Coronavirus Pandemic: Apocalypse Now! Or exaggerated scare story?

A little anecdote. In France, I heard some complain that we, in the country, are limited in movement but that frontiers are still wide open. It happens that my uncle and aunt were in Poland when all hell breaks loose (my aunt is Polish). 2 days ago, they decided to come back to France (oh, they had a good stay in Poland : walking, bicycling, in the countryside...). And.... tadam... they drove Poland, Germany, France without being arrested or seeing any cop (they have never made a so fast travel !), except IN France when they were at 70 km of Paris ! Isn't it funny ?

And maybe the more funny is : it's exactly what I said to my mother it would happen !
 
I think that whether peope wake up to the now proven fact that they've been played will depend on their psychological makup (and whatever changes this virus brought to their receiveship capability), and to some extant to the cultural imprint they are possessed by. Here were I live, I've suspected for a long time what I used to call a slave mentality that I've known on another continent. Today I'll rather call it cultural masochism or self-victimization, a sort of perpetual self-fulfilling prophecy. For a week now, I couldn't see a single person in the street (except a very few people in their cars) without the infamous mask. It's uncanny, it feels like being in an alien planet.

With all that governments and giant bio and tech companies have invested, there is no turning back for them. They will not suddenly say "oops sorry, we were wrong". There maybe some blame game between some factions but since the crisis benefits for the majority of the PTB factions, there'll be nothing substantial to it. They will control the information even more. It all comes to individuals and groups of individuals who haven't been brainwashed. Unfortunatly, even those who have the potential to wake up from the sleep-walking state, will be too horrified by the situation that they have participated to, so they will prefer to cling to the illusion (it's to save lives even if it destroys lives and life itself). There is a war, but mostly it's a war on the mind. OSIT

Calm down, it's only been introduced to the House. It was not presented by President Trump but by House Representative Bobby Rush (Democrat) of Illinois on 5/1/20.

It will have to pass the House
It will have to pass in the Senate.
And finally, The President would have to sign on it to become law.

Despite all that you can see the intention....trump is playing the good guy right now... only ...and I'm calm down I was just referring the awsome ideas .......that all this people are throwing on the table......

Also interesting is how he says he gave his crew the option to wear a mask or not.

Somebody asks him "Do you think the death count is accurate, or is it higher than that?"
He pretty awesomely starts his response with "Or lower than that."

He's much less Nazi about this than most other leaders. I wonder if that fukking rat standing behind him is cursing in his stupid mask.

The only issue I see is that he blames China for this and says China should have stopped it from getting out. Wonder how he thinks that should have been done. But overall this felt pretty positive.

Remember has President he has non-public intel -- intel which has already been leaked that China was having some sort of virus issues long before it was official. He's probably upset, once again, with his "Deep State" pals fucking America over. But he's only one man with many enemies. I think if Trump knew it was from an American fuck-up at a bio-lab, he would be behaving differently. But who knows, maybe he's just an opportunists like the rest. I can still be happy Hillary's not in charge.

He pretty much ties the legs of the WHO and China together. Trump wanted to shut out all flights from China and was told it was unnecessary by the WHO.
 
The new advice from the UK Gov is fairly ambiguous, suggesting that they are unsure how to dig themselves out of this lockdown hole. Stay alert is the buzz word, WTF does that mean? I live with anxiety (a long running condition, like a low level angst that bugs me), I'm always alert, and I have no fear regarding this virus, mainly because I most probably went down with it in January, as did my extended family. Of course, they don't believe that, and are still in full on authoritarian follower fear mode, which is grim. I'm unsure how to approach this subject with them to be honest. For how long is this dystopian freakshow gonna go on? I've not had a good chat with a non-family member for over two months, fer chrissakes! Do we just tolerate this indefinitely? I don't think I can to be honest...

How long before people realise the Emperor is wearing no clothes is all I'm wondering, to be honest. We need to take our freedom and sovereignty back. No more of this paranoid fear-ridden stupidity.

I think it is a great article, which stays away from the numbers and the graphs and just takes a common sense approach. It is a good thing that you make people make up their minds about it after providing some big clues as it makes it easier for people to digest. I think it is very important to build bridges.

I am not sure about that and am not as pessimistic and again, I think that building bridges is very important. There is a lot of people who are authoritarian followers, but even those people can change if things start to hurt badly and if they start to think that the consensus is something shifting from what they previously were told. In other words they don't think too much about things, but follow the stream. Pain and suffering can get them to realise that they have to 'jump' to another stream and they could be a powerful ally if they start following a truth minded movement. The C's said united in suffering and at that moment a lot could potentially 'see' the truth. Suffering can accelerate the learning of lessons. If so it will be a bad day to be a part of the elite. I might be allowing for too optimistic a future scenario, but I still think that it is a possibility not to be discounted.

I feel that I’ve reached a line in the sand, masks are now required on the airlines I fly, United and Delta. I found them uncomfortable and hard to play along when I know that it is detrimental to wear masks. There was a boy aged seven, on one of my flights, that didn’t feel well and I has to tell his mother to take his mask off so he could breathe and not risk throwing up with the silly thing on. Where’s the common sense? Yes, the programming is working. It was stated two months ago that masks did not help but now there has been the addition of every “official” recommendation being enforced at work. I’ve chosen to take voluntary leave hoping that some sanity returns to our lives by retracting these draconian procedures, but I’m not holding my breath.
 
A couple of days ago I saw the news (maybe someone already gave a link to it).
In general, an ecologist from Brazil predicts that the next pandemic could begin due to deforestation of the Amazon. People cut down wild forests, where many different viruses are hidden in a warm and humid climate. And these viruses can mutate when they are transmitted to humans from wild animals.

Does this remind you of anything? AIDS, Ebola, Zika virus, Coronovirus (according to the "official" version).
I don’t know if this guy from Brazil can be trusted, or he decided to catch a little attention to his person.
But as an option for a possible crown 2.0 (second wave), this is entirely possible.
