Thanks Ailén, meeting everyone who wants to learn EE and sharing the practice of the techniques, is very rewarding!
 
I was so happy to finally be able to attend a session last Saturday. You all did such a wonderful job of presenting the information and answering questions both on diet/nutrition as well as EE. And everyone was so kind and nurturing - it was just wonderful!

I so enjoyed meeting other Forum members and practicing together; also happy to see that there are ongoing classes. I am looking forward to being able to come back to NY soon for another session.

Your enjoyment of EE is palpable. :wow: And glad to hear you got so much out of the class! Just throwing this out there, but maybe one possibility is to get enough people interested in learning about the program, and perhaps the diet, and other facets of 'detoxification' , that some EE teachers can come out to where you are and teach it. If this ever becomes a possibility let us know. Until next time, be well!!

I have been thinking about this - I noticed on the EE Forum that there are a few others in TX - I am talking to people about EE and diet/nutrition ALL the time and am also on the lookout for something like a Wellness Expo or something similar - to see what might work. Will keep you posted!

Hi Ennio,
Is the Thursday Nov. 11 session at Quest or ARE?
I won't be able to make the one this Saturday due to work schedules unless I can get a swap.

The Nov. 11th class is at Quest. Our first one there on a Thursday night.
