EARTHQUAKE FORECAST UPDATED MAY 15_2024

Convergence of planetary and lunar geometry on 17-18 May and even more on 22-23 May will likely result in clustering of stronger earthquakes, potentially reaching high 7 to 8 magnitude. Increased seismic activity is likely to continue in the last week of May. SSGEOS

● Events from May 05-14

I see a significant increment of magnitude since 2 days ago, I would imagine that this past CME had some effect on it. I guess let's way and see how the following days develops.

No, it is mainly due to electromagnetic energy coming from planetary and lunar geometries, we had four on the 17th and 18th.

Solar Flares and CMEs associated do not cause earthquakes but the electromagnetic relation. There are main factors:

1. Planetary Geometry
2. Impact of the Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF) > 10nT On possible relation of earthquakes with the sign change of the interplanetary magnetic field radial component
3. State of the Earth's crust
4. Movement and release of energy through the fault system and plate tectonics.

Within the planetary and lunar geometries, the Sun is also included, of course, it is a body
"The key is electromagnetic radiation transmitted by a central body, such as a star or a planet. This radiation creates a field that naturally forces a revolving body to assume an orbit at a specific, geometrically determined distance, which alone determines the orbital velocity and period." Geometry and Dynamics of the Solar System

Venus in Conjunction with Outer Planets

The majority of earthquakes with magnitude ≥ 7.5 occurs near the time of a convergence of 2-4 planetary conjunctions, one or more of which include Venus with an outer planet. Full article. SSGEOS

Tomorrow there is no major geometry and we may see a decrease in the number of earthquakes. Let's wait and see.

‘Notable’ 4.7 magnitude earthquake jolts south-west of France (Pyrenees)

Schools were evacuated and locals near Tarbes and Lourdes report feeling the earth moving and hearing vibrations

659027.webp

The earthquake in the Hautes-Pyrénées was felt in the nearby town of Lourdes, which was around 23 km from the epicentre.

A 4.7 magnitude earthquake shook part of the Hautes-Pyrénées this morning (May 21) at around 11:30.

The epicentre earthquake was located around 19 kilometres south of Tarbes (Occitanie).

Residents of nearby towns of Lourdes, Bagneres-de-Bigorre and Cauterets also reported feeling the earth shaking and hearing the sound of vibrations.

The BCSF Renass (central French bureau of seismology) said that the earthquake this quake and any that is higher than 3.5 on the Richter scale is deemed ‘notable’. You can check the report here.

The cause of the quake is being investigated but they are not uncommon in the area. There had actually been other imperceptible earthquakes during the night, much lower on the Richter scale.

There are hundreds of earthquakes recorded every year in the Pyrénées although they are rarely on this scale.

Three schools were evacuated as a precaution, namely the collège de Bagnères-de-Bigorre, the lycée de Sarsan and the collège de Luz. No injuries have been reported, although a crack appeared in an administrative building in the collège de Luz.

BCSF Renass told BFM that it is too early to tell if there has been serious damage. It warned to be careful of repeats, telling parents not to come to pick their children up until further notice.

WORLDWIDE EARTHQUAKE REPORT MAY 22_2024

Moderate levels of seismic activity occurred in the past 24 hours. A strong magnitude 5.3 earthquake occurred in the Maluku Sea near the coast of North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The closest larger town where the quake might have been felt is Gorontalo, a city with more than 140,000 inhabitants in Indonesia, in 90 km distance northwest of the epicenter. USGS issued a Green alert for shaking-related fatalities and economic losses. No aftershocks have been recorded so far. The strongest-ever (since 1900) recorded quake in this area measured magnitude 8.4. It occurred 119 years ago.

Kappang, Sulawesi Island seismic station located 717 km distance from epicenter recorded the following seismogram:
