Which makes me think of the Sons of the Law of One who were the philosophical adversaries of the Sons of Belial in Atlantis.
I am not sure what the ball is, could it be an apple? I attach another copy of the famous engraving 'Lampo Trado' and would point out that you can clearly make out a rose buckle on the right foot of the figure who is meant to represent Francis Bacon, which again ties him into Rosicrucianism.
The Cs have practically related the Grail to plasma phenomena and the electric universe and this can be an indicator of the energy generated by a portal so we could say that the Grail is a portal but where is the idea of "manifester"? As a gift of God that was called in ancient times and served to manifest many things of existence? Is it like a magic lamp that grants wishes? But then we have the story of Patrice Chaplin and her late lover Jose Tarres who died 3 years ago...what did they manifest? As far as I researched it only has to do with objects that are hidden in a portal in another dimension to perform the Grail ritual...for me neither Tarres nor Patrice have found the Grail as the STS forces could have put an aetheric chip in Jose Tarres and all that STS beings can do..since they want that device something doesn't add up MJF!

This is interesting. Jocelyn Bell was the first to discover pulsars in 1967. She was not the one to discover the Crab Pulsar (the supernova was first seen approx. 900 years ago.) but pulses in general are what you could consider sound frequencies, in fact there are recordings made of them. The mythical story of the Swan in lore almost sounds like the astronomical description of the Cygnus Loop.

Lir's wife and mother of his four children, Aiobh, died. Lir then married her sister Aiofe. In time she grew jealous of the children’s love for Lir and their mother and cast a spell upon them which changed them into swans. The spell was to last 900 years, 300 years on Lough Derravaragh, 300 on the Sea of Moyle and 300 on Irrus Domnann near Inishglora. It would only be lifted when they heard the bell of the new God. Lir when he learnt of Aiofe’s act banished her to become a demon of the air.
After 900 years, when the time of the Tuatha Dé Danann had passed and aided by a monk, Mochua, the children heard the sound of a church bell. The spell was lifted and the children turned back into human form but aged rapidly and died.

Perhaps you could elaborate further on the Tuaoi Stones of Atlantis, which may have been specially created synthetic crystals, as the C's have said that the Atlanteans were masters of crystal technology. Did Cayce mention what the function was that these stones performed?
If by the 'green rock' you are referring to the Green Stone that Graham Phillips found with his psychic friends, this was supposed to have been a cutting from a larger crystal structure that was ordered by Pharaoh Akhenaten. In my view, it may even have been an off cut from the Grail itself since Phillips supposedly used it whilst under an hypnotic trance to resurrect the ancient Egyptian Queen Sobekneferu (who herself was a practitioner of the dark arts) - resurrection being a function that is attributed to the Grail. This makes me wonder if the Cauldron of the Dagda was in reality the Ark of the Covenant inside which the Grail was concealed.

Could this technology have involved the use of special crystals and, if so, were the Tuaoi Stones of Atlantis an example of such crystals? Rather like the replicators of Star Trek fame, do TDARMs transmute pure energy (light) into what we call matter, which is why the C's said it was close to teleportation? Is the Grail the granddaddy (or should that be grandmother) of such crystals, the Merkabah or 'Mother Stone'?
As to teleportation, the C's did say this in connection with TDARMs:

The ancient Jewish study of numerology, also known as 'Gematria', involves the practice of assigning a numerical value to a name, word or phrase by reading it as a number, or sometimes by using an alphanumerical cypher. It is largely used in Jewish texts, notably in those associated with the Kabbalah but is not a concept or term that is found anywhere within the Hebrew Bible. In early Jewish sources, the term can also refer to other forms of calculation or letter manipulation, for example atbash. As I mentioned before, some researchers believe that the name 'Baphomet' is obtained from the Hebrew atbash cypher and means the 'Baptism of Wisdom'. Coming back to special sound frequencies, it is known that special vocal tones are used when chanting texts from the Kabbalah and this also applied to when the Jewish High Priest approached the Ark of the Covenant in the Holy of Holies in the Temple of Jerusalem. These tones would seem to have activated the gem stones built into the High Priest's breastplate, perhaps setting up a receivership capability.
It intrigues me though, as I wrote recently in my article on Blue Apples, that Dr John Dee, who was viewed as one of the foremost practitioners of Gematria in Elizabethan England, should have schooled Francis Bacon (a man greatly practised in the use of cyphers) in the use of Gematria when the latter visited Dee's house at Mortlake as a young man. Although the C's discussed the relevance of berries in the context of the sound frequency associated with TDARM type technology, could there have been some similar link with grapes (blue apples) perhaps, which are closely associated with the letter M in the grape or water-mark cypher Bacon and his secret brotherhood (including Nicholas Poussin) used in their written works and communications? Who knows?

Maybe. However, the C's did confirm that there was an Ark faction (who seem to have have been based at the city Baalbek at one stage) and a Grail faction, which suggests that the two devices could have operated independently of each other:

Moreover, the Grail may also have been the means by which the Israelites were fed by manna from heaven.

I can't think of many more needful things than food, apart from water of course, when you are wandering in a desert. The mention of "Mother Stone" here makes me think for some reason of a "motherboard" within a modern computer system. Could the Grail, as the Merkabah or Mother Stone, have acted as a kind of motherboard within a system powered by the Ark power cell? If the Grail is at least 80,000 years old, given that it was used to ferry some Kantekkians to Earth prior to their planet exploding over 80,000 years ago, then it is quite understandable how it could have gained the soubriquet of 'the Ancient of Days' in the Zohar.
