A reader of Jovanovic blog posted a message explaining how the "internment without consent" procedure used against him is normally regulated:

"Your case is deeply disturbing, especially as it appears to be yet another misuse of the procedure for internment without consent, also known as 'hospitalisation at the request of the State representative' (prefectoral procedure). Enfin, je me permets de rappeler que cette procédure doit faire l’objet d’un contrôle judiciaire obligatoire dans les 12 jours suivant l’internement, par le juge des libertés et de la détention, pour garantir un minimum de contre-pouvoir. Il est également possible de saisir la Commission départementale des soins psychiatriques, voire de contester la régularité de l’arrêté préfectoral.
