That did it for me so the search was on which led me to try mucsimol derived from the amanita muscaria mushroom. Unlike many others I'm not interested in some of the other derivatives found with in the mushroom after or before processing, mucsimol holds my interest only.I really enjoyed this podcast.

My micro dosing consists of 10grs correctly weighed out, 1 and 1/2 cups of distilled water along with 3/4 cup of lemon juice brought to a boil before adding in the bits and pieces of mushroom. Simmer for 30 minutes or more in a small pot with lid on. Remove and stain thru a sieve pressing all the juices into a container. Voila. You have your tea. . . But this would not be a tea to just sit down with and drink. At least I wouldn't it's way too potent. I micro dose a teaspoon before bed for a very relaxing goodnights sleep. Okay back to preparation. I use the heating of the water and the lemon juice for 30 mins to maximize the conversion of the ibotenic acid into mucsimol which is like l said before was my main goal. I next lowered the ph level of the mixture thru the use of the lemon juice to make sure as l can that the conversion is complete.
Now what to do with the tea mixture. You can store the mixture in the refrigerator for several days but some say it will go off after a while. What I do is I freeze the mixture in ice cube trays and pop a cube out whenever it's needed for a good night's sleep. Just melt it back into the liquid form. Each ice cube amounts to approximately 3 1/2 micro doses for me so there's about 3 nights of restful sleep in that one little ice cube.
I purchased the amanita muscaria pieces from a small mom and pop business in Colorado. They weren't on your list but they had the best prices. They even threw in a complimentary package of dried tops to show appreciation for my order

I've been trying the tincture I purchased with zero results so far. I'm up to five drops under the tongue before bed. Not sure if I should keep increasing the dosage, I don't want to accidentally take too much (if this tincture is even effective), but I'm wondering if maybe I should switch to trying it in the morning. We are located in the Colorado Rockies, where we hand pick, hand clean and hand pack the best dried Amanita muscaria available.
They can be cleaned gently with a piece of paper towel.Not sure what they mean by "hand clean" but didn't Baba Masha say they are not supposed to be cleaned?

The effect on the mind is also remarkable, it is the feeling best described as consistent quiet happiness. The mind chatter is gone, negative thoughts or introjects are gone. My meditations have become much deeper, being in the present moment has entirely different quality now.
Dealing with difficult clients has become easy, there is this newly found capacity to empathize with people I didn't have any rapport before. I am judging less and observing and listening more.
Amanita seems to help with procrastination too, since I started I sorted out the pile of papers I was avoiding for months, I cleaned my dog's teeth - and I have been avoiding this for the last couple of years.
