I used to follow the information on the Wingmakers website. There is a breathing exercise that is supposed to be the key to enlightenment. Inhale 4s, pause for 4s, exhale 4s, pause 4s and so 4 times then rest several seconds and again.
After doing several such exercises, I always had a piloerection effect (I didn't know the name before) accompanied by very pleasant (almost unbearable)chills all over my body.
There is also such an exercise of visualizing a sort of star around the body where each vertex of the star is named the six virtues.
One can send such a visualization to others for protective purposes. The very moment of sending protection was also accompanied by these feelings of piloerection.
I stopped practicing it because I realized that I didn't really know what I was doing and maybe it was better not to do it.
