A Course in Knowledge and Being: Differential Diagnosis in Spirit Release Part 3

Would past life regressions be different from spirit release therapies in that the former one aids an integrative process of your neglected and denied parts of yourself? In one of the videos it was explained that there were some things you don't want to get rid off, but that you have to integrate. Spirit attachments, you want to get rid off. But whatever is it you have to integrate, will past life regressions help? Past life regressions could also be something of a self-created drama in order to work through certain experiences, kind of like the spirit release.

Many years ago I did a past life regression using the Christos technique. The link provides a basic overview of the technique. Interestingly, the subject is asked at one point to visualize a door (your own front door), but is not asked to go through it.

My 'past life' during this session was extremely vivid, and I was told afterwards it produced many full body reactions of which I was unaware. I was guided to move through the various stages of this life including death. I felt that the life I recalled had many parallels with my present life up to the time of the session (I was 22 at the time).

I can't say that any traumas or other issues were integrated by this experience. It may even have been a vivid scenario created by my subconscious mind. There was no way to tell, but it was completely fascinating nonetheless.

I wonder if all our small I's in fact are acquired malevolent and benevolent attachments that distract us all the time and hinder us in the Work :)

While the third part have an automatic caption on YouTube, it doesn't match with what Laura was saying for some parts throughout. Some words didn't make sense within the context, and it's like this for a while.

So, I have transcribed the first 26 minutes (using both the caption filter and lip-reading), just before Laura discusses with someone off-camera about the attachment and the workplace, to which I couldn't hear but was able to understand briefly about the situation. The first part is now attached with this post. Wherever I put in [ ], I am uncertain.

I haven't found any SRT practitioners near me yet.

Would like your feedback on the following individual doing SRT: _http://www.clearings.org/index
She references Wickland, Fiore and Baldwin so points there.
Sessions are taped which is another plus.

Thanks, ZS. Proofing this hasn't been mentioned, so I'm working on that now.

Thanks guys. These videos were fascinating and sobering. The analogy Laura made about building a house to protect you from the elements and wild predators being similar to cultivating psychic awareness to prevent attachments, really hit home for me.

For me it reiterated the importance of gaining knowledge and awareness as well as working through your own emotional issues and thought loops i.e. EE.

I've checked it through against the video and made corrections and edits as necessary. The revised file is attached to this post.

Started reading the book "Thirty years among the dead", and I must say that some of the transcripts are absolutely hilarious! Amazing to see how stubborn, selfish and clueless some of the dead dudes are of their situation, and what is going on.

I agree. I've just started reading it myself and what I've noticed from the transcripts is that there seems to be a supreme lack of awareness on the part of these spirits (if that's what they are). It's as if the part that survives after death is only a small part of the essence, like there's no access to the whole. I wonder if work on the self makes one more whole, or that there's more that survives the transition out of the body. These fragments seem completely single-minded and obsessed. As if what they were at the time of their death is all they are anymore. OSIT.

Which might be part of the "long careful thought out plan" (I think that's what the C's said - in relation to food & illnesses, awareness etc) of 4-D sts, to "load" (the human consciousness) the program over 1 lifespan, die without learning much & little to know awareness increase, & filled with ego-expanding contradictory beliefs. With a more sts frequency being held (think of a Christian "fundie" vegan) then 4-D sts directly or indirectly (hyperdimensional matrix control system) can have souls acting like ghoulish predators, waiting for holes to be blown open in people's psychic defenses/auric field. I'm sure this was touched on in an old session, maybe the early days of the experiment? Is it possible that some refuse to "go into the light" & recycle at whatever "time" which might add to "negative karma?" Or even if they don't refuse, recycle & that predatory behaviour is part of what harms them in their new life, like the recent talk about attachments liking sports. (what of gambling addictions, womanizing etc)

Didn't Laura say in The Wave that one of these attachments could be say a recently passed woman, "she" could lead a heterosexual man to engage in homosexual encounters/behaviours & the problems that could arise if that man was from a family/society that just wouldn't tolerate that? Lots of permutations, really deep stuff.

I watched all 3 videos. I plan to watch them again. Very interesting and eye opening! It all makes complete sense to me how spirit attachment can effect the physical and mental body. It seems like spirits attach themselves to the weakest part of the body. Cleaning the machine and strengthening the body seems to be key to ridding the spirits. They must not like a clean machine. That`s where knowledge protects. And having the knowledge of the keto diet. The keto diet, ee, knowledge, rids spirit attachments? This is so very interesting. Being aware and vigilant of what my body is telling me...getting rid of spirit attachments changes my outlook on how I feel about certain thing?. I hope I`m getting this right.

It`s interesting that 57 years ago, my mother was going to a doctor who hypnotized her for several things. He hypnotized her that when she would fall asleep, she would go into a deep sleep right away and only need 4 hrs of sleep a night. Then on another occasion he did surgery by putting her "under" and removing fatty tumors without giving her drugs. She felt no pain. On an another occasion, my mother was pregnant with me and in labor, the same doctor put her under hypnosis to be totally relaxed and not feel pain while in labor and delivery. She told me she was pain free throughout giving birth to me. I think hypnosis can be a very powerful tool to somehow tell the body what it does and doesn`t need. Getting rid of attachments for one. I know it needs to be with a trusted therapist. Just an observation.

Thank you Laura and Team for making and sharing these videos. Well done and looking forward to the next one. N2F

Thanks Laura & crew for the hard work and great videos as a result - wow,
it really makes you realize how powerful and protective knowledge is and how crazy and selfdestructive would be to
even think you could do such a thing by yourself (playing with the board) without solid knowledge base... it really is jungle out there
only considering our reality (psychopaths..) and all this dead dudes waithing to jump in to have a snack at us...

THANK YOU AGAIN ! ;)

This reminds me, there is a very interesting book on this topic:
Love Beyond the Grave: True Cases of Ghostly Lovers, by Hans Holzer

I couldn't put it down once I had started reading it. If any of it is true, there are quite a few stories that bring home how our decisions could be conditioned by these attachments, and sometimes even violate our free will, due to ignorance and narcissism on both parts (the living and the dead).
