Having lost a sister at about the same age it makes me realize how short the lives of so many musicians seems to be. She was only 46 with 3 children and a boyfriend left behind.

I don't think I ever stopped long enough to hear the lyrics of many of the more recent groups' songs. Showing my age I guess.

there are some very powerful lyrics in a lot of the metal genre, I used to be a big metal head in my youth, and part of the attraction was the deep lyrical content ;)
and now for some singer songwriter gold :)
