of the sewage sludge produced in German sewage plants lands on the fields with all its heavy metals. The rule in peaceable farming is: No artificial fertilizers and no sewage sludge !
No Manure and Slurry!
In order to stimulate excessive growth, instead of artificial fertilizers manure and slurry are usually applied in »eco«-farming, waste products of the animal industry. The acrid slurry damages the life in the soil. Physicians are also critical of the application of manure and slurry because of the residues of antibiotics and medications contained in them as well as the danger of contamination with E-coli-bacteria. Neither manure nor slurry is spread on the fields of peaceable farming.
No Murdering of Animals
Right from the beginning, there has been no keeping of animals for slaughter or work. It’s true that many animals live together with the people on the farms of the Original Christians as friends and companions, and no horse, no pig, no cow, no chicken and no sheep must fear the butcher’s knife.

Selling the waste products from slaughterhouses has become a lucrative business. In conventional as well as so-called »ecological« farming, bone meal, hair, horn meal and blood meal are used as alternatives to artificial fertilizers – the application of such waste products are permissible according to the eco-regulations of the European Union. However, peaceable farming is more than »eco or organic«: It is farming without the use of animal waste products!

What is their take on UFO's and Aliens ?. I don't mean to overload you, but I couldn't find it. I downloaded one book(html) from the links you posted, other book is not coming up. but I didn't see any thing with those words.. Folks who think the life force in animals is somehow more important and/or "divine" than the life force in plants always make me chuckle. Life is life, and life eats life to live. Welcome to Earth.
cP - just based on what you have reproduced here so far, I get the impression that the core nature of our collective reality is not really addressed and that the bottom line message is another "trust me" and "have faith" doctrine with a little more esoterica thrown in. That may be because I haven't taken the time to go through the material and links - but that's the impression so far.

I started this topic in order to see if someone is familiar with this. I dont want to "ruin" this topic by presenting the system as something it is not. There is a lot more to it and i must say i am no expert-just have read this one bookabout the system . If you dont like it, then erase the whole topic- i dont mind, i will go on with the research anyway. When i get the book in the link then it could become be more interesting.
In this book there is nothing about aliens or UFOs. There is mentoin about the silver cor which is a bond through which you recieve life energy for your body. God will no one put on eternal suffering. No one said nor it is in the system that anything is more valuable than the other. The system just says the animals should not be eaten, but the "fruits of the field and the forest". I didnt say that - remember.
My goodness whats that all about the manure. Lets use our energy for better purposes.
