DMSA Succimer, Chemet 200mg. Three times (just for the first 3 days of each 14 days cycle)
Vitamin C, Buffered ascorbic acid powder 2-3 grams. Twice
Alpha lipoic acid. Thioctic acid 100mg. Twice
Zinc 50mg. Once (not with food)
Selenium 200mcg. Once
Vitamin B6. As pyridoxal 5 phospate 50mg. Once (in the morning)
Vitamin E 1000 IU. Once
Melatonin 1mg-6mg. Once (at bedtime)
Taurine 200mg. Twice or three times
Reduced glutathione (or NAC 600mgx2) 100mg. Three times
It will be wiser to have them all. But you could probably do without melatonin, and if you find a multivitamin with 50mg of zinc and 200 of selenium, and 50 mg of B6, that could do as well. Don't get glutathione, get NAC instead. And if the Vitamin E 800 IU is more economical, go for that one, you could get away with one of 400 IU as well.
