Seems the "Testing" and (DNA)sample collection program has gotten STOPPED by The Federal Government, at least in Seattle, at this time.

SEATTLE — An innovative coronavirus testing program in the Seattle area — promoted by the billionaire Bill Gates and local public health officials as a way of conducting wider surveillance on the invisible spread of the virus — has been ordered by the federal government to stop its work pending additional reviews.

The program involved sending home test kits to both healthy and sick people in the hope of conducting the kind of widespread monitoring that could help communities safely reopen from lockdowns.
Researchers and public health authorities already had tested thousands of samples, finding dozens of previously undetected cases.
But the program, a partnership between research groups and the Seattle and King County public health department that had been operating under authorization from the state, was notified this week that it now needs approval directly from the federal government.

Officials with the Food and Drug Administration told the partnership to cease its testing and reporting until the agency grants further approval.

“Please discontinue patient testing and return of diagnostic results to patients until proper authorization is obtained,” the F.D.A. wrote in a memo.
The delay is the latest evidence of how a splintered national effort to develop, distribute and ramp up testing has left federal regulators struggling to keep up.

Amid concerns about the reliability of a burgeoning number of coronavirus antibody tests — which check whether someone may have previously had the virus — the F.D.A. responded last week by ordering companies to submit data proving the tests’ accuracy.

But the Seattle program does not test for antibodies and has wide backing, including from public health leaders, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Mr. Gates, whose foundation has been deeply involved in fighting the pandemic. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also provided an in-person technical adviser to the project.

Dr. Eric Topol, the director of the Scripps Research Translational Institute, who is not involved in the Seattle group, said it had “emerged as leading lights in this whole Covid-19 crisis.” He said it was “bizarre” that the F.D.A. would halt such a project.
The Seattle partnership that is conducting the testing, the Seattle Coronavirus Assessment Network, said in a statement that it had been in conversation with the Food and Drug Administration about its program for about 10 weeks and submitted data a month ago.

“We are actively working to address their questions,” the group said.

The program has roots in the Seattle Flu Study, which over the fall and winter had collected thousands of samples from people in Washington State who had symptoms of illness.

As previously detailed in The New York Times, researchers there had struggled to get government approval to test those old samples for the coronavirus and report the results.

By the end of February, those researchers ended up doing some testing anyway, discovered the first case of community transmission in the region and provided key evidence that the virus had most likely been circulating for weeks.

Mr. Gates, the Microsoft co-founder who has committed much of his wealth to global public health issues, has backed the Seattle study. He said in a blog post Tuesday that the program could detect cases and help guide public health responses.

“Not only will it help improve our understanding of the outbreak in Seattle, it will also provide valuable information about the virus for other communities around the world,” Mr. Gates wrote.

An F.D.A. spokesperson said home collection kits raised additional concerns about safety and accuracy that required the agency’s review. The issue in the Seattle case appears to be that the test results are being used not only by researchers for surveillance of the virus in the community but that the results are also being returned to patients to inform them.

The two kinds of testing — surveillance and diagnostic — fall under different F.D.A. standards. In a pure surveillance study, the researchers may keep the results just for themselves. But coronavirus testing has largely revolved around getting results returned to doctors who can share the results with patients.
“We had previously understood that SCAN was being conducted as a surveillance study,” the spokesperson said.

Private companies have also rushed to promote at-home test kits, and the F.D.A. approved the first one available for purchase in April.
Dr. Topol said it would not make sense to have people swab their noses and then not give them their test results.
“To withhold that information from people is downright absurd,”
Dr. Topol said.
At-home testing kits have been praised as a valuable alternative to in-office or drive-through testing because they do not require a clinician to risk exposure when swabbing a patient’s nose.

They have also emerged at a time when public health leaders are looking for ways to rapidly expand testing to look for hot spots and trends.
A Harvard Global Health Institute report last week estimated that the United States needed to be conducting at least 900,000 tests daily, but tracking reports indicate the country is doing about one-third that amount.

Dr. Topol said the country probably needed to ramp up to do millions of tests daily. The infrastructure needed for expansive drive-through testing would be difficult to achieve, he said, and could miss people who do not want to leave their home to drive to a site.

“Home testing is really the only way we can get massive testing in the United States,” he said.
The Seattle testing group said it had been in conversation with the F.D.A. since the beginning of March and initiated the process to obtain federal approval on March 23. That process included submitting data from testing so far on April 13.

Here is Gates Blog, if anyone is interested.
The comments are the highlight for me.
One example, I didn't realize there were so many phonetic ways to spell "pedophile". :cool2:

I'm thinking lately that the PTB may not be counting on vaccinations to achieve control of the people. I mean at this point the cat is too far out of the bag on that plan. Maybe this is why the C's alluded to Bill Gates being a scape goat. It wouldn't surprise me if they have some other plan to control people that's in the works while everyone is focused on the vaccine issue.

Just a thought

This one was priceless:
Dear Mr Gates, Sorry for my previous comment. My thoughts were a bit unstructured cause my psychoactive medicine made me inconsistent in my thoughts. Let's put it streigth forward. The humanity doesn't need your AI, and survaillance to be saved. Actually we do not need your inteligence as well. Your richness is thanks to a trickery. Gary Kildall is the one who could testify it, no? The ad on fb invited my to give you an insight so I'm doing it from my heart. Saing truth is beneficial to everyone, even if in short term it gives you benefit. In long term you cause suffering by not telling it. You are not a genius. Be humble. Rather you are sneaky thieve that belives that money and tech is a solution for everything. You promote competition over cooperation. Is your spiritual path, a path of a constant war? Stop your stupid project, go to the forest and meditate on something else than your two gods: money and technology. Don't worry, live on the Planet can be better without your "awsome impact". Do not sitigmatize anti-vacciners, their insight might be actually awesome for this times, not your. Your wealt is your burden. You will have to repent for those it killed. May God be with you.

Yeah, 5G!

When I posted the article by Science magazine called “Study claiming new coronavirus can be transmitted by people without symptoms was flawed”, found at Study claiming new coronavirus can be transmitted by people without symptoms was flawed, on social media, I received some pushback from a doctor I argue with on Nextdoor. He pointed out that the article was dated February 3 and referred me to newer findings. It made me wonder what the real truth is regarding asymptomatic carriers.

First, I looked up the term asymptomatic. It’s defined by Wikipedia (Asymptomatic carrier - Wikipedia) as “a person or other organism that has become infected with a pathogen, but that displays no signs or symptoms. Although unaffected by the pathogen, carriers can transmit it to others or develop symptoms in later stages of the disease.”

I was then somewhat surprised to then see COVID-19 already included in the following sentence: “Asymptomatic carriers play a critical role in the transmission of common infectious diseases such as typhoid, C. difficile, influenzas, cholera, COVID-19, tuberculosis, and HIV.” Wow! That didn’t take long. There was one reference, to the Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection, which published an article called, “Asymptomatic carrier state, acute respiratory disease, and pneumonia due to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2): Facts and myths,” available at Asymptomatic carrier state, acute respiratory disease, and pneumonia due to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2): Facts and myths. I tried really hard to read this article, but all this medical crap makes my eyes glaze over so I gave it a pass. I’ll leave it up to the more medically-minded people in this group to make sense of it.

My takeaway from the asymptomatic entry in Wikipedia was that I was wrong about the word’s definition. To me, an asymptomatic person means there are NO symptoms at all during the course of the disease. But in the medical world, asymptomatic means that a person is currently without symptoms but they could develop later. To me, this is more accurately described as “pre-symptomatic.” But I don’t make the rules.

I also wondered if the common cold, a member of the coronavirus family, could be spread by asymptomatic carriers. This article says yes: “Asymptomatic rhinovirus infection outnumbers symptomatic infection four to one among university students,” Asymptomatic rhinovirus infection outnumbers symptomatic infection four to one among university students.

The doctor I argue with on Nextdoor pointed me to this article in the New England Journal of Medicine: “Asymptomatic Transmission, the Achilles’ Heel of Current Strategies to Control Covid-19,” dated April 24, and available at https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMe2009758, which he described as having “10 updated references in support of asymptomatic spread.”

So I read the article. Here are the salient points:
  1. There was an outbreak of Covid-19 in a skilled nursing facility.
  2. Residents were offered testing.
  3. Information was collected about symptoms the residents recalled having had over the preceding 14 days
  4. Among 76 residents, 48 (63%) had positive results, with 27 (56%) essentially asymptomatic, although symptoms subsequently developed in 24 of these residents (within a median of 4 days) and they were reclassified as presymptomatic.
  5. An important finding of this report is that more than half the residents of this skilled nursing facility (27 of 48) who had positive tests were asymptomatic at testing.
My questioning starts with #3: “Information was collected about symptoms the residents recalled having had over the preceding 14 days.” How many of these people have cognitive decline or dementia? How reliable were their memories of the past 14 days?

#4: “Among 76 residents, 48 (63%) had positive results, with 27 (56%) essentially asymptomatic, although symptoms subsequently developed in 24 of these residents (within a median of 4 days) and they were reclassified as presymptomatic.” So 56% were NOT actually asymptomatic, or perhaps were temporarily asymptomatic. The number that were actually asymptomatic (as far as they remember) is 3 out of the 48 positives or 6%.

#5: “An important finding of this report is that more than half the residents of this skilled nursing facility (27 of 48) who had positive tests were asymptomatic at testing.” This sentence cracks me up. If they had done the tests 4 days later, ALL but 3 would have been symptomatic at testing.

I took a quick look at the ten references. None of them seemed to have really good evidence for widespread asymptomatic transmission.

To sum up, I don’t doubt that COVID-19 can be spread by asymptomatic carriers. But I do question the hype around them and I think it’s overblown. Here are some headlines to terrify you:

“Sniffer dogs that can detect asymptomatic coronavirus carriers could screen 250 people an hour” Coronavirus sniffer dogs could screen up to 250 people an hour

“Before states rush to lift lockdowns they should consider the dangers that asymptomatic coronavirus carriers could unleash”
Before states rush to lift lockdowns they should consider the dangers that asymptomatic coronavirus carriers could unleash

Today I went to the forest, to do some undistracted reading. The forest is nice. The sun is shining like there's no pandemic, the birds are singing like there's no pandemic, the trees are growing like there's no pandemic. I guess the trees and animals don't watch much TV.

Watching the people on my way there and back, I can say that mask-wearing is steadily decreasing. It almost seemed like the unmasked were a majority. Restaurant gardens were fuller than I have ever seen them. No masks, no distancing. All perfectly normal.

Around my home, children playing everywhere, everything looking almost normal. What's interesting is how the masked people mingle with the unmasked ones, for example mothers on the playground. The ones with masks clearly don't care that the other ones don't have them, but they still have theirs on. But the masks are slowly disappearing, even though they're still mandatory. Only the old people will probably keep wearing them until they die, which may not take too long, given that the masks are slowly killing them.

Later I went to buy something in the Vietnamese market. I opted for not wearing a mask. When I was paying, the Vietnamese guy at the cash desk was telling me something and gesturing to his masked face with his gloved hand. Not sure whether he was speaking Vietnamese or just had such a strong accent that it sounded Vietnamese, but I think he was telling me that I should put my mask on. I said, 'yeah, OK', did not put my mask on, and went home.

It was a good day.

Okay, this is just coming out on YT: "Victory---Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, & Big Pharma lost a Massive Supreme Court Case in USA"

Nothing showed in search until I put in 'Marc Anthony Boyer' Found this statement on FB, dated April, 21. The case was before the Oregon Supreme Court (? I think)
It reads (and you are to site this to avoid vaccination)
I wouldn't give this too much attention. As far as I can tell it's a too-good-to-be-true exaggeration. Didn't see anything about Oregon and the link is a dead-end.

Another article from WorldHealth.net dated 11/11/2018:

Robert F. Kennedy Jr teamed up with Del Bigtree of the Informed Consent Action Network to take on the Department of Health and Human Services for vaccine safety violations and they have won. Their lawsuit has brought forth evidence that vaccine safety has been neglected for over 30 years, and as we know it is nothing but a sham, showing that the government agencies we are to trust are not doing their jobs to ensure and improve the safety of immunizations.

I assume this win mixed with the defunding of wHo is mashed together to form a "victory" of sorts, kinda, sorta, maybe....

Can't really see how I could cruise down to my daughter's school with this as my ammo so she could be reinstated.

A week ago, I had just entered a small supermarket.
A cashier starting yelling in my direction about people in the supermarket that weren't covering their noses with the masks they had on.
They would not let anyone in without a mask on, but the nose was out because people need to breathe..

I said "Thanks!" and just left.
The supermarket 2 minutes away had really cheerful cashiers.

I just saw on Twitter that Piers Corbyn (Jeremy Corbyn's brother) took part in an anti-lockdown protest taking place today. By the way, Piers is also outspoken about the fact that global warming is a hoax and said in interviews that the world was cooling. I like his honesty and that he doesn't care that people thinks he's a loony. I often wonder how close he is to his brother and if Jeremy might be aware of things that he just can't say in public due to party politics. But Jeremy might just be a sellout though.

I'm thinking lately that the PTB may not be counting on vaccinations to achieve control of the people. I mean at this point the cat is too far out of the bag on that plan.

In what way? So far the antibody testing show only about 5% of the population was infected in Europe. But even if it's 100%, the purpose of the vaccine could be to reverse the potential DNA upgrade, if they cannot prevent it.

There are efforts being made to get the PA secretary of health, Levine to resign as well. Most of our deaths were in nursing homes and Levine followed through on sending positive Covid cases back to the homes but pulled her mother out of a home during the crisis. Our state rep has fire side chats every night on FB and checks Wolf's office door often. No one knows where the governor even is. He isn't in his office.

The latest episode of "Do as I say, not as I do".

And here's the next 'comedic' episode of that series (also contained in the weird BBC article @SOTTREADER just recently shared):

Jesus, some of these people are real clowns! Unfortunately though, mostly only funny by mistake and in actuality more like the IT or John Wayne Gacy kind of type as we know...

My understanding is that they want to use the "pandemic" as an excuse to vaccinate the whole world with something that will make everyone who receives it more controllable, regardless of whether they got covid and received positive benefits, which is of course hubris. I'm just thinking they must have a better plan than that. Or at least other options.

Germany has just passed a law basically putting serious pressure on citizens to get vaccinated "on a voluntary basis". The law gives the employer the right to look up the vaccination status of the employee and other personal data. With this law, they practically opened the door for employers to reject people and maybe even fire them if they are not vaccinated. Which I'm sure many if not all obedient companies will adopt out of "safety" for their employees and companies. That vaccine will become very "voluntary" indeed! Assuming they get away with it. It is actually a better strategy for nefarious PTB agendas to vaccinate large portions of the population, not by compulsion, but by making it voluntary and putting huge social, financial and economic pressure on people who are not willing to do it.

It was foreseeable that there is no compulsory vaccination but a voluntary compulsion. The same scenario for measles vaccination was carried out in Germany. Up until about 5 years ago there was voluntary help in Germany for certain measures. I myself became aware of this change in direction for the first time when the cars were in the face of climate ask. In the past, the customer determined which car he wanted and the companies built according to the customer's taste. Suddenly there was a complete reversal. The EU set a limit for CO2 on which the companies orient themselves and the taste of the customer is no longer in demand. The state specifies the rules to the company / facility and the customer has to adapt.
The same procedure for measles vaccination. The state made vaccination mandatory for facilities - not for children himself . Of course, all children are vaccinated because they want to use the facilities.
And today? The same process. The state places the compulsory vaccination on companies and institutions - people have no obligation. Of course he will be vaccinated, otherwise he will be denied access to all social, social and health facilities. This also applies to certain jobs and border crossings.
This form of government reminds me of the socialist system today. The state exerts its influence on people through institutions. In this way, human rights are massively curtailed without actually cutting them directly.

It could be that their plan B is just naked authoritarianism. If they can't subjugate the entirety of the population via everyone voluntarily handing over their freedoms, they'll use that segment they have brainwashed to enforce their dictates with brute force.
