2013 Crop Circles

Huh, interesting!

It would be good to know in which directions (east, west, north, south) the little pyramids that are attached on the dial are pointing ...

M.T.

I also can't help but to think that it looks like some kind of rotating clock or device marking times/events as well. I guess that I am stuck thinking in 3D terms but it might means much more to the trained eye.

Looking at a larger size, some of the lines in the triangles are sloppy. Larger at one end than the other.

Here is an article about it:

If one stands in the inner circle and looks at the binary numbers (a point-of-view of an observer as he turns in a spinning motion):

1000
0100 0100
1011 0100
0100 0101
0011
[...]

fwiw: Here is a conversion

Binary Decimal Hexadecimal
------ --------- ----------------
1000 8 8

0100 4 4

0100 4 4

0101 5 5

0011 3 3

0100 4 4

1011 11 B

0100 4 4

I'm not an expert of finding fake crop circles that look real, but the design of this one is pretty cool in my opinion.

Hit for the Cs; 6th density is finishing the last pages of the crop circle almanac, apparently.

Wiltshire crop circle numbers 'almost halve' in a year

Crop circle appearances in Wiltshire have dropped by almost half in a year, according to researchers.

The county's Crop Circle Information and Coordination Centre (CICC) said they had only seen 25 so far this year - 15 fewer than usual for the period.

A decline in the man-made act and a late harvest have both been blamed.

Charles Mallet, from the centre, said he wished amateur crop circlers would quit because they were "clouding a genuine and real phenomenon". [...]

And most of them out there are rather ugly and lame, which indicates man-made.

Was planning to go Avebury at some point this year, guess there's not much to see in terms of CCs?

The 8-pointed star in Robella, Italy is very interesting. Reminds me a lot of the Taoist cosmology circle & brings infinity to mind.
Someone on the SOTT article commented that it could be a date period, which seems to correspond. Fwiw.

EDIT: I just found this article - Worst crop circles ever! What happened to the patterns that delighted and baffled the world?

Another hit for the C's haha :P

I do find it interesting that compared to the few, pretty tame crop circles in England this year, the one that looks most authentic to me, is the one in Italy (Robella).

"All roads lead to Rome" as the saying goes, well perhaps the 6D cc makers think so too, or at least Italy the country, home of the real Jesus (Caesar) perhaps?

Love this one!

What's strange, the first thought that came to my mind when I saw it first time, and then second, and third, etc., was sheets of rain.
