I tend to agree. Gurdjieff would call it 'wiseacring' or 'philosophizing' - both of which are forms of dreaming and a complete waste of energy.

Same here. If one is really interested in higher existence , I think one is automatically, by the lack of earthly evidence, lead to be interested in the lower existence in order to explain the higher.
