'V' the series to begin on ABC

I watched it last night for the first time and yeah, it was very interesting how much of the plot revolved around the flu shot being used by the V's to add something nasty. And the V's said something along the lines of "we can't cure the common cold, so we'll have to rely on your flu shot." They can cure anything else, but not a cold? I didn't see the original, and only this one episode, but putting bad stuff in vaccines sure was real close to reality, wasn't it?
 
More spoilers here due to some questions:


One thing that struck me regarding the flu vaccine part was the female heroine made a statement alone the lines of:
They are using human predictability to get to us! Paraquoting here...

Are we so eager to cure our aliments that we would welcome any form of healing without researching it first? People were flocking to the V's healing centers. They also get that news reporter right where they want him by revealing to him that they found when they scanned him, an aneurysm that was going to happen in the future. Of course he wants a second opinion, but they say that human technology will not discover it and only "They" can help him.

Another interesting quote was from a rebellion leader that was shot by a V and the priest, who was an military medic in Iraq, was stitching him up. The guy says to the priest: "you have to choose between being a priest and being a solder"

So here are these beautiful visitors, offering up new technology & medical treatments, and everyone is falling for it.

I just watched the four episodes (I haven't seen the original TV-series). I was amazed how close it reflected my reckoning of the situation. The flu vaccine moment and the healing center business might well be too close the truth and the reason why they stopped airing the series. I was so fascinated that I immediately ordered the original 80's V TV-series on DVD.
 
The negatice side is that maybe some people will take warnings about vaccinations as a science-fiction-inspired thing. Like: you believe that flu vaccination fromm a science-fiction series so you do not take vaccines.
 
End was very interesting because they showed fleet of ships heading somewhere, I assume Earth, and c's said that there is a Orion fleet on the way to Earth. And the story about vaccines is very close to truth.Coincidence? I think not!

You are right but i think there is more than that. We can roughly categorize the target audience into 4 groups IMO. (not only for V series but also for other disinfo movies and other kind of productions e.g. Roland Emmerich's 2012 movie.

1- people who are asleep (the vast majority of the population)
2- people who are asleep but have a potential to start to wake up
3- people who already started to wake up but fell into the trap of disinfo sources.
4-people who already started to wake up and seeking the truth carefully (maybe many of the members of this forum)

The 4th group is mostly out of reach of these kind of movies, series (for manipulation purposes). But for the other 3 groups disinformation objectives differ from each other, OSIT.
So for the 1st group the vaccination thing will work well but for the 2nd and mostly the 3rd group it s some kind of a verification what they've heard so far (i mean not maybe that aliens are involved in flu and vaccine issues but that it is dangerous and that there are real conspiracies behind it).

I think the main disinfo message in V series for the 2nd and 3rd group is that the lizzies (or negative E.T.s) are physical and 'weak' beings. They are just more advanced in technology compared to humanity. You can beat them physically (worst than Icke's shapeshifting reptilians). They are not hyperdimensional beings. They don't have abilities like telepathy or mind reading etc. so they can't even find the traitor who kills their wounded agent in their own ship (see the last episode).

Another interesting thing is that there is no deluded politician or leader involved in the story. Well of course there must be but there are not being directly shown. There is only one rookie media guy who is deluded (but he is suspicious) and the majority of the population (except a couple of heroes).
 
Remake of 1980's mini-series, "V"

Seems like Laura mentioned somewhere that the 1980's television mini-series, "V" contained a lot more truth than audiences imagined. I'd seen it originally on TV and did watch it again after Laura reminded me about it. Though the special effects were quaintly dated, the basic plot was right on target, complete with "containerized" humans, duped media stars and complicit power seekers.

Well, last week, I just happened to see the banner on USA Today announcing a remake of the series. It was odd enough for this plot concept to be introduced into society 30 years ago, but it seems even odder that it's being re-introduced now. I understand that we are often being primed by the matrix control system to have certain beliefs or expectations, but I wonder why the matrix control system would prime us to expect the very agenda that they've zealously kept secret 99.99% of the time otherwise.

Actress Morena Baccarin is about to invade the planet earth. She has been cast in a lead role on ABC’s upcoming remake of the 1980s invasion series V, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Baccarin played the Ori leader Adria in the tenth season of Stargate SG-1, and in the DVD movie, Stargate: The Ark of Truth — which will make its U.S. television premiere in just a few weeks.

Baccarin, 29, will play Anna, described by the site as “the leader of the Visitors who is remarkably knowledgeable about human culture and media manipulation.” The character appears to be the remake’s answer to Diana, the mouse-eating villain who was etched into the memories of children everywhere by actress Jane Badler.

Written and directed by Kenneth Johnson, the original V began as a miniseries on NBC in 1983. The story centered on a group of technologically-advanced alien “Visitors” who arrived on Earth seeking an alliance, only to be revealed as reptilian beings who wanted to use the population as a new food source.

I also got a kick out of the description of the novel/film described the scenario of the novel as being “like Paris in 1943, where you could have a cappuccino on the Champs Elysées if you don’t mind that the Wehrmacht are sitting next to you and that all of your Jewish friends have disappeared.”

My question is that if the PTB are desperately trying to hide this Matrix control system from us, then why are they allowing these TV series and block busting movies like “The Matrix” to be shown when they might give us a clue to what’s really going on? Or is there something else to this business?

Well, I think there are many potential "wakers" out there that "could" gain knowledge. The PTB absolutely cannot allow this for they will lose the game. What better way to hide truth but give a little and wrap truth with lies?
 
Interesting, the C's say it's part of a project called "Project Awaken", but what I'm not sure now is the objective of this project. If STS is behind it then probably the objective is to kill awakening, but if STO is behind it then probably it's to highten awakening. Yet the C's say both STS and STO are involved, now I'm more confused :huh:
 
just to remind you that the quote was about id4 movie, and yes thinking about 4d objectives is confusing for our 3d minds. There must be all kinds of paths designed for guiding personal/group frequencies. As they say 'There is more to all of this than you could dream'
