What's the weather where you are?

We are getting some welcome rain here in the Canberra area, accompanied by strong winds, temp was down to 10 degrees Celsius this morning. I guess that's typical for this (autumn) time of year.
Only thing is that this year it has been overcast pretty much since December. Not much rain but a lot of cloud cover. I could do without the wind chill today, though.

The State of Pennsylvania has gone from Winter and snow/ice melting, to about 3 weeks of Spring like weather in the upper 50's, to full blown 80 F and humidity in the last 4 days.

This is today's forecast: from 80's F back down to 30's and possible frost by Thursday morning.

Temps will pop into the 80s again with the chance for a passing shower/t-storm this afternoon. Even though a cold front will be passing through your life tomorrow, only a few scattered showers will emerge. Much of the day should stay dry and with temps still trying to cling to 80 degrees. By Wednesday, a cool north wind and stubborn clouds will persist with temps barely popping to 60 degrees. Thursday morning’s temps will be dipping into the 30s in many parts of the area with a cool breeze persisting. With winds stirring up the atmosphere, we should stay frost-free into Thursday AM’s clear skies, but you never know. Thursday will be bright and sunny with steel blue skies and temps back up into the 60s with a cool breeze. Temps will increase into the 70s this weekend with partly sunny skies and only a few scattered showers.

Those that bought flowers for Mother's Day and vegetable plants for their garden's will need to cover and protect their plants, if they already placed them in the ground. Considering the type of dime, golf ball and baseball size hail being reported in various areas, we're subject to the same weather conditions.

It might be of benefit, to consider adding some type of canopy protection to our outside (in ground) gardens? Last August, we got a heavy hail storm that destroyed most home gardens, with one Farmer dealing with several acres of damaged tomatoes and peppers.

The weather has become so unpredictable.

In my part of Germany (the East) it is quite warm (around 20 C° ) right now, with almost no wind going.
The weather here reminds me a bit of the Mediterranean area (at least of how the weather there used to be).

The weather here in New Jersey, USA is extremely different than it was even 5 years ago. NorthEast US. There is not really Spring or Fall. Last week our heat was still coming on at night. Yesterday we switched to air conditioning. We barely seem to have days that aren't "too something". We had a massive hurricane a couple of years ago and that just isn't normal. First severe storm I have lived through and I'm 47!

Also it is much colder here for longer every year. Very hard for gardening. All of my planting is done indoors- herbs and strawberries so thankfully there is room in the house.

After a very hot weather last week , since yesterday temperature drop for 10-15 C degrees. North wind makes it feel even more colder. Very unpredictable weather patterns.

Not that I'm there (how I wish I was!) but the attached photo was taken today on the southern slopes of the High Desert mountain, Western Crete. Apparently very rare to see this much snow hanging on there come early May.

After a slow, gloomy, rainy start to Spring in Southern France, we've had a few days of perfect weather. Just gorgeous! But, supposedly, the gloomy on-again, off-again rain will come back in a couple of days.

Here in Virginia, USA the weather is crazy hot. It's felt to me like summer has been shifting forward by a month or so each year for the past 2-3 years and we're now having weather that feels like it's late July or August: high 80s-90s during the day, but then staying hot at night--high 60s and even low 70s! Pretty humid too and a good amount of storms. Definitely not normal. It also went from being in the 60s to low 70s during the day and 30s-50s at night starting mid way through April to these high temps basically over night as May started. There went spring.

Texas has seen rain almost non stop for two weeks. We have already set a record where I am for May rainfall and it is only the thirteenth. I just had a look at the extended forecast and it shows we will not see the sun until June 15th :O I can hardly believe that. We also set a record for cooler temps this month.
If the forecast is correct, then all the low lying towns that are already flooding now are going to be in really BIG trouble. The storms that have been non stop have been really ugly in parts. We have had channels of calm rains only here and we live on a hill, so are not in danger of flooding ourselves, but these systems have had a really ominous and depressive feel to them at times covering the whole entire state. Maybe it is partly due to my normal doses of sunshine that are missing but I am starting to get a little worried.

This latest (Wed. 1pm ET) infra-red map shows LOTS of red for Texas. A dangerous sign usually.
Massive electrical energy fueling storm system. And yes, I've noticed it's been quite stationary of late. Rather strange.

Yes a huge part of that cell passed over us already and we have probably a few more hours of this to look forward to. Half of Texas is under tornado watches. We desperately need this rain for our lakes, but the ground is already saturated and this is causing a lot of problems in low lying towns. It might be time to start collecting the animals and build an ark :/

Here in the Canary Islands weather is getting warmer each day and it feels like full summer is already there.

At the same time there is also a new phenomena I could observe, which are massive very dark clouds falling on the ground like a cascade, as it usually happens during winter season on higher heights mainly.

As I´m living at a certain distance and height offshore, I have a good sea panorama and I´ve never seen such compact clouds above the sea, which will hardly dissipate at all. I´m thinking if this could be due to massive carbon dioxide release from the sea as a result of the strong sismic activity that must be going on under this giant Teide vulcan.

On facebook, people are reporting some little earthquakes here and there in Tenerife but the IGN (National Geographic Institution) denies it. In fact, INVOLCAN (Canarian Vulcans Institute) is very upset with IGN´s posture in Madrid. They are publicly accusing IGN of concealing hard data, like the more than 1000 of earthquakes reported since 2010, and particularly the last more obvious ones which have occurred since last year up to this very last week. Furthermore, they are warning about the fast rate increase of a volcan situated under the sea between Tenerife and Las Palmas, as well as sea temperature which is exceeding four times the forcast given 15 years ago. INVOLCAN declared IGN to be unconcerned about the fate of 5 millions of people, and that they will cut any future relationship with IGN.

The story repeating itself, iow. I don´t think I´ll even have the opportunity to report on the forum when everything starts blowing up here, unless some UFO appears at the right time

North of Italy, for about a week and a half very good weather: sunny, sometimes the temperatures reached even 30° C- 32° C, even during the night the temperature stayed pretty high, but, it seems tomorrow will arrive a big violent Storm which could bring, hailstones, and maybe even Tornadoes, it will pass through the North of the country first and then it will go towards the Center-South in the next days.

Sadly, it looks like Texas is in for another heavy weather pounding this morning. The electrical energy coming from above just seems relentless ... and odd.
