Bladder Cancer

Good to hear your on the mend, and moving towards recovery Angela. Thank You for the updates in your progress, and wishing you the best on the last operation, and with a fast recovery. :hug2:

Glad to report that all went well, and I am home resting.

So I had my surgery at the university of washington, which is a teaching hospital, and I think yesterday was the day when everyone just graduated from IV class, and they tried out their first IV's on me....took them three different people. I look like a pin cushion!! I have great veins, and it has never been a problem before. Oh well, I guess everyone has to learn somehow

Excellent news, Angela! Hopefully this means you're truly on the mend.

Always makes me nervous when Grad students do some of the medical procedures. At least you understand they need to learn on someonevand have a sense of humor about it.

Take good care of yourself!

Glad to hear you are making progress--thank you for the update. Hopefully this will be your last surgery and you will be feeling much better soon! Take care:flowers:

Glad that your surgery went well, Angela, and you're on the mend.
Take care of yourself. :) :) :) :)

Wonderful. Really glad to heat things went well. Consider your experience in a learning hospital your contribution to the medical profession. Maybe someone will get an excellent IV install as a result of you volunteering up your arm for practice - ouch.

Wishing you all you need for a health recovery.

*sigh* The saga continues....the last surgery didn't work, so tomorrow I am going in again for another one. I am optimistic that it will work this time, as they are going to try and cut the partial blockage instead of just ballooning it open. Wish me luck, and I will check back in soon :)
