The green rock, maybe a fragment of one of the smashed 6 Tuaoi stones of Atlantis? Edgar Cayce said the stones were blue...however, blue-green...could it be?
Perhaps you could elaborate further on the Tuaoi Stones of Atlantis, which may have been specially created synthetic crystals, as the C's have said that the Atlanteans were masters of crystal technology. Did Cayce mention what the function was that these stones performed?
If by the 'green rock' you are referring to the Green Stone that Graham Phillips found with his psychic friends, this was supposed to have been a cutting from a larger crystal structure that was ordered by Pharaoh Akhenaten. In my view, it may even have been an off cut from the Grail itself since Phillips supposedly used it whilst under an hypnotic trance to resurrect the ancient Egyptian Queen Sobekneferu (who herself was a practitioner of the dark arts) - resurrection being a function that is attributed to the Grail. The Irish legends of the Tuatha de Danann speak of the magical Cauldron of the Dagda, which could restore life to fallen warriors. This makes me wonder if the Cauldron of the Dagda was in reality the Ark of the Covenant inside which the Grail was concealed.
However, the C's also said that the TDARM on Oak Island was a resurrection device or a technology that could restore or regenerate dead things to life, including people:

Could this technology have involved the use of special crystals and, if so, were the Tuaoi Stones of Atlantis an example of such crystals? Rather like the replicators of Star Trek fame, do TDARMs transmute pure energy (light) into what we call matter, which is why the C's said it was close to teleportation? Is the Grail the granddaddy (or should that be grandmother) of such crystals, the Merkabah or 'Mother Stone'?
As to teleportation, the C's did say this in connection with TDARMs:

atbash. As I mentioned before, some researchers believe that the name 'Baphomet' is obtained from the Hebrew
atbash cypher and means the 'Baptism of Wisdom'. Coming back to special sound frequencies, it is known that special vocal tones are used when chanting texts from the Kabbalah and this also applied to when the Jewish High Priest approached the Ark of the Covenant in the Holy of Holies in the Temple of Jerusalem. These tones would seem to have activated the gem stones built into the High Priest's breastplate, perhaps setting up a receivership capability.
It intrigues me though, as I wrote recently in my article on Blue Apples, that
Dr John Dee, who was viewed as one of the foremost practitioners of Gematria in Elizabethan England, should have schooled
Francis Bacon (a man greatly practised in the use of cyphers) in the use of Gematria when the latter visited Dee's house at Mortlake as a young man. Although the C's discussed the relevance of berries in the context of the sound frequency associated with TDARM type technology, could there have been some similar link with grapes (blue apples) perhaps, which are closely associated with the letter M in the grape or water-mark cypher Bacon and his secret brotherhood (including Nicholas Poussin) used in their written works and communications? Who knows?
Just to confuse things further, the C's have said that the power cell which resided within the Ark of the Covenant, as carried by the Hebrew Levites, was also a TDRAM:
